PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu

Hello, I've entered a flight plan (before performance data) and saved it as a company route. Now I'd like to clear FMC from the current flight plan and enter my saved company route instead. I'm trying to delete the destination (to clear the current flight plan) but FMC says it's an INVALID DELETE. What is the right way to do that? Thanks, Igor Petrov.

I am trying to optimise 737NGX as described in the pdf which comes with the product. It recommends using venetubo.com to auto optimise. I have done this and it seems good. However it also recommends to use an external limiter and provides a download. Unfortunately it does not say where to unpack the RAR file to. Has anyone got advise on this. Thanks Andrew Brown

Hi Would anyone know how to adjust the actual size of the green projected images in the HGS in the 737 NGX, or even if it is adjustable. I seem to remember it being slightly larger than it now seems to be, or maybe I'm just getting older and things appear to be smaller I know there is an adjustment for the intensity of the display but wondered if there was a way to increase the actual size of the image? I had to re-install my FSX and now I can't restore a saved flight. I can save it and the file is time stamped ok but when I load the file none of my saved cockpit switches are saved. I run in Admin mode, SFX is installed in C:\FSX3 and I have enabled all FSX3 folder permissions (cascading downward into sub-folders). Maybe I'm missing something obvious? Any ideas I could try would be appreciated. Thanks...

Hi all, I'm having a blast with my newly acquired 737NGX, even more so with FS2crew installed... I have an issue, though : this happens every time, even with no external weather, FS2crew not started, just the aircraft : - Take off from Rouen airport (LFOP) rw04, using SID CEN 3N which says (official chart) : climb MAG 042°. At 1000 (488) turn right MAG 271° to intercept and follow RDL 241° ROU (MAG 241°) to ELBOX then RDL 083° CEN (MAG 263°) to CEN. - FMC fully configured with take off RW04, SID activated, LEGS checked showing proper waypoints as per the SID description - LNAV/VNAV armed on the ground, then CMD A selected at 400ft above ground, which transla…

I'm releasing my next video tutorials in my Basics Boot Camp Series called "How To Fly A Perfect ILS". I've been contacted by several flight simmers asking for a video tutorial on how to fly a good ILS approach. They tell me speed is the number one problem for them when trying to fly an ILS. Hello, First of all i hope to put this idea at the right place. I am fascinated by the detailed new products like the ngx or the 777, also if i am a little disappointened by the last informations about the update. Especially the work with failures enables a big view into real cockpit trouble shooting and gives a better feeling of flight workload. I remember the Level-D 767 where i could set failures by a percent chance and could get any failure of a system. Now i can set failures in a set period, but not with percent. Is there any way around or to get such thing in future products?

Hey guys, Yesterday I finally bought the absolutely amazing 737 NGX of yours. Everything works really well for me apart from the 2D main panel. All other 2D panels work perfectly, just the main panel. Pic below. Hope you guys can help, tell me if I have doubled up on another topic, tried searching for another one and nothing came up. Hey Guys I have been using TOPCAT for quite sometime. I noticed that once I export the data from TOPCAT to my NGX, it only input the payload not the fuel. Therefore, I am inputting fuel and ZFW manually in the FMC , is this how you guys do it? I also noticed the FMC has a fixed figure for the ZFW, it doesnt match what I am inputting manually. I wonder if the FMC actually using my ZFW oppose to the fixed figure amount. David

It didn't go too bad (I didn't crash!) apart from an issue between the frequencies that I had on the charts and what FS actually said (old frequencies). I'm after a bit more advice and help regarding the approach and programming it into the FMC. Hi all! I've got a problem with my NGX SP1c. http://oi61.tinypic.com/wa4wg4.jpg It's a maximum possible position of my rudder, but only when airborne (on final glidepath too). On the gound it's OK. This problem happens even if i operate rudder with keyboard, so i exclude problem with my Thrustmaster Flight Stick X. Also i havent animation of rudder pedals, also only when airborne. Other planes feel good.

On numerous occasions I have programmed the fmc for an arrival prior to the start of the trip and then when receiving ATIS from the arrival airport I need to change the runway. After putting in the new arrival I get a message "Arrival n/a for the runway". It then appears that the vnav doesn't work properly. The runway I select on the fmc does have the stars on selected as an option.

Hi all! So, in all my flights i've experienced an problem, the problem can come up around TOC or just in the middle of the flight. My Co-Pilot's recall, is lighting "Air Cond" and after that message the aircraft starts to drop altitude, its not much, about 3000ft. It depends sometime. Then its starts to get out of course and its just going an straight line and not turning on the curves when they should. I have tried to engage Heading Select and make my own course but the aircraft won't respond and continues his little own way? How is this possible? Good evening guys, I couldn't find in this forum nor google.....is there a way to scroll the ND screen vertically and horizontally? (like i can scroll this page vertically). Ok when switching to diffrent views, a 2D(F10), 3D(F9), views in generall etc. I get a glims of FSX logo/blue color etc.(2-3sec before normal view) also when view outside on lights in front off plane insted of lights its FSX logo/blue lights(in 2-3sec before normal view)....Any one had this and how to solve it.........

Hi i just purchased, downloaded pmdg 737-800. Started fsx up loaded aircraft and noticed the red x on the two pfd panels. Changed setting to cold and dark and rebooted. Red X still there. I also noticed the tcas test button is not working either. Was wondering if anyone has solved this issue. Thanks Stevie
