Hi all Don't know if this is me or an ngx thing I have 2 problems that I can't think why its doing this, I should note I have a full registered copy of fsuipc prob1 I have one of the buttons on my Saitek yoke set for elev trim down and another for elev trim up I've checked my settings several times to make sure both buttons are set exactly the same except ones up and ones down, but my elev trim down button stops working once it gets to the edge of the green band,if for any reason I wanted to move it further then I have to click on the trim wheel to increase the nose down attitude, however my elev trim up button will give me full elev trim ie outside the green band. An…

However, then, I switch back, and notice that non of the gauges that I move respond (except the autopilot once). Also, when I launch fs2crew.. it gives me an SDK error.. ANy tips? vkr victor

I am using Saitek Combat pedals, I have the brakes set with about one third Sensitivity & a small Null zone. If the brakes are used whilst taxiing they seem to stick half on i.e.the aircraft will still move, but with a lot of throttle. To clear this requires cycling the auto brake on & off. I have tried varying the settings but with no improvement. There seems to be some link between the brakes & the auto brake which should not be there with the auto brakes set to off. If anyone can suggest a cure I shall be most grateful as this is an annoying fault & seems to apply to both the 737 & the 777. TonyM

There is only one American Airlines One World livery available in the file library for the 737-800WL NGX model. I've seen several pictures of this plane in other simmers' screenshots. However, when I download it and install it through the livery manager (several attempts), the Vertical Stabilizer and both engine cowlings are black. The rest of the plane looks beautiful. What could be causing this you think?? thanks for your help, Geoff

Hi simmers i just purchased FSUIPC for my jetmax TQ737 thats coming very shortly, so just need a few questions asnswered. Dear fellow virtual pilots, quite a while ago I finally decided to begin with my first repaint for the PMDG 737NGX. Being from Ukraine, I always liked Ukraine International Airlines and flew several times with them when I was a little kid - one time even on the jumpseat. Since I have access to specific information and details of UIA's fleet I decided to start realizing my idea of an accurate fleet representation, using PMDG's 737NGX as a basis. My first repaint will be UR-PSB - one of the first NG's that Ukraine International have acquired in September 2009. Regarding visual and technical accuracy (equipment and displays) my repaints will represent their real eq…

Dear PMDG, I know this was brought up before and there was extensive explanation on why the out of VC view is so large compared to real setup due to HUD implementation, and sounds as there will be no patch or option to have a real view out of vc for those who do not use HUD option in fsx from what i searched on forums ( i could be wrong or missed a post somewhere), however would it be possible to consider to have the option for p3D where if u do not use HUD to have real view out VC when you guys release 737 ngx for p3d. I love 737 but the fact that cockpit doesn't feel 'cozy' and feels odd when comparing to other cockpits you made pretty much makes 737 unreal, spe…

I know that is just a detail and it is not very important but due to the level of realism of this aircraft it would be nice to have it fixed. Compare the yellow details in attached file with the real one. The ISFD seems to be narrower in the real one.The framework between the pedestal and displays on the front panel seem to be eliminated. The framework between the lower DU and the throttle pedestal has also been eliminated. Thanks for your time.

I'm speaking to a RW 737 NG pilot but is now flying the 777 he passed on one of his personal techniques that i asked him about when getting vectored from a STAR to the CI. i hope this will help others, thankyou. Thats a good basic way to plan your descent, however i would never look at the progress page distance (since thats along the planned route), instead if you are already under vectors look at the top right of the ND to see the distance direct to the final fix. My personal technique is to use the (completely underused and forgotten about) descent angle feature on the Descent page. On the bottom right (R4?) you should see a waypoint and an altitude, thats usua…

Greetings Concerning the white-coloured bug located on the speed tape, that is displayed when you select VREF in the CDU. The bug reads VREF + 20. I have been told that this bug is used as reference for two things - 1: as a speed marker for one engine only during TOGA; and 2: as a bug to set the MCP speed to when making your initial descent after the Initial Approach FIX (IAF). Can someone clarify its this please ?? Thank You, WilloW

Can the PMDG Boeing 737/800 NGX with its complexities be successfully contained within the ULTIMATE TRAFFIC 2 software. I am using the PMDG product and I am considering purchase of UT2 but only if it passes a compatibility test. I have had difficulty in getting answers to this question in the UT2 forums. I would appreciate assistance here, Thanks, James Blomfield (user name PLAYER)

Today I launched a flight for the first time in about six months. It's great to be back. Not having had the time to fly due to a lot of work, I sure have been missing my NGX! However, I noticed a problem that I haven't encountered before: I made a flight now in the evening (real time) with the NGX, about 19:00-20:40 UTC IRL. However, I simulated a flight from this morning departing at 05:20UTC and arriving about an hour later. So that is the time that I set FSX to. I also used Active Sky Next with the same historical time. But suddenly I realized that the FMC displayed the wrong time. The clock to my left in the captains seat showed the correct historical time tha…
