PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu

    From Monday I can't normal align IRS, befor that all work fine. When I need to enter position in INIT POS page I copy by 1L from Last posigion line to scratchpad, I try to enter this pos to init pos but get INVALID ENTRY message. If I clear this line and enter exactly the same position by CDU (not copy to scratchpad) the position entered but I get IRS INIT/POS DESAGREE. I try to reinstall, I try last fix but it don't work. What can I do? Sory for my English. Oksana Egorova

  2. I accidentally wiped out FSX during a hard drive cleaning of my computer. Found all my activation codes, but when I was activating the 737 6/700, FSX did an OOM (out of memory) number on me and crashed out on activation. Now when I started FSX up again, the Activation window pop us and now I get this:Incident #7467-6417623: Max extra activation exceeded. How can I fix this and get back to flying?

    Hello all, and please forgive me if the answer to my question is hidden in plain sight somewhere in the manuals that came with the PMDG Boeing 737NGX. I did pore over some of the manuals that came with the NGX, but so far have not been able to find a fix for this predicament I encounter while flying an approach in the NGX, After a long wait I finally took delivery of my 737NGX on DVD, installed it and proceeded to try out a short flight and landing.     I bought and downloaded the PMDG-737 NGX and then tried to install it.The aircraft shows in the FSX among all others. When I select the 737 to fly I get the message :" Enter Product Activation Code" I wonder which code is required as I obtained the following 3 codes from PMDG: Order Nr Order Code Licence I tried all of them without success getting the message: you do not have avalid licence for this product.   5. Hello, I got yesterday the Saitek Pro Flight Cessna yoke system. I installed the latest Saitek driver and smart technology program but the yoke is not recognised in FSX. I am running windows 7 32 bit. Anyone out there has or had the same problem ? When I select properties I get the message that there is an issue with the driver. and also "code 37" I removed an reinstalled the latest driver but no avail. greetings, Dimitri

So to start you would fly the ILS APP and level off at MDA, if sufficient visual reference exist proceed to point B and commence a left turn to track 135' now this is where it gets tricky, what can i use for this right turn at point B for the downwind track?     If you didn't know already, United has updated their avionics package for their Next Gen 737s. All of the PMDG aircraft simulated now have ND PFD displays. The EFIS Map displays are gone. Thought you might like to know....let's be real!

    I was flying in the 737-800 yesterday, started the flight normally, vnav, lnav and CMD A engaged, partway through the cruise phase, CMD A disengaged and would not rearm. FO CMD B was able to engage and I used that for the remainder of the flight. The initial cause was I depressed my yoke with my chair while wrapping Christmas presents during flight! Then dropped from FL330 to about 16,000 before I noticed! Yes I know that's not acceptable cockpit protocol. Upon regaining control and altitude, I could not reengage CMD A.   10. Hello all, There is a fault with the flight management computer for my PMDG Boeing 737's. Whenever I press numeric values on the FMC keypad, most of the numbers do not punch in the desired value that I want to input to the system. For example, if I click on a 5, I get a 2 instead, whereas if I click on 0, I get an 8, and so forth. Is there a way to solve this issue? Thank you!

    Landing with flaps 30 - when will you select flaps 30 from 15 Landing with flaps 40 - when will you select flaps 25, 30 to 40 My standard procedure here is "flaps 5", "Landing Gear down, flaps 15, final descent checklist", "flaps "flaps 30" (or 40). How soon will you select the next flap setting when on approach?

    Hey. I am trying to understand how to fly different types of RNAV approach like a real pilot. I have read about RNP and GPS but I cant really understand the difference when it comes to fly the approach. I read about it in this forum, in the FCTM and several places on Google...I really need someone the make it clear for me. And what is the approach procedure for such approaches?     Hello all, is anybody of you aware if there are more paints with custom-made yoke textures? I find myself exclusively flying the NGx with Christian Mohr's repaints in the library, which all come with perfectly accurate yoke checklists (except for the American Airlines paint – because AA doesn't use yoke checklists). Adds a lot to realism and fun in my opinion. Thanks.

    Hi to all. I am trying to set up the following so that when FSX loads, I start all my PMDG 737 NGX flights this way. I wish to have the aircraft parked at YBBN (Brisbane Intl, Australia) Gate 40, with the APU running. In real life you would call it a transit stop. I position the aircraft at gate 40 and go through the shut down procedure by the tutorial until the aircraft is being powered with the APU, all goes fine with that, so now my aircraft is in transit at the gate. I bring up FSX to save the situation, enter a name, tick default flight and save and shut down my flight sim.     Hello everybody, I just wanted to come up with a strange issue I have never experienced before: Today I was flying from EHAM to EKCH with a flightplan created with PFPX. I've done this kind of flight a lot of times with the NGX, but today there was a really strong tailwind flying to Denmark (using ASN). Even though I've got the "pause at TOD"-feature enabled the sim didn't pause and the 737 simply overshot the TOD. It's the first time this happend and it is very confusing for me.     I just upgraded my pc (cpu, motherboard, memory), but when I try to fly the 737 I now have crazy drag issues. In climb I have full thrust on, gear up, flaps up and if I go any steeper than 3 degrees(1000 fpm) I lose speed and go into stall. at level flight I can't even get to 250 knots. Help!! from the stories I've heard I do not want to reinstall fsx and have to go to steam.

    I purchased the 80-900 set and noticed I have digital readouts for my fuel tank displays, but the tutorial and many YouTube videos so those 3 circlular graphical displays, which I actually pefer. I checked the FMC's Eqipment settings and nothing there seemed to switch the displays. Howe can I get the circular displays?

  21. I just recently stumbled on this page: http://www.boeing.com/boeing/commercial/737family/pf/pf_900ER_back.page It says that the max thrust for the 737-900ER is 28400 lbs. I know that this is now widely used in the airline industry yet, but will this be simulated? The CFM57-7BE is apparently a part of the 737ng enhanced program.     Bonjour, Approaching EHAM ILS27, I am fighting with LNAV which seems to mix up between left and right. The lateral path is clearly on the left, but the plane wants to join the next waypoint by the right. So I am certainly doing something wrong but I cannot see what. Thanks Cheers Claude

    To PMDG forum I used my PMDG B737NGX for some time now, the other day when I wanted to fly, a box appeared when I tried to choose the aircraft in the FSX menu. The box wanted me to enter the registration key with I did. It refused to accept it. I uninstalled and reinstalled PMDG B737NGX 800/900. It installed perfectly Again without a had to type in the registration key. Yesterday, after 10-12 flights, the box with registration key showed again. You have any solution for this issue?     Just need some answers here. what is cat1 weather when would you do it? what would you use for this, RVR or the reported VIS at the destination? i know RVR for cat1 is 550m but thats for the TDZ only, as you don't need mid point (or stop end) for CAT I. So how do i know when to use CAT1 and what are the minimums...
