PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu

Hi, I have an issue with loading the panel state on the 737NGX. When I load the 737 i let it start the default flight and let the systems initialise. Then I go to FMC-> PMDG SETUP--> STATE LOAD --> CLD DRK Then nothing happends or it looks like it will load the exact same panel state as before and will start the initialisation countdown. I am running FSX as admin. Could there be a way that I have overwritten the .sav files from CLDDRK? Because in my startup state it says NGX CLDDRK (think I gve that name) and should have loaded this state. Your help is greatly appreciated. Best regards Rob Kablau

Hello, Today, I have a problem (that I have already submitted to Peter Dowson (FSUIPC) and told me that it was not from FSUIPC) in trying to use FSUIPC 4,853, P3D 1.4, PMDG 737 NGX SP1C and a CDU Opencockpits V2 equipped with an interface USBKey which emulates a keyboard. With this intention, I connect the CDU on an USB port of my computer, then I start a programme encoder_keys written by Opencockpits which allows mapper all the keys of CDU as one wishes it thanks to a file encoder_keys.ini. For example when I press on key A of my CDU, encoder_keys sends sequence CTRL+F10. I made all mapping while avoiding using the native orders P3d or then I removed them in P3d.…

I've been having issues with manual elevator control in the NGX ever since it was installed, and after extensive testing I've come to the conclusion that the issue is with the aircraft itself. I always perform a flight control check as part of the 'Before Taxi' checklist and often find that the elevator responsiveness is sluggish. With the SYS page open on the lower CDU it is clear that sometimes the elevator doesn't reach it's full range of travel and moves at a slower rate than the control inputs. This issue is intermittent, but can sometimes be remedied by moving my CH controller through it's full range of motion a few times. Every time this happens, I also switch …

Hello! I have been googeling a little issue for some time now with out finding a cure to this little problem. I formated my SSD and reinstalled win 8.1. After installing everything back i finally came around to install pmdg 737-800/900. Install went fine. However when i select the airplane in the sim it does not ask me to punch in my activation key. It just loads the aircraft with no working gauges or bottons. I have tried to reinstall the pmdg product with admin rights. As well as FSX with admin rights. Haved tried to delete the fsx.cfg Have tried to set the internet time sync to all the other possible alternatives. Have tried to reinstall FSX have tried…

Until I can get my OpusFSi cameras and my Track IR to "play nice together" I would like to use the views available in FSX. If one right clicks on the view that is on the screen a "fly up" menu appears which offers two basic choices, COCKPIT or VIRTUAL COCKPIT. Under VIRTUAL COCKPIT the following choices are available; >VIRTUAL COCKPIT (Captain's view) >F/O SEAT >OVERHEAD UPPER PANEL >OVERHEAD LOWER PANEL >CENTER PEDESTAL I would like to know if anyone knows of any key assignments available to activate these above five views so that I can use these key assignment via FSUIPC to program them to keys on my joystick. Hello guys, I was wondering what the difference is between the NGX and the NG? I have the NGX 738/9 package, but in the menu where I can choose which livery etc, I saw it saying NG and NGX that caught my attention. Systemwise and visually I cant see anything different. Thanks for any help, Claudio

Guys, I downloaded all 150 (whatever the exact number) pages of PMDG 737 and A320 (Airbus by other party), read it all, and that kept me going. Thas was enough to understand all other aircraft as well, all I had to do is read the systems and FMS specifics pertaining to that specific aircraft and watch some videos on youtube. So I kept flying for a while... I input waypoints, I input perf data so I use LNAV and VNAV functions in flight and that works ok. One thing I never did (and have a difficulty figuring out, although knowing it is something simple) is the SID and STAR inputting, default ATC got me on course. This issue just started after takeoff left gear won't retract . I have the gear assigned to a button on my warthog. I tried hitting g key and also moving gear lever with mouse. I googled it and found some old post any ideas how to fix? Thanks, Tom

Hi just recently re-installed my 737 NGX packages. When I start the acft with the engines shut off and start the APU, after it adjusts it will not let me power the acft when flipping the power switch to APU power. I also tried adding a start cart and selecting ground power, but still nothing. I also do not get any bleed air to start engines...Is there something I'm not selecting? It was working perfectly before the reinstall. Thanks!

Is anyone here running the sliding friction through FSUIPC? I'm looking to mod the sliding and/or braking effects looked everywhere on a guide on how to perform the steps.

I am very familiar with the NGX and have been flying it for sometime but this week an issue has cropped up that I do not know how to solve. When I am entering the details into the FMC and on the route page I enter the POSIT INIT information and the destination and then I click on CO Route and I get the list of all my routes but when I select the one I want the EXEC button lights up but not the Activate button and therefore my full route does not get entered into the FMC. Hello Friends! Please! I hope someone can help me with this. In the image we can see an PMDG NGX 737-900NGX but I have a problem with the Autopilot. The heading just show me TWO numbers! I thinks this is an error because if you watch the navigation display the heading is really 275. What I can do to see the THREE numbers in the heading? I had to purchase the extended service to download the 737 again...Got my email telling me now I have to open a support ticket so someone can verify that I just paid for the download service. It says "EXTENDED DOWNLOAD SERVICE ORDERS: Your purchase has been recorded in your account. Some little details/bugs I have noticed when flying this bird: 1.- Trim settings are too low for T/O. Ex: FMC value gives a T/O trim of 4.5, when the aircraft really needs more than 5.0 or 5.5. This is not happening with other versions. 2.- Extremely hard rate of descent & pitch down (4000 feet per min or more & 5° or 6° nose down). Inclusive with max load. 3.- Left Retractable Landing Light contour textures flashing (day and night) Probably these Items could be fixed in SP2. Thanks Santiago

Hi. I bought the -600/-700 expansion pack last night. It installed fine and the activation went fine (I am supposed to enter the original activation code for the base pack, right???!) But it is now asking for the code every time I load one of the -600/700 variants! Surely that is not correct behavior, no? *********************Edit############# Uh, never mind. I logged on, looked at previous order details, it gave me a new activation code for the addon pack. Sorry!

Good morning, I have a small issue with the 737NGX overhead panel. I know EZDOK is software from another company. However when I select overhead panel in EZDOK and look at the complete overhead panel I can not click any buttons. When I am in captains view and look up to the overhead no issues whatsoever and everything is working as expected. Anybody known with this issue? Best regards Rob Kablau

Recently purchased the product. I am unable to get the 1st officer PFD to come on from the Cold & Dark status when I power up. I have tried to let the FS2Crew power up the plane and still the right side displays remain dark. Suggestions.

Hello! I have a problem with my PMDG 737NGX during nightflights. Everytime i'm flying in the night the panel behind me get's transparent.. This leads to that I can't see the positions-strobe lights from cockpit as well as the landinglights while on hte ground.. Any ideas? My NGX, regardless target descent speed (set at 240knt) in FMC descent page, when below 10000ft, at VNAV descent accelerate up to 270knt, then just before DECCEL point slow down, what cause passing next waypoint at way too high speed. Using speed interv. button. My VNAV simply ignore waypoint speed constrains. Any idea, why ? Thanks.
