PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu

Good morning, The VC cockpit in the PMDG 737NGX, running under P3D v 4.2 is rather blurry. In the PFD, and the ND, the figures for (for instance) Altitude, Speed, and the TC and TD are very hard to read. Could that be improved? (I must say, that in FSX, that was far more better). The 2D cockpit looks very good. Thanks for any help. Henk

Hello to all When I start up P3D v4.2 and load the PMDG 737-800NGX for P3Dv4.2 (panel state cold and dark), the following strange things happen: 1) Parking brakes are automatically switched on, and I can't switch them off. 2) As soon as I switch the battery switch on (overhead panel), I hear a warning sound. 3) When I program the FMC, and try to fill in a previously made flightplan (i.e. from EHAM to LSZH) as a CORoute, I get the message: invalid entry. When I do the same in FSX, it works fine. Can anyone help me? Henk

I'm getting back into fltsim and I was using FSX and PMDG aircraft now I'm using Prepar3d4.2. My issue is after creating a flt pln in PFPX then export it to (D:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\PMDG\FLIGHTPLANS\NGX) when I trying and load it using COROUTE I get an "INVALID ENTRY" I load in the fmc the ICAO, KSEAKSAN I get the error I even tried KSEAKSAN01.RTE I get the same error message, what I'm I doing wrong?? Hi, I have done some reading in this forum on using FSUIPC with PMDG , and am interested in purchasing P3D version 4.3. and using PMDG aircraft. I have Saitek yoke, dual throttles, and rudders. P3D does not support dual throttles natively, as stated in their forum. Hence FSUIPC or some other option must be used to program dual throttles. I would prefer to use FSUIPC. Given statements by PMDG recommending against using FSUIPC, I am wondering if folks have been successful anyway with a setup just like mine in terms of using FSUIPC to program the combination of input devices I have, including all the buttons, and axes, [throttle axes in particular], Looking at the for…

I think you can see what is going on here, but just in case, Parking Brakes are set payload and fuel are loaded and that is it. The aircraft is cold and dark and moving without any input. I am using EZCA2, however all effects that affect the aircraft are off to my knowledge, so I don't know what's going on...

I currently have the PMDG 737NGX basic and the expansion loaded on my current desktop. I am getting a new desktop computer. Can I load my PMDG 737NGX on my new desktop? If so, do I need to uninstall from my old desktop prior to loading on the new desktop? The basic 800/900 I have on disk. Thanks for the help.

Will Active Sky 2016 work for the weather radar? I have Active Sky cloud art. If I have to buy next will Active Sky cloud art still work?

Hi i recently downloaded the pmdg 737s.For some reason all of them have an issue with the fmc and the irs's.On cold and dark startups the FMC button on the fmc menu is in a yellow square and wont work, neither do the two irs on the overhead panel.When I tap on them nothing happens.Can someone explain to me what is happening? sry for my bad english 😕

I started doing a project for my own personal use but was wondering if anyone would be interested (with PMDG's permission of course) in this project. It would include a much cleaner look that would mean redoing the base textures to get rid of all the peanut dust lol and taking the scuff off the switch's. Hi, I installed a fresh new installation of PMDG NGX on my new 6-core PC. Fresh FSX installation works fine, all great. I have a legal PMDG license. I bought the firmware and downloaded it from PMDG website. However the VC looks very wrong, most of the cockpit is black, and not only the LCD screens, the back switches panel is literally transparent, and top panel is black and transparent, on all display FSX settings. I have literally tried all settings, uninstalled and installed FSX and PMDG 3 times. DX11 installed It's fustrating me. How do I attach files or images from PC, Please help.

Hello guys, been wanting to ask something regarding "hickups" long time ago since I did not find any useful information by searching. For start: I did the switch from FSX:SE to P3D with the release of P3Dv4 point at which I also purchased the NGX for P3D! My issue: The NGX is the only ACFT I'm experiencing "hickups" (sudden and short massive FPS drops). When it happens some of the displays dim themselves (all MCP displays: HDG, ALT, CRS... and the clock). These hickups happen for example when I first call up the ATC window, or when resizing and relocating the ATC window. Hello, I have recently been having issues with my plane (PMDG 737 NGX 800-900) the overhead panel is glitched up and being weird the fmc is glitched, so has my standby and everything is unclickable in the plane, Ive tried uninstalling the game, The plane, Wiped everything out and reinstalled, Veryifiying the cache, Taking files from a friend, Using pmdg operation system repairs. Hello I had to reinstall FSX to my computor, and i was installing the PMDG 737 NGX and this is what is coming up , and I had to do this before , and never had a problem reinstalling the plane. Need help again. I am using FSX;Accel. Win 8.1 PMDG737NGX. I was able to stop the Mouse from controlling the Yoke in the fsx\settings tab\ control tab\ and unchecking the box. This worked for a few flights, but now I cannot get the fsx program to remember my setting. It keeps holding the Mouse as the yoke controller, which then gives me no control over the trim wheel when I am setting it from the FMS. Is there a way to add a line to the FSX.CFG to stop the mouse from contolling the Sim? I tried everything I can think of to work around this, but FSX is not cooperating. Thanks for anyones advice. I am attempting to create a flight for my PMDG 737-800 on P3Dv4 and suddenly, nearly two years after purchasing and loading the software it is popping up the "activation" applet?? when I enter my serial it gives me an error: Activation library handle creation failed - (50003,71000,10104) .... I have attempted to reload the software and it goes into "repair/modify" but does not do any good. Please advise...

I have read that numerous others have had the same problem I have been facing...After programing the FMC, I save the flight...I continue on with no problems except my own flight errors...I leve it in frustration, come back re-load the plane sits on 8R in Gatwick all dark and nothing works, but the engines are sounding.....I touch nothing until it initializes... I have tried some of the remedies and they do work, sometimes... My question is...Does does P3V4 have this problem..?? Since I have P3V4, will purchasing the same 737NGX for that flight sim actually worth it, or just forget the 737 and learn the 777 or 747 on P3V4...?? Any discounts for having the same …

I have upto date airac cycle for the simulator and pmdg 737-800 but at LEMG in p3dv4 the runway number is 13 but when i slect apprach in th pmdg 738 ut is runway 12 any body got any ideas how to fix this. Rgards, Matthew Russel

I have noticed that the PMDG 737NGX has a fade in on the flap sound, does anyone know how to remove this. I am using my own sound for the flaps and it's really annoying when it fades, Thanks, Zane Huston

This just started happening recently, when my dynamic lighting stopped working. None of the lights work on the PMDG B737, here's the error log. On the PMDG 737NGX, I am ready to taxi, but when I move the throttle levers forward, engine 1 is not spooling up. Also:Engine 1's idle only is 20.3 N1, while engine 2's idle is 22.6.Engine 1 oil temperatue is 9 deg, while engine 2 is 103 deg.Both the animated power levers are moving when I increase thrust, and engine 2 responds normally.There are no warnings or failures indicated.Any ideas?/jason
