I just purchased and installed P3D version 4 and get the above message when trying to install my PMDG 737 NGX. How doI get around this? Thanks. Martin Cook

does anyone have a answer for why the trim wheel is only giving me high neg values. When I place the mouse curser over the trim wheel I see a positive valvue, but as soon as I try to change it for my desired setting it pops into a negative 8.xx and I cannot get it anywhere near a positive # I just installed the most current version of PMDG 737NGX. New fresh install of FSX and it is in C: FSX

My 737NGX starts in a cold and dark state and it will not follow joystick or key commands. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it per the Operations Center. To ask the question I write what I did then I ask the question (be patience with me I cannot find a shorter clear way to explain it!). 1. I am cleared to Take off from EGCC rwy 05L. 2. My first wpt is on the other direction (230° toward KUXEM). 3. No SID here, ATC will give me vectors: after the take off I am expecting a left turn 90° and a little later another turn 90° left direct to KOXUM. Hello, Is it possible to assign an axis to the steering tiller and not have the rudder pedals move along with it? I have a joystick axis that I've assigned to the steering tiller but it also moves the rudder so when I go to apply brakes via the rudder pedals the steering is immediately centered as that is the position of my rudder pedals when the brakes are applied and the steering control is then assigned back to my pedals, hence it would be nice if they behaved as they do in real life and are not connected. I've searched the internet but can 't find an answer to this. Cheers, Jim V

Hi all , this may be a stupid question but I’m building a 737 simpit , Is there a way that you can display the ND/PFD over a network ? And yes I have looked at prosim but I can’t justify nearly $2000 Australian for it . Also looked at FS Displays which does not support p3dv4 and freeFd doesn’t support pmdg products . so yes I have done some research before coming to the forum so if any one has and suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.

I have a Sidewinder joystick that has worked fine with PMDG in 4.2. However, since doing a clean install of windows 10 on my SSD and fresh install of P3D 4.3 and PMDG, I can't get my joystick to work other than to pan around and change views. The flaps will go down one notch and no more. The throttle doesn't work as well. I've uninstalled 737NGX and reinstalled with the same problems. Any ideas out there? All other planes work fine. I purchased a new version of PMDG for P3DV4, and installed the updates. P3DV4 loads fine and works well with the default aircrafts. When I change the aircraft to the PMDG 737, the plane loads, and goes through the 18 second initializing phase. A little bell sounds once the initialization is complete. About 10 seconds later, the screen changes to the plane being on the runway in crash mode. (The plane crashes - not the computer). I do not touch anything, not the mouse not the keyboard, not the yoke, throttle etc.. The screen just changes on its own. It then reloads back for initialization, then crashes again on the runway. Please let me know how to correct this. …

Hi, had saved short start, however, every aircraft now loads with HUD down, gauges blank and all switches in vc not clickable or "touchable". Have tried moving eyepoint in and out as suggested on other forums, but nothing. Aircraft unflyable at the moment! Hoping that you can help! Many thanks!

just purchased and installed the 737NG wit FSX Steam edition. I created a and saved a flight with the aircraft in the cold and dark state. When I start the engines they run correctly but the fans are not animated when I go to the exterior view. However if I just start FSX with the plane in the default state, the engines are running and the engine fans are animated.

Hi everyone, Im having this odd problem: I updated my P3Dv3 Navaids using this website: http://www.aero.sors.fr/navaids3.html . I then started my usual flight from EHAM and noticed I couldn't ask permission to taxi (yes I do use ATC in P3D). I believe the reason for this is that I can't tune the actual frequency 121.558 on the 737NGX's VHF, it just has 2 decimal places. My 737 is up-to-date by the way. I'm sure that this topic has been brought up a lot, but here we go again... My WX Radar is not working. I have no clue of what's causing it. I checked my dll.xml and the entry for as_connect is not only there but it also is perfectly fine. What might be the issue?

