Hello: I have attached a screenshot of my issue. When I choose to show data, all the times "flicker" and show random times, none of which are correct. Has anyone else expreienced this? Is there something I can do to fix the issue? Any suppot will be greatly appreciated. Thank you Michael

Hi, I've been using the 737NGX for a couple of months now, but only recently have tried to save the panel state. I went into the PMDG actions menu, clicked save state etc. I received the message 'panel saved sucessfully' and carried on with the flight. FSX then crashed, and I tried to load the panel, only to find it hadn't actually been saved. I've tried several more times to save a panel, and have received the 'sucess' message every time. Only to find that when trying to load a panel I've just saved, it hasn't been saved at all. I've also checked the correct file directory, and there's no sign of my saved panels in there either. Hi I'm new to this forum. I need advice on expanding my PMDG 737ngx experience with updating my multi screen and video card setup. At present I run 2 Ge Force GTX 460 cards to 4 dell 19' monitors.I use the main center screen for the VC captains view ,second for the over head,third shows FMC, Engine display and Radios, and the forth for PFD ND and MCP.I am considering either 3 larger screens, TH2go or eyefinity,and possably adding 2 more displays. I would like to achieve a full cockpit width display above the glareshield,but unsure if this is possible with PDMG 737FSX ng. I have just bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 with 3G with the intention of running the new VAInterface to connect with my PMDG 737NGX on fsx which is on my PC. I am using Windows 8. I have never done anything like this before so I am very green on the subject. I have already got the Vainterface on my Samsung and it looks terrific but what now I ask myself and some kind person out yonder in the web? However much to my dismay I have been told that it will not work because I do not have a Broadband connection (I have to use a Thumb drive or Dongle thingie for my Internet on the PC). Hi can someone advise me of a guide or assist with their knowledge, I have had some issues with what altitude I should be putting into the MCP alt when I want the aircraft to descend, for example do I put the transition altitude in? When I reach that do I then put in the next waypoint altitude on the STAR and so on? Or do I let the FMC do it under LNAV VNAV? Sometimes I want to hand fly with say 2000ft to go, do I then deactivate above including AT and FD and set MCP to airport elevation altitude? Sorry I hope I have explained myself well enough.

I was out at Melbourne airport watching the landings of several 737 NG's and some had the retractable extended landing lights toggling from left to right. Is this an option or difference in any of the NGx's config ? Mostly they were Qantas, but not all. Another question, why do you have the option to extend them and not turn the lights on ?

Hi, During a different issue regarding serial key issues on Digital Combat Sim i was advised by a trusted source to run a reg editing file. The fix resets all entered serial keys and worked for most people. Now I'm trying to fly the 737NGX and i think that reg edit broke the "trusted storage" or something. the following error occurs: ERROR: flxActCommonRepairLocalTrustedStorage - (50044,71013,1) Any advice before i break anything further? Thanks

Hi Folks I'm a PMDG newbie, so I hope you'll excuse me if I have done/not done something stupid, which may be the cause of my difficulty. I have the PMDG 747-400X and the PMDG 737NGX. I use FS Build and Radar Contact, and have Navigraph AIRAC CYCLE 1302 installed. I had a flight plan created per FSBuild, KBOS-KEWR (Boston-Newark), which was saved as an FSX.PLN and as a PMDG .rte. I entered KBOSKEWR as COROUTE in the 737 CDU together with the other necessary data, Perf Init, N1 Limit etc. On the ND, the departure waypoint TJAYY was visible, and after take off the aircraft flew via this point.I was flying with LNAV and VNAV selected, and both FD swiches on.…

Hello everybody, since yesterday I'm the owner of a Pro Flight Saitek Trim Wheel. With the default aircrafts in FSX the wheel worked very fine. Unfortunately I'm unable to use it with the PMDG737NGX. Maybe I have to use FSUIPC, but I've no idea how to change the parameters. Any help available here? Thx a lot Foreman

I have changed a cople of HDD"s in the past year and just yesterday installed a SSD, but now my copy of the NGX says that the serial number has been activated too many times. is ther a way to reset? if so what proof do I need and where do I send it too?

When flying an ILS approach my understanding is that most rw NG pilots disconnect the A/P when they have the runway in sight but when do you normally disconnect the A/T? And if doing an autoland do you need to manually disable the A/T at some point or will this happen automatically? Same thing in the real bird as in the NGX? After been using a CH Yoke an CH Pedals for many, many years I'm now trying out my son's Saitek controllers he doesn't use anymore and even if it's far from PFC quality it still feels a bit new and fresh to me and especially having a separate throttle quadrant. I have both the yoke and the pedals set up, controlled and calibrated using FSUIPC. …

Hi i was wondering if anyone could help. When i change views in the ngx the screen flickers this only happens when i change views and with the screen refresh rate set at 1/2 in the nivida inspector. Does anyone have any idea how to stop this when i change the setting back to normal i get stutters. Any help would be much appreicated. Regards Chris

Today I took the 737-600 on a flight of 1,5 hours up to ENBO. Everything working perfectly. I then turned around and headed back to ENGM. So far so good. Descending on VNAV into Oslo I immediately noticed the N1 stuck at 67,4 %. The aircraft was following the VNAV path correctly but speed was too high for the CI 15 I had set. Basically the throttle would not retard but stayed at a high N1 % during descent. When I disconnected the A/T, the N1 went thru the firewall, so to speak. Tried to control the N1 by setting it manually from the MIP, but no success. Also the CDU N1 limit page did not work. I have mostly been flying the 800- and 700- with no such iss…

How does one know when to lower the landing gear ? I noticed that whenever I go to flaps 15 there is a sound like a buzzer and when I lower the gear this sound stops. Is that indeed a sign for landing gear down ? Are there any other indications ? Hubert Werni

FSX on the ground running 30fps capped from nvidia inspector @ ksea with the NGX. About 45 seconds into the flight using the NGX frames suddenly slam down to around 5-7fps? I have tried this with and without a tweaked .cfg file, it only happens using the NGX, although the NGX usually runs at lower frames then any other aircraft ive never encountered such a huge and sudden drop that does not resolve itself. This is on a fresh install with a new system built around the i7 3770k, the only other program i run along with FSX is the OPUS weather program. I remember some time ago when NGX was initially released that there were talks about multicrew support (captain from euro flying with f/o from asia for example). I am using the Collins MCP, and there is no TOGA shortcut in the virtual cockpit, only the little screw in the 2d panel. Am I missing something? I believe the other MCP had the little screw as the shortcut that also worked in the VC. Thanks! -David
