Hi there Itry to download the SP1d add-on but I have not account on pmdg site. I purchase the737 ngx from aerosoft how can I get the free add-on to my fsx se? I send an email to pmdg support forum a while ago (monday) and until today I didn't received any answer from them. can someone from pmdg read this topic and can deal with my topic regards Aviv shefer

Hi, When i star the sim at aiport, the aircraft initalises i filled my fuel to correct levels but now my fuel level keeps jumping to full and back ? i've already reinstalled once

My 737 is not initializing when i load it up so my VC is frozen and just doesn't work as an aircraft. So if you could help me out that would be nice I really want to fly it again. I've reinstalled it multiple times I've also repaired it. It won't work so I need some help to get back to flying! cheers-Jason

Hi All, I own the box / DVD Version of the 737 NGX for FSX. I am looking for SP1D and cannot get it anywhere. At Aerosoft they ask me to veryfy my email although I have never received a verification mail and here I cannot download it neither. Hi, in FL340. Suddenly the aircraft loos control, the vnav and lnav disengage with the AP and it start to fall down in rolling. It happens when I slide the VC from left to right, it happens sometimes. can someone help me? regards Aviv Shafer avivpsm

Where are these files located ? I am having a terrible time getting the NGX FMS to show cycle1809 as the current cycle. I have manually downloaded 1809 and see files dated 8/11/18 in C:\Program Files (x86)\PMDG\NavData\PMDG\SidStars (and also c:\Program Files (x86)\PMDG\SidStars). These must be files for 1809 because of the date. But PMDG FMS still shows 1805 as current ( this was the last cycle that downloaded OK.) I have spent many hours with NavData trying to get this problem solved. Can anyone give me this information so that I may track down the problem ? Dave Hinson

My nighttime cockpit is quite serene, except for the ISFD shining out from the panel. Is there a way to adjust the brightness of this display in the same manner as the other display units? Tim Metzinger.

Hi, After having used FS Build v2.4 to input a flight plan EGSS-EGPH, and having flown to within 20 miles of destination, I successfully saved the flight to continue at a later time. However, upon re-loading the saved flight I constantly get the error 'Destination Airport not found in .rte file, import aborted'. Having searched the forum I cant seem to find a fix etc. Any assistance would be much appreciated. Peter Ellis

As the issue I encountered, arose after installing the PMDG 737NG, I'm now posting it here just in case someone can enlighten me. Sorry it's a bit verbose : I recently installed P3DV4.3 from scratch. My flightsim PC runs Windows 7 64 bit, which has also been recently installed on a newly formatted SSD. Hello, I am setting up my 737 NGX in P3dV4 and using FSUIPC registered version to assign controller buttons etc. I have succeeded in doing all that but find that when I load a different livery/variant from the one that I had loaded when I programmed everything in FSUIPC with a profile specific box checked for the 737 NGX [I have about 10+ of these for the 800/900 models,], that the button assignments do not work. I discovered that if I load that different livery and then go into FSUIPC, enter the buttons tab and check the Profile Specific tab, and choose new based on 737 NGX profile I had already created, everything will work fine with the new livery. …

Just installed Prepare3D latest version this morning and it seems to fine. Realised there was no 737 (unlike X-Plane 11 I'm also using) and so, therefore, purchased PMDG. Install worked fine and did the update. Start P3D all starts fine and I can see the 737 aircraft, choose one and then start a flight and I get "Warning: the PMDG product was unable to create its work file. Please make sure that you are running Prepare3D as an administrator. Clicking Ok crashes the program. Apologies in advance for being a newbie. HI there, I am new to fly the 737 ngx. in descent mode the plane don't reduce the speed to 250k below 10,000f, (when the plane reach the 2 green dots.) and at decel point the plane don't response the green dot. Hi all, Recently my HDD crashed and I was not able to uninstall PMDG 737. I need to reset license since I am trying to install it on the same computer but it is not possible. A message appears >>maximum extra activations exceeded<< On the other hand, I cannot reset my account password from product support . There is no option to do it. I can honestly say that on V4.3 and the latest update to the NGX, I am encountering this freeze/lock up problem every time I take off. I always start in P3D at a gate with engines running. I shut down the engines after the "setup countdown" so as to do my Virt. Airline / GSX stuff. I can taxi fine, but come take off and raising gear, the sim stutters a few times - like way too many textures trying to load in - then freezes. I can do the gear thing and have tried the clicking on the screen(s), but no luck getting back into the flight. Hi All, I am getting a little frustrated with the operations centre. I have had the 737 NGX loaded on my system for quite a while and kept it all up to date. Today I have gone into the operations centre and selected the 737 NGX for FSX:SE, but it is not loading any options to make changes. It appears to want me to buy the program again! Has anyone else experienced this same problem, or got any idea how I can sort it out?

I have a question regarding using the radar in the PMDG 737NGX. According to the manual, it states that Active Sky is required to make the radar images display weather, and I assume it would display on the ND. Will it also work using the Rex WX Advantage Radar? After installing the Rex WX Advantage Radar, I've noticed that it has it's own radar gauge and the weather is displayed on it instead of the ND in the PMDG NGX, which is what I prefer. But I don't know if the WX Advantage Radar works with the PMDG 737NGX in that way. But it has it's own gauge. At the time of release of the 737 NGX, the Rex WX Advantage Radar had not been released. Dear Colleagues I have purchased both 737 NGX 737-8/900 Base package and 737 6/700 expansion package, in both cases the product activation code is invalid, Where does one activate the product? Is it activated through FSX Steam? I bought the 747 and 737 for P3dv4 at the same time. downloaded and installed both. Opened Operations Center and updated both. Found liveries for both. Opened P3dv4 and loaded the 747 at default runway and it immediately asked for the registration key I got in email. Put in key and got the pop-up and 747 is alive and well. Closed P3dv4 and reopened. Selected 737 from vehicle menu and clicked ok on the default airport to load. Got no prompt for registration key. 737 loads with sound and livery I downloaded from Operations Center but the panel is dead - no click spots, no gauges or displays working, nothing. Although I use the virtual cockpit, I take advantage of the separate 2D cockpit PMDG supplies in order to put an undocked radio panel on my second monitor. This makes it easier to change radio frequencies while flying online on VATSIM. I recently upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and found that I cannot move an undocked panel to my second monitor. Is there some setting or technique that I'm missing that would enable me to move an undocked panel to my second monitor?
