    Hello, OK again I'm still new to PMDG and before I post questions I do try my best to research solutions, in this case I can not find one. I have created a FLP from KCHA to KTPA using PFPX. This may be a PFPX issue but I thought I would start here first. The problem is when I load this in the FMC it only shows roughly half of the flight plan waypoints. The last waypoint shown in the LEGS page is SZW. The next waypoint at cruise, HEVVN and the following TOD/descent waypoints are not shown. When I go back to PFPX on the map when I zoom in I can see all the waypoints to the airport including the alternate path to KSRQ, and all the waypoints are shown on the PFPX f…

    Hi, I've just bought the PMDG 737 for FSX from the website and installed it (It's a clean install and I just reinstalled fsx to install the 737). It work fine but crashes when I want to exit the flight. It occurs just with the 737. FSX stop working and try to find a solution. Any ideas? Thanks a lot. Vivian

  6. I feel I must have missed something but I cannot find an option to select lb's or Kg in the FMCWhen I flew the airline in PMDG livery the unit was lbs. I then had a problem and had to reinstall the program which works and now I have downloaded the Air Berlin livery in the 737-800 W/L but it now says Kg in the FMC.Can anyone explain where the option is to change the fuel from kg to lbs or vice versa.Thank-you

  7. Hello, does anybody know what the name of the RMI Standby gauge file in the panel.cfg of the pmdg 737 is ? I was able to make seperate windows of the DUs and even the ISFD but not on the RMI which is directly below the ISFD. Michael

    Weird, I don't see the rudder pedals moving anymore?! I checked in a flight (loaded flt situation) the rudder works but the pedals don't move visually. The rudder model moves as well (otside view). What can be wrong and how to fix it? I assign and calibrate all the axis only in FSUIPC (in FSX controls axis are turned off), and FSUIPC sees everything ok. Thanks, Dirk.

  10. Hey all, I'm having a rather frustrating issue trying to land the 737 with ILS at various aerodromes. The issue seems to occur randomly. Sometimes it will work flawlessly - and then other times it will fail even under exactly the same conditions. Thankfully, the failure is the same each time... the autopilot completely overshoots the runway. The little bug on the HGS will start by pointing to the correct point on the runway during approach, and then as I get closer it will point to the far end of the runway and sometimes even beyond. This can cause issues where the files get corrupted after the Livery Manager tries to write to them and fails.     In the default FSX 737-800 if I want to fly with the autopilot alone (no FMC, no GPS), I can do the following on the MCP: 1. F/D switch ON 2. A/T = ARMED 3. SPEED = ON (with say 250 dialed in) 4. HDG SEL = ON (with say 180 dialed in) 5. ALT HLD = ON (with say 6000 dialed in) 6. CMD-A = ON If I do the same thing in the PMDG 737 NGX, the CMD-A button just flashes on and off (does not stay enabled). What am I doing wrong? I am expecting it to maintain my speed, heading, and altitude as dialed in. Thanks

  14. Hi all, I was just wondering what the correct procedure for disengaging A/P and A/T on final is? I currently use the disengage bar on the MCP and the A/T switch which I realize is not correct and results in the A/P-A/T alarm annoyingly going off while landing.     I try to install liveries with the installer for the700 winglet version but it keeps telling me ther is no varient for that aircraft . for what ever reason it did not go in .can I fix this without doing a reinstall ? Is there a repair or fix for not installing all the varients .I put in the base package then the 600/700 all from pmdg

    I fly NGX 800/900 WL frequently and I have never had this problem before and have been using it successfully together with FS2Crew and FSiPanel. After Installing the Majestic Q400 and its FS2Crew as well assoc. Navgraph data it has ceased to give guidance information. Should I reinstall or is there another explanation? jsmcwilliam

    I'm planning a flight from EGGP to EPSC EPSC rwy in use is 13 non ILS , there is only 1 ILS and thats rwy 31. the wind direction from ASN is 150/6 so the landing has to be rwy 13. Now what roll modes and pitch modes will i use? LNAV and VNAV? also what mins do i go off as this rwy doesn't show any information whatsoever.

    After my NGX working perfectly since I got it, now I have a big problem. On both the 700 and 800 I do as I have always done, program the FMC with SIDS and STARS, and start the flight with VNAV and LNAV after I get to about 2000 ft. The plane climbs very vast (about 5000 fpm) but hits the restrictions ok. Then when climbing to cruise altitude it climbs at 8000-9000 fpm, usually overshoots the cruise altitude and the A/T throttles the engines back to idle. I can turn the A/T off and run the throttles manually and continue the flight but it takes about 60% power to stay at 340 IAS and not overspeed. But though it shows 340 IAS at FL350 the Mach # is only .450 or so, and the …

    I have a problem with my PMDG B737-600 in FSX. When I fly to pop the tape speed 20 - 30 kt up and down. Sometimes it overspeed when the speed jumps up. The problem is big as this happens at the ILS approach and go suddenly changing maybe 30 kt up and the engines start working up to speed. It usually appears as the whole machine stutter. The problem started a few months ago probably together with any installation of addons and graphics in FSX become strange. Let's say that i have to follow a SID procedure with an ''at'' altitude constraint at 3000 ft and ATC gives clearance to climb to 5000ft via the SID (without cancelling the 3000 ft altitude restriction). What are the correct actions with VNAV selected : 1) set the final altitude (5000ft) in the MCP and watch carefully if VNAV will satisfy the 3000 ft altitude restricition. Or 2) set the First altitude constraint in the MCP window, and after the restriction set the altitude to 5000ft.     Take look at the screenshot which shows a clock time of 2013Z and the PROG Page which shows T/D at 0023Z which is 157 miles away. That is over four hours to travel a 157 miles. It just looks odd.
