    Hey guys I cant seem to get my plane to do its call outs. I went into the settings and set all that up... I turned the dial to 250 but I'm not getting my App min or min. I get my 2500 call and 50 40 30 20 10... I read up on what I could but I just cant figure out what I'm doin wrong here? Thanks for the help. Jon

    Hi all, I was flying the tutorial 1 flight for the PMDG 737 NGX and saved the flight before the TOC. When I loaded the flight later to continue the plane went back into the initialization procedure (20 second countdown in green bar at top of screen). All my settings and FMC had been reset... Does this mean that all flights the this 737 have to be completed in one setting or did I miss something completely? Thanks, Sultan Sultan

    Whenever I perform an assumed temperature takeoff, and commanded N1 changes from D-TO to CLB, V2 always falls within the orange low speed buffet range and A14X flashes on the speed window to indicate that the selected speed is too low. Obviously, the speed means very little because with the pitch mode in 'TOGA' the FD is commanding V2+20. However, I have a friend who flies the real 738 and his company SOP calls for 'bug up' at thrust reduction alt (the queue for the PM to select the airspeed bug to flap up speed). He said that he's never seen the speed window indicating min speed reversion on takeoff. Where am I going wrong?

    I have the 737NGX installed but when I go into the game and it asks me for my password to activate it it's saying its no good. It has been a long while since I've installed the ships and finally have the time to install FSX and the ships on my new SSD with my new OS. I emailed PMDG support but my email was rejected something about delayed sending or something. I am having the same issues for my 747. Please help. I miss my 737NG!!!! Jon

    Hi everyone,I have an odd problem undocking panels on the 737NGX. It does not happen with other aircraft that I use. I am running in windowed mode, not fullscreen. S/W is FSX on Win7 x64. High end system - no issue with system specs I'm certain.I can undock panels and use them in the normal way on either of my two displays _if_ I stay with having all views, main and undocked, on that one single display. If I try and run the main VC window on one display and move the undocked view or views to the other display they go black or freeze and show the same display they did when moved without updating (mostly, they just go black).     Hi is there a reason why, when i'm landing gear down, flaps 15 and when i go to arm the spoilers they click into place but immediately reset back to the up position? this is happening a few times now. is it a bug or something i'm not doing right? Thanks.

    Hi guys, I'm new to the PDMG products, as I am setting my FMC up, I sometimes chage view between 2D and VC, but after a while can't change view anymore. if I press any key on the keyboard, the mouse cursor reacts like I am pressing a switch or turning a knob. Could this be because I forgot to remove the green input box in the scratchpad of the FMC and changed view (I just thought about this)? Thanks in advance, Sultan Sultan

    I've had big problems trying to download the American airlines 737-800WL and get it to populate in the Installed Liveries block section of the PMDG Livery Manager which has the various PMDG default 737's in it. My downloaded ptp file of the American Airlines is already located in my documents file in WIndows7 as being there. When I go into the PMDG Livery Manager and click on "Select Livery to Install", I get the following action: "Extracting equipment_decal.dds..." and then the screen goes from readable to a faded background and after a few minutes it spits out the following message: "PMDG Livery_Manager.exe has stopped working.     I have two flightplans saved in the CDU,one from Seattle,USA,rwy 34R to Vancouver,Canada,rwy26L and the other one from Seattle rwy 16L to Vancouver rwy26L Both flight work well. However when aligning I run into problems with the flight from Seattle rwy16L whereas the flight from rwy 34R is ok. Here is what I do and what I get. 1) Park the plane on the runway. 2) Into the CDU IntPos I enter KSEA 3) On the IRS panel: switch the align off and wait until the alignn lights are extinguished. 4) Switch the align to NAV 5) Entering the IRS position 6) Take off.   17. Hi all, I purchased the 737NGX add-on aircraft after seeing some great youtube clips of it. The virtual cockpit looked so realistic to me, I had to do a double-take. I have invested in a top of the line setup to run my FSX, this plane, and some other add-ons for scenery, etc. I am finding that my virtual cockpit in FSX doesn't look as realistic as those on youtube! Theirs are a little darker, have this intense realism to it, that I can't explain, in the way the panels and gauges look. Mine still looks like a game.     Entering a gate into the FMC is not important but it does add to the experience. I don't believe that I have ever had one load. Always says not in our database. Any way around this, a cfg or something. My nav data is up to date but that shouldn't have anything to do with gate data.Thanks

    Just wondering if there is anyway to love a waypoint eaither more to the left or right? Or draw a path that will get me to a waypoint in another direction? For example flying from ksea to ksfo. Using a real life route from flightaware it says they use the golden6 star. And with the winds coming out of the west they are using the 28 l and r. The golden6 star has me making a very very sharp turn about 5 miles east of the runway to the final approach. It would be nice to hit that glide scope at a better angle from farther away. Thanks

  23. Hi chaps, The other day I was flying the PMDG 737ngx 800 from EGKK to EGCC, to land on runway 05L using STAR DAYNE2A and transition DAYNE. This approach leads to crossing MCT at 3000 feet on track 233 degress, then turning left onto 188 degrees and then turning right through 180 degrees to intercept the localiser for 05L. I was flying with LNAV and VNAV at the time, and the aircraft decided to turn left instead of right to pick up the reciprocal 008 degrees. The reason was fairly obvious, the system cannot know which way to turn when going on to a reciprocal heading! I guess it might have been better to have disconnected from LNAV and flown manually or to go into …

    Ok a question on the A/T on the GO Around. CAT I app You disengage the AP + A/T at MUH then ATC tells you to go around. On the 737, the 2 engine go-around function requires 1. a decision to go-around. 2. Use of toga. 1 press = a more gentle climb, 2nd press gives you the full performance, which you probably won't need in most cases. 3. A call- 'Go around-flap15' When you hit toga, the go around sequence has begun, you fly the LNAV go around procedure. Get the positive rate- gear up. Flaps will be bugged, and retracted as you pass the bug (speed tape) When do i arm the autothrottle again once i initiate the go around procedure?
