Hi guys, In 2012 i bought 737 NGX dowmload version. Now i need to re download the aircraft, so i bought yesterday the extended download, but PMDG sent me mail saying: EXTENDED DOWNLOAD SERVICE ORDERS: Your purchase has been recorded in your account. In order to receive access to your download, you must open a Re-Download ticket in PMDG's Support Portal: http://support.precisionmanuals.com I go there, and need to log in. But i don't have a username. So i just click on i don't remember password and message say: There is no email address associated with this user Is impossible because i bought these product with this mail I need support Thanks Pietro

Hello guys, I bought the PMDG 737 NGX last day,I started my FSX Simulator, I selected the Pmdg 737-800 but every time I click on "End Flight" The FSX restarts on my desktop. The problem of Event Viewer is C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Microsoft Games \ Microsoft Flight Simulator X \ GAUGES \ PMDG_737NGX.DLL My PCB desktop is I5 3,5 mhz 8 gb Ram and I use Gtx.Nvidia 660 2gb Os windows 32bt. Dear PMDG, I desperately need some help with a problem that i have. FSX is freezing hundreds of times during a flight with the NGX. It is terrible. It only freezes for about 15 seconds. I have tested the whole weekend and it only freezes with the NGX. level-d, feelthere, eaglesoft, pmdg md 11, pmdg 747, no problem at all. But my favourite plane unfortunately does. And i also did a complete clean install, not just FSX and the NGX, no I did a total recovery of my computer. But this isn't the solution. I have a very powerfull computer. Bonjour, I have to re-install FSX, the PMDG 737NGX has no problem. It is not clear to me if there is a way to save all the PMDG FMC setup (Aircraft, option) in order to restore it after the re-install of FSX and 737NGX. Been working on my own checklist for the NGX although there are already some great checklists around. What I've aimed for with my checklist is to make a checklist that is very simple and straight-forward to use and including all the phases of flight from a cold & dark flightdeck at your origin to securing the a/c when parked at your destination. I have deliberately omitted steps I normally don't perform on every single flight like testing the fire warning systems etc but instead only include the steps I actually perform on every flight to make it as real as possible. Hello there, I have a strange problem that is giving me headaches for weeks now. So right to it: I set a route in the FMC, select SID's and STARS etc. and everything is going well. Then I select for example a 26k Thrust settings and go to the takeoff page. There I enter the calculated v-speeds and as soon as i enter the v2 speed, the FMC gives me an "UNABLE NEXT ALTITUDE" error. I know this is due to an altitude restricion in the selected SID. The real problem is that the FMC now calculates a very low climb rate and thinks he can't reach that very altitude restriction. But i flew that SID manually and had to realise that it is perfectly doable. I really don't get …

Hello all This is definitely a stupid question, however, after finishing both pmdg tut again and, browsing the web, I still don't know the answer. I want to use the pmdg with my recently acquired copy of GSX. I'm not able to fo a full dark and cold rub, so I use the default state. However, gsx requires engines to be off (which I do with the cutoff switch and the apu generator bus to on. However, to commence push l, I have to switch on the apu. This however doesn't start for me, which also results somehow in me not being able to even start the engines :|. Is there something else that has to be switched from the engine off state, to be able to start it? …

I made a flightplan from Seattle to Vancouver using PFPX. When loading the plan I get a CDU indication which I do not understand.( I wish I could provide a screen shot but I do not know how to upload ) The indicaton is : Waypoint EGRAT 250 ( shown in magenta ) / 10000 12000 Gavav 234 / 8000A I understand the EGRAT waypoint but not the EGRAT. I am trying to place a waypoint in front of one of my waypoints on my route MCT - manchester VOR! I am doing this so it lays 40nm out from my dest airport EGNX or East Midlands. The reason why i am doing this is for RC, so i can meet the Alt and Speed Rest at FL 110 / 250kts. I have set a fix 40 nm green arc around the dest airport but trying to place a waypoint at it so i can meet my restrictions! If your TCAS stops working hit the TCAS test button and it will come back again. I just had somebody pass me on VATSIM at FL370 and I was at FL350 and did not see him on TCAS. Hit TCAS reset and viola works fine again.

At three addon airports I have attempted to enter gates into the FMC under AIRPORT but I have received the message in the scratchpad "NOT IN DATABASE". 744, 748 accept gates from these airports. Doe anyone know what the issue might be? Thank youMichael Cubine

I use a Saitek Pro Flight Yoke, Throttle Quadrants and Rudder Pedals. Hi, I am Alan Hill and I recently purchased a motorized throttle that is German made - and I am looking for assistance to get it functioning properly with a current version of FSX and PMDG 737 NGX. The Throttle is the SimHard motorized throttle and although it came with cables, 12v power supply and some software, I cannot understand it and I am becoming frustrated trying to get it to work. The throttle obviously has motors and I believe can be made to work through PMDG's SDK facility but a knowledge of C and C++ programming is required and I do not have this. I am constantly trying to enter the temperature reported at the airport, but frequently getting "Invalid Entry". Where (and when) exactly should you make this entry in the FMS ?

Hi, With the 737 the brakes only get a temp reading in max brake or rto. With 1 2 3 4 autobrake the brake temp stays at zero. I dont have this problem with the 777 that gets always a temp reading with autobrake. Is this a bug in the 737? greets, Jordi van der Meer

I've just noticed that when using the FMC pushback option, and viewing from 'spot plane' view, the pushback truck pushes the plane back in a straight line, then reverses back while the plane itself continues the pushback and turn 'on it's own' (i.e. with a pushback truck no longer attached). Is there a fix for this small bug?

I use 737-800 pmdg, my FMC always shows 'Navdata is out of date ' do i need to purchase new Navdata or is there any free ware? which i can use. there are people who bought new nav data for their FMC,they also get this message in their CDU. how to sollve this issue ? during takeoff, after engaging TO/GO both engine show power of 89 to 97 % as per the requirement, but suddenly with in two seconds my right engine power comes down to 40 %. I'm running into a problem with the heading being off in the NGX, somtimes as much as 90*. ive done a complete uninstall of the NGX and re-installed it, as well a my navigraph data but nothing still off. Any body have any suggestions? Chris
