PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu

Hi I've only been using PMDG for around 3 months now and on saturday all of a sudden when i pan in external view only my camera seems to 'jump/skip' every other view is fine. I havent done anything like installed any other add-ons etc or defragged. It just started happening randomly! Any ideas? Thanks

I have attached a screenshot of the issue I am having with all of the digital displays in the virtual cockpit of the 737NGX. There a patterns that appear on these displays and they change as I change the angle of the view. When clicking on the display to bring up the 2D displays I get black backgrounds with no patterns. Does anyone know how to fix this issue or what might be causing it? Kind regards and thanks in advance, Dom

I'm just trying to get my head clear on how to descend when the ATC directs you. From what I've read there are 3 options: Press Alt INTV and set desired altitude Press LVL Change and set desired altitude Press VS and select desired rate of descent and altitude What are the advantages and disadvantages of each option?

hi, when i set requency for vor in pedestal,for LGPZ airport,and i turn in efis the switch to vor,i dont have info in ND but only in LGPZ any i idea?

I have taken off and climbed to 5,000ft as instructed. I am then given clearance to climb to cruize level FL340. Just beforehand I notice the engines at 'N1' and I'm flying nose down! Full flight plan loaded before take-off. I turn the altitude setting to climb to my new flight level but it's not climbing? I try changing the 'VS' to get it to climb to no avail. To top it all the aircraft will not gain speed as you'd expect. The engines are still roaring away in 'N1'. Flaps are up, gear up, spoiler is down. HELP?

Sorry, I didn't find the answer on the forum I fly on the PMDG B737-900 So, could you explain to me how to configure my PMDG in order to get for each starting, all screens as the PFD, ND , upper and lower EICAS at the same position and dimension on my second monitor ? Hi All, I have been stopping myself to post a message in the forum hoping I could do something about my framerate in FSX by myself but I have not managed to do that. So here I am ! Hi guys. This is my first post and I'm sorry for my bad English. My name is Eduardo and I'm from Brazil. I'm trying to get my best out of a PMDG experience and I wanna try to fly the PMDG with the AP realistic mode on. I have some questions thoug. I know to get realistic AP on I must be over 400 feet. Also, I must release the joystick first and have the trim set accordingly the FMC. Is there something else? Must the plane leveled (VS and Lateral Position on 0)? And If I miss something and can’t the AP on, what should I do in order to get it back?? Thank you.

Hi guys I got some problems with s turns aso. I have read the documentations from pmdg and aktive sky 2012! Set turbulence scale to 0.5 and change some settings in the fsuipc ini file! Use aktive sky 2012and fsuipc latest version and registert and all weather settings off! Aktive sky default settings via dwc mode! I have found out when you set for example smoothing in fsuipc or supress turbulence aso. this doesnt work anymore with as 2012! The only thing that helps with turbulence is to work with two settings! 1 turbulence scale 2 windturbulence in as 2012 To deaktivate turbulence in fsx is not an option for me because then 0 turbulences while flying!…

My CH throttles change power settings when the autothrottles are on. I do have the parameter set to show throttle position but not sure why moving the throttles change power. Is there another setting?

High all I was flying @ my cruise altitude in full LNAV & VNAV modes on, the cruise speed was as per MCDU .765M @ FL300 - clear weather (REX2) and before reaching TOD about 100NM I thought I want to increase the seed of the aircraft so I entered through the cruise page the new speed of my choice which was .8M. The plane reached the speed with no problem and the KIAS was well bellow the red ribbon. I realized that the plane is vibrating ...not too much but it was noticeable at VC & external views nothing looked wrong at any of the display panels ....the vibration was gone after reducing the speed to ECON again ......is that normal ? Hello. After a Windows 7 crash I had to reinstall FSX + Acceleration as well as NGX737-800 and PMDG MD11 among other addons. Both NGX and MD11 load only the house liveries but not any repaints. All repaints are listed in the Aircraft.cfg correctly and also show as installed in Windows 7 programs and features. Any idea why repaints are not Loading. Of note LDS liveries are showing OK. Finally getting to Tutorial #2 --LOWI. Attempting to set FMC EHAM DEP/ARR page. Only Rwy 18 appears vs 24 I know my Airac is newer than the Tutorial. Any suggestions?? FMC will not accept a correction for the Rwy. I haven't done any corrections to airac ( not sure how to anyway). Thanks ahead. George KPHX

I didn't see any options to bind keys to the CDU keys in the CDU options pages. Is this possible? I'd really like to be able to push a key on my keyboard for the clear key. I think I push that key more then anything else for pop up messages. Sent from my iPhone...typing errors imminent

As the topic states, I am looking for someone who is successfully using the NGX with SERIAL PFC hardware, preferably with a Cirrus II console & 737NG TQ. Having flown the NGX at least as long as most here, I am now stumped after buying the 737TQ. Flaps, Reversers and Spoilers are working fine, however, I'm having a problem with the Autobrakes on landing. I would appreciate a PM if you are using this setup successfully. Thank-you!

Really dumb move on my part. Setup a normal flight and everything seemed ok but when I went to takeoff I noticed I only had FD on the PFD. Should have rejected the takeoff but in a typical virtual pilot stroke of genius I took off anyway. I could not for the life of me engage the A/P and noticed as well that the co-pilot PFD and map display were blank or showing no display just yellow ATT (no idea why I did not see that on the ground). I tried moving the right side to ATT but it did not help at all. After fiddling around with trying to climb out and get the fcom and qrh up and keep things steady while looking away (I could have really used a FO on this flight), I …
