Hi, I was wondering what the best was to set up Separate reverse levers for my saitek pro throttle quadrant? Right now I have the set through FSUIPC, as a direct to FSUIPC for reverse 1 FO one lever and reverse 2 for the other. Also, i was having the same problem when I had the reversers Assigned to a button, after I touchdown, I would press the button To activate the reverse thrust, it wouldn't activate, I had to wold the button for a while before it activated. I I usually reduse the throttles to idle at at 20ft for touchdown but I'm not sure, usually at touchdown the N1 it at 30% or so.

I have a unique problem. I have created a flight from HSOB to FEFF in Africa When I start with the 600 model I have no mouse function for any PMDG function like the lights, FMC, Flaps, Brake or other functions. IF I change to the 700 model it works without any problems. if I change to a another airport Europe or North America the 600 also works but not at HSOB or other close airports in Africa? Any Thoughts?

Hi guys! So as a follow up on my previous post regarding the 737. How/where would I determine the point in time to which I need to start descending? Example: If I were doing a flight from KOAK to KLAX in the 737-700wl, at a cruz alt of FL250 (how would I determine the cruz alt and cruz speed for a flight???) where wou8ld I start the decent so I would catch the ILS at the right point?

To give you some history of why I am trying to do this; I am in the process of designing and building a virtual airline. I can't wrap my head around how to save the aircraft's configuration which can be selected from the FMC. I am not a painter but I would like to distribute the configuration with a paint at some point but for starters just the configuration of the -700 NG. A couple questions: -Is is allowed to distribute a configuration file? -How would this be possible? My original thought was to simply list the aircraft options for the aircraft, ex. MCP-Collins, After Takeoff-Wings Level but then I thought that there may be an easier way. Thanks

This problem may not be linked to the NGX at all. I get a permanent very loud and lousy noise in the cockpit, like ventilation. It covers all other sounds. I have it even in a cold and dark cockpit. I tried all settings: FSX and NGX but it is always there. Any idea where it comes from and what adjustment I could make?Cheers.

Hi chaps, I have loved this aircraft for a long time and recently bought the 777, MD-11 and J41 too in a mental and financially unjustifiable spending spree. fabulous aircraft. one problem i have with service based failures on the 737 is that I only ever get excessive brake heat. that is the only failure i ever get. nowadays i just clear the brake failure and carry on with my flight. i'd like to know if anyone else has had this problem and what i can do to get the thing to vary the failures a bit. getting excessive brake heat in the air is also irritatingly unrealistic - the brakes aren't doing anything and the outside air temp is about -54. any help greatly appre…

Performing an ILS approach with two FD on ( master side captain) and both NAV on ILS frequency, at 50 FT RA the bars of FD doesn't disappear and remain on PFD on ground. In autoland instead they disappear at 50 Ft without problem. I had version SP 1C only 800/900 , FSX + UTEX+ FEX and FSUIPC registeresd ( but the axis are form FSX and NOT by FSUIPC)

Greetings All, This isn’t a huge issue and doesn’t affect position accuracy but I’m unable to enter “Gate” numbers in the FMS on the “POS INIT” page when setting up a flight. The scratch pad error always advises “Not In Database”. My AIRAC cycle is currant and I’ve tried entering them upon each setup at multiple airports with the same result. Would anyone have an idea where or what I’m failing to do correctly? Dan Troup

I made a flight plan from LSGG ( Geneva ) too LSZH ( Zurich ) using PFPX. After loading the plan into the CDU I got an error message "No des path after D235J" ( see attached picture ) Since I see nothing wrong I wonder what the problem is and how to correct ? Thanks Hubert Werni

Hello. I have the PMDG 737NGX. Usually my first flight goes well. After I land and am setting up everything for my next flight, I triple-check EVERYTHING and ensure that the route is correct and active and that everything is configured properly. However, once I get in the air, the autopilot simply won't engage. Sometimes I try to manually navigate to my route and try to engage it but that still doesn't work. Does anyone know what's going on?

I've been flying the NGX pretty much non stop since friday - it's wonderful, however there are a few little niggles I've got. There are a few issues that I can see with the FD and AP in the landing and approach phase.Firstly the FCOM vol. 2 says that when landing, the FD bars should dissappear from the PFD at 50' RA. Currently they don't, neither in manual flight nor autoland. Unless this is a customer option I'm guessing this could be investigated by devs... Also, I'm not quite sure whether the logic for displaying 'SINGLE CH' in the AP status display is correct. Should it not display this whenever VOR/LOC & G/S are engaged with only NAV 1 tuned and 1 CMD channel. Te…

Hi, I'm trying to perform a stall recovery checkride with the NGX but it seems that despite the buffet warning appears and the stall alert occurs, fsx doesn't display the stall in red characters like if it was not recognized as a stall. It is bothering because the addon for which I must perform the stall recovery needs fsx to recognize the stall to do the checkride. When you are in a stall with the NGX, does the red message appear on your system? Should it appear normally or, due to the way the NGX has been programmed it doesn't? Thanks for you help.

I have a problem, every flight. It doesn't really do anything, it's just annoying to get a warning light on every flight. The AC has to be reset, or it has a system error and sets the warning light. I don't see anything in the manual about it. Anyone know what I can do to prevent it?

hello everyone! So I'm a bit new to the FMC and mediocre at FSX, learned most of the cld/drk operations yesterday, and departed KLAX 25R last night headed to KLAS 25L. I placed the correct waypoints to KLAS from KLAX including leaving the airport through proper airways and landing the aircraft at the proper runway using the waypoints on approach. I simply did this by opening my FMC and entering my Origin and Dest as KLAX and KLAS, I then clicked next page to get the get the VIA route page. Probably, I made something wrong, but I don't understand: on the EFIS the T/D point has been reached, but not on the CDU. Just baffling one to me ATM. Iv flew the 737ngx for a while now, but at the moment it won't engage the AP until the the engines are in cruise mode or at cruise altitude. I have fs2crew for the checklists and always start frm cold/dark state. The lnav and vnav both engage but are obviously inaffective until I can engage cmd A. Any ideas? Thnx
