PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu

I'm having trouble getting the autopilot to work. Even without using the multipanel, I can't seem to get it to actually follow the instructions I dial into it. It also doesn't seem to talk to my saitek multipanel at all, even though I have PMDG Support enabled in SPAD.neXt, and the thing works with virtually every other plane I have. I purchased the base pack a few minutes ago and got the following error during the installation that I do not know how to resolve. I understood that this product was compatible for all versions over 3.3?. Missing the PMDG/SIDSTARS/KSDA0D5.tmp file. Where do I find this file?

I noticed that the nave database in the NGX's FMC says it's out of date, how do I fix that? Also, I was trying to program a flightplan that I made using OnlineFlightPlanner.org, using the method from the 1st tutorial, but while FSX:SE accepted the .pln file, the FMC's nav database couldn't find one of the waypoints. If anything I would have expected FSX's older database to have missing data, but not the newer one on the FMC. Running Prepar3dv4 on Windows 10-64 bit system. Installed pmdg b737-800/900 several months ago. Experienced a blue screen issue in August 2018, and had to have a new cpu and motherboard installed. Reset Prepar3dv4 and re-installed pmdg b737 and a few liveries. Everything functioned properly. Decided to download B737-900 United (merger) w winglets and KLM. Attempted to load PMDG B737 and got a Activation ID key request. I submitted the Product Key Code ID that is on the invoice and I am receiving, ERROR: Activation library handle creation failed, (50003,71000,10104). Flying from SKBO to SEQU, it shows that "SEQU is not in database" in the FMS of my PMDG 373-800NGX. The flightplan in FSX and in the PMDG file is present. Furthermore the SEQU is available within FSX and Aivlasoft. It is only missing in the PMDG plane??!! What could be the reason for that and how to solve?

Hi, I recently had to uninstall, then reinstall, all my PMDG 737 600/700 add-on and PMDG 737 800/900 base packages due to a corruption issue. The reinstall seemed to go well, as I can access all the the 737 models (600/700/800/900) but I am having an issue getting access to my previous "skins." These skins show up in the folder below, where they were originally saved, but I'm not able to access them: C:\Users\My Name\AppData\Roaming\PMDG\PMDG Operations Center\Liveries When I pull up the PMDG Operations Manager, the Livery Downloader shows the "skins" as previously installed, however, they don't show up at all in the Livery Manager? How can I fix? …

Greetings. I noticed that NG acts strange every once in a while. It happens may be every 8-10th flight. No pattern, it just happens occasionally. So yesterday fully loaded aircraft at about 60 kts on takeoff roll lifted off by itself and started climbing 3500-4000 f/pm. She did not obeyed any controls inputs. I was finally able to stabilized it but a moment later she dived down and was falling off the sky till crashed. Another day she just stopped taxi and that was it. Whatever I tried the aircraft did not move an inch. Another example after FMC initialization FOs PFD and ND did not lit up, it remained dark. I do not use failures. Hi, On several occassions my NGX was directed to use the water runway rather than the land runway by default P3D ATC. On these airports none of the AI is directed there. Can anybody explain why this happens and what needs to be adjusted in the aircraft.cfg to correct this?

Hello! I'd like to know whether PMDG 737 NG will be shipped to X-Plane 11. I have the FSXSE and P4D versions. But neither FSXSE or P4D are my favorite Flight Simulator. Otherwise, X-Plane 11 is more people favorite, this audience would be interrested to use PMDG. I know Zibo and don't like it. TY,

How can I program a Yoke button to perform certain tasks,such as engage the autopilot,switch on lights and many more. What I did was going to Option / Settings / Controls / FlightYoke / ButtonKeys / Autopilot / Asign a button ( in my case F9 ) then press OK. To my surprise nothing happens when I press the Yoke button and I wonder what went wrong ? I appreciate your help. Thank you Paul 12

Hey there, Today I was flying a simple route on the 737 from KSAN to KLAX, but I've been getting CTDs all over the place after installing ORBX KSAN, for some reason. After uninstalling the CTDs would not stop so I am a bit confused. Reason that have caused a CTD so far: -CTD when loading short panel. (Fixed by changing gate in flightplan) -CTD when trying to execute RTE changes. (Happened just once) -CTD when trying to enable VNAV and LNAV shortly after taking off. VNAV and LNAV turned off when I engaged TO/GA. Should I reinstall the 737? This is some odd behavior from installing scenery. Thanks! Erick A.

When flying the 737NGX (800) Ive noticed a few times on final when lined up for ILS auto landing, the plane is on final and everything looks good but touches down about 20-30ft to either side of the runway. (eg flying Europe to Gander NL Canada). Never seen it on a shorter flight. Anyone think this is more scenery related (ORBX) or to due with some sort of drift somewhere in the Nav system ? thanks - Julian

Hi! Im currently working on a project where I need to read the ETA of the current flight plan. Is this possible? I've read the documentation and can't find anything about it and can't really find anything on the web. Is it possible to ready the whole CDU maybe and parse the information to get it? This is the second time I have this issue: I have the Hold page correctly set for the hold, I execute it and now is active. When I reach the entry point ...instead of a right turn (as programmed) the NGX turns left. It happened either having the entering path perfectly aligned with the inbound leg....either having it with a steep angle. What am I doing wrong? Thank you

Hello, I transitioned from FSX tp P3dV4.3. Purchased of course the 737 NGX P3d version. I am using a Dell u3415 with "standard" factory calibrated settings. In making the transition, I note significant adverse changes in terms of the appearance of cockpit textures between the two sims, making the visual experience in P3d worse. By day, if I turn off HDR, the gray cockpit textures are much darker than FSX and I have trouble reading the knob labels etc. it is almost to the point that I have to turn on the dome light to see things in the cockpit even in daylight. if I have HDR on, the textures can wash out making it hard to read the labels as well.