Upgraded to P3Dv4.3 which all went okay, but when trying to taxi to runway the steering will not work. Although wheel is turning in the proper direction plane keeps going straight. Anybody else have this problem?

I’ve spent the day reviewing how the LOC DME approach to runway 26 might be flown with circling for runway 08. In concern is Jeppesen chart 11-1 (or 11-2) for LOWI. Since it is a LOC DME approach, we can capture and track OEV localiser. We can also expect the glide slope indicator for reference past 19 OEV DME but the descent is to be managed in either VNAV or V/S mode (FCTM - Non-ILS Instrument Approaches). It’s here where things get confusing. A lot of videos show the use of LNAV/VNAV down to MDA. I see two issues. Hello PMDG, been having an issue with the wx radar for the 737NGX since updating to P3Dv4.2, now updated P3Dv4.3. For some reason the wx radar stopped working, I have search and don't think too many people are having this issue except a few and the answer is always the same that you have to make sure there is precipitation in order for the wx radar to display returns. I do understand that and for some reason that is no the issue. Yesterday I did a fly from CLT to ATL and it was heavy rain and nothing will show up. Howdy folks, I upgraded to 4.3 without a hitch, but I'm noticing some unusual behavior in my MFD. There's now a delay with calculating the descent after I pass waypoints while flying VNAV- All approaches are like this now. Sometimes it will show more than a thousand feet high or low before settling down to normal, and sometimes these delays can last for 5 seconds or so. Also, most of the approaches that I've been flying have been leading me to the wrong end of the airport. Hi all, I installed the P3D v4.3 update, and the HUD stopped working on the 737. Even when I set up the runway length/elevation on the center pedestal, the HUD display comes down, but nothing is showing. Can anyone help, please? Any thoughts? i can not update my products from 1.10.6461 to 1.20.8465 on pmdg operations center, when i click on the install button, the notifications just disappear, when i open the program again they show up again. Regards.

Hi all, I have purchased the NGX (BOXED) on Amazon With Version 1.10.6461. When an update came along in the PMDG Operations Center, I would update just fine. But when Version 1.20.8465 became available, It would fail to update. Every time I opened the Operations Center, It would prompt me to update to version 1.20.8465. So I went to Aerosoft to update, entered my registration key, But it said it was invalid. I decided to uninstall and re-install the NGX, And now I'm stuck on 1.10.6461! Imagine this scenario: I am cruising at FL370 The weather radar is showing some cumulonibus along my route. They are on the right and on the left. With a small deviation I am able to fly in the middle without crossing neither of them but the separation is about 10 mils so I expect turbulengce also in the clear sky in the middle of the two. When I go to install the Immersive Audio CFM sound pack, The VC goes to complete rubbish as the writing over every single switch disappears.

Before Takeoff I try to set the trim at 6.23 following FMC info. Well.... I move the wheel via keyboard (Home/End keys) and also placing the mouse point on top of the trim wheel. A tooltip shows the current value. So, while the trim wheel is in motion the tooltip number is changing accordingly but suddenly the showing number stops while the wheel still in motion. I have to stop moving the wheel and start again until the tooltip stops showing the number again and so on until I get the expected value. Is it the way on how the Trim value procedure works? Hello... I would like to purchase your 737-800 for P3Dv3 (I already own it for fsx-se). I add it to my cart and I choose PayPal option to pay it. I log in to PayPal and I see the resume page of my payment but when I proceed nothing happens and it sends me to a blank page with the following description: "your cart is empty" I tried it several times: same results. I tried also by clicking on "checlout" option (bypassing PayPal) but... same thing: "your cart is empty". Where am I wrong????

I have recently made the jump to p3d v4 and installed my pmdg planes, 737,777,747 two of which work but they both still do show this message "the pmdg product was unable to make its work files" the 777 and the 747 still start the sim and seem to work fine but the 737 crashes the sim every time i try to boot it up.
