PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu

I am currently using an addon airport VIDP from ImagineSim and having problems with the ILS glideslope. I will try to add as many pictures and screenshots as I can to describe my problem. Everytime I try to land on any runway, the glideslope brings me down much before the runway starts. This is valid for all the runways. Even on FSCommander 9.1 the ILS feathers show the glideslope touching down before the runway. Here is an image of how it looks on FSCommander: I dont know whether this is an issue with the PMDG FMC database and/or the FSX navigation/GPS database or the airport addon itself is misconfigured, Any help is appreciated. Due to a faulty Hard disk I need to again download my 737NGX. However the Ticket system, if I understand it correctly, notes that I cannot obtain this type of authorisation in a Ticket request. How do I get authorisation please? Cliff

Hi guys, I am running 737NGX and I rarely get Traffic Triangle showing on my screen. Yet if I load 747X they all show up. I get a TCAS test OK, I get this problem on the ground or in the air and if I run Squawkbox or FSInn. I7 Processor GTX680 SP2 FSX-Delux Windows 7 64Bit

Hello guys, I want to share with you guys two screenshot. In the first one you can see the outside view and in front an Air France plane... however, when I go to the virtual cockpit view I see no plane, just the lighting of it... is there a tweak problem here? Thanks for any ideas!!

I purchased the PMDG 737-800/900 and I am trying to get the liveries. When I download and try to put it in the PMDG file, it says I need Administrator permission. I checked all kinds of websites to trouble shoot this and there seems to dozens of different ways, so far which have not helped. I do have Windows 7. Some say you need to simply right click the folder and selection "Run as Administrator", but there is no "Run as Administrator" when I click. I cannot find any "Run as Administrator" in my program files for that matter. Any suggestions in how to get a livery in the right place and get Administrator permission?

YSNF Hi - anyone flown into YSNF in the 800? Looks like there is a weekly A320 that goes there so therefore I assume an 800 could get in.... The landing was interesting shall we say with hot brakes afterwards From there it was down to NZHN Other ideas are NZWK, NZAP, NZRO, NZPH, NZDN, NZQN and then probably over to Tasmania. Mentioning in case anyone has some other interesting places for me to try in the 800 in New Zealand and then Australia. I'm staying away from large airports at the moment as there's plenty of opportunity to see those in the Tripple! Carl

I thought I asked this once before but couldn't find the post now when I looked for it and not 100% sure what the answer was so sorry for asking again. As the topic suggests, is windshear modelled in the NGX so that you will hear the windshear warning message if the NGX experiences a windshear condition during flight? The discussion came up in one of the weather programs forums and as I recall windshear is not modelled in the NGX but I would be very happy if I'm wrong.

I've flown the NGX many times now but I've experienced an annoying problem recently. A couple of minutes into the 'flight' when I'm doing my pre-flight procedures, keyboard commands won't work anymore. I cannot open the ATC window (which is particularly annoying), I cannot stop the simulation and I can't even turn off the sound by pressing Q. Furthermore, I cannot access the menu because pressing Alt won't work and, if this wasn't enough, right click does not work, either. Sometimes Esc doesn't even work...

I just wanted to comment on how much I love flying this aircraft. Granted your not so much a pilot as a systems admin.. but man is it fun setting up the flight and getting the plane from point a to point b. Just did a flight from KSNA to KSFO. Came in with a perfect landing. This add on is so worth the money it's ridiculous. About to do a flight from KSNA to KDEN and stay up late listening to my Ipod as I fly. Great job to the people who made this payware aircraft!

Hi all! I formatted my HDD and asked PMDG to 'revive' the download link for my 737-NGX. They did so within the day, which was great... However, after I install the aircraft and launch it in FSX I got the activation key request, which I pasted. But I keep getting this: The activation of the fullfiment is denied by the activation policy because max extra activations exceeded. If I hit cancel then I get: You do not have a valid license installed for this product. Then FSX shuts down... I also tried using the activation tool, with no success. Any help would be appreciated! Question #1: Loading the 737, supposed to open it in 2D mode first, then go to VC. My FSX is set to 2D, and my trike opener (as instructed by the manual) DOES open in 2D mode. However, when I go to the top menu, go to "Aircraft" and choose the "Select Aircraft" choice to load the 737, it always loads in VC mode. Is there some secret to this, or does it matter? Question #2: I open FSX, and the default aircraft is the trike. I am not at Friday Harbor, but at my home airport KSFB. So now I go to load the 737. I know I am probably the hundredth person to bring this up, but when I go into FSX and pick my 737, which in this case is the Southwest it works and then shortly after it freezes and then I have to Ctrl alt delete to shut down fsx. I have had the luck to make it 3 hours into a 4 hour flight but have yet to finish a flight. The aircraft is amazing when it works, but I have yet to get it working. I have FSX gold edition installed. Have tried the UI.dll fix and that didn't work. I am in the process of reinstalling windows and seeing if that works. I have Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. Hi Everyone, I'm new to this forum and recently installed PMDG 737NGX. Everything works fine with mouse clicks but I cannot assign key controls to my BU0836X card using FSUIPC to PMDG aircrafts. Default FSX 737 aircrafts works fine. I'm using FSX with SP2, registered copy of FSUIPC 4.853 and using PMDG 737-800/900NGX v1.00.3219. Any help is appreciated!

I am encountering a slight visual problem: When panning, and zooming in spot view, the seam that separates the front 1/3 repaint/texture of the plane, and the middle section repaint/texture is showing. It looks like a black line in the middle of the two, is there a way to cover this gap? Also in the Southwest livery, or any livery that is not white, I am seeing a white line just above the left entry door. Is there anyway to fix these problems Thanks in advance.

The useless Avsim search engine couldn't find this so I'll have to ask here. Since FSX came out, London Stansted (EGSS) has had the runway numbers changed from 5/23 to 4/22. I'm sure that before I had to re-install I had RC using the updated numbers but I cannot remember how I changed it. I have run the scenery database but RC still refers to the old numbers. Hi guys, Just wanted to share with you that if you are looking for some hardware for your sim to use with the NGX, the CPFlight MCP and EFIS is the way to go. I got mine a few days ago and Wow! What a difference it make both on the realism factor and the ease of piloting. There was a thread about how difficult it was to set DH with higher altitude airpports, well that solved the issue completely. Turning the knob instead of holding the mouse button forever is alot easyer. I can also confirm that doing approaches with vectors from ATC has gotten alot easyer and faster. Hello guys, after the amaizing job made my PMDG 747 i decided to buy the PMDG 737. One question when starting a flight and having the 2D panel view the cockpit view starts with a zoom that appear to look at its own front wheels. Is there a trick to have the view look straight? I have been trying to minimize the windows and nothing seems to work, except if I retract the zoom to 0.30. But it does not look real (as by pressing the standard zomm- backspace) Thanks for any tipps!!

Hello! I've just bought my 737 ngx and I'm very dissappointed!! My cabins (2d, 3d..) don't show any font!! Here is a pic of my problem!! I made the normal procedures of 737 in size 12.5 x24cm, in protecting checklist available in all aero store (http://www.boutique.aero/article-8105-p ... ssion.aero), In this archive several procedures: - CPT AND F/O procedures, they are made for a flight with two pilots : home cockpit, shared cockpit or via FS2Crew. - The Single pilot, to be alone, is a mix between the two procedures.
