I keep checking the Aerosoft site and still don't find any information regarding obtaining the update procedure. Have I missed something in the threads? John Fast

Has anyone downloaded the update and run it and had success with the update without deleting everything first?? It seems there have been problems and it works so well I am worried that I am going to have to update and re-install all the liveries ect. Weather radar is great but I don't want to have the problems. I know its not that huge of a deal but its the time I don't have. Thanks

Hello, does anyone notice that dynamic head movement on the 737 NGX in P3D is MUCH more prevalent than the 777 !? Is DHM adjustable per aircraft or do I disable DHM in the config files, which turn effects all aircraft? Cheers,

Hi, I am in cruise flight in VNAV PATH at FL390 i put mcp altitude below my current altitude, my next constraint is 9500 in (big white numbers) in the CDU which I also want deleted as well as an early descent....nothing happens. If I try put mcp altitude above FL390 and press alt intv...nothing happens. Is this a bug? Can't seem to make it work. Also I can make it go into ALT HOLD by cutting off its VNAV path descent with the MCP altitude window. If i press alt intv then it seems to agree to a VNAV SPD descent and then PATH again.

Has anyone run FS2 Crew with Pro Atc. I use Pro ATC all the time with the 737 & find it a brilliant program, which is constantly improving. I would like to try FS2 Crew, but am not sure if the two are compatible i.e. with the FS Crew co pilot operating the radios etc. Any experiences would be appreciated. Tony Merry

I'm at the gate with FSDT DFW scenery at night with an outside spot view. The ramps are all lit up and in the middle is this dark silhouette of the 737NGX looking oddly out of place. Am I doing something wrong or are there night time exterior textures? Jeff Callender

Hello- So recently, PMDG announced a new update for the 737NGX, so I went into the operations center and saw the available updates. The update told me to go to my eCommerse account and download it from there. But in my eCommerce account, it just gives me a link to download the whole plane again. Do I need to install the FULL installer again? Or did I miss something? This is for FSX. Thanks.

I've just bought a PMDG 737 NGX, and I am doing a test flight from VTBD. It seems that I can't select SID transition, instead, the CDU gives me the message "ALT CONSTRAINT FRANK" as I'm trying to select BEKOD transition (FRANK is a name of a waypoint, see the picture below). I'm using Navigraph Navigation Data cycle 1504 revision 1. Any ideas on this issue? Regards, Sarun Intaralawan

Hi, I installed the 737 NGX on Prepar3d v2.5 (Academic) on Windows 8.1 and all the screens are blank. No switches work. Doesn't matter if i use the 2D or 3D panel. I was also never asked for my license key upon loading the airplane in Prepar3d. I installed all updates in the Operations Center, a recent Nvidia driver and i have nothing pending in Windows Update. I have a valid Prepar3d and 737NGX license. Any idea how to fix this please?

Why can't the NGX be as simple as the 747 or the J4100 to install? Recently had a hard drive crash, so I had to start all over and reinstall everything. Everything in FSX installs flawlessly, except for the NGX products. I've already submitted a ticket at PMDG, and I understand that it can be kind of slow to get a response, but I though I ask anyone here who probably had the same error I show, "Incident# 0800-31118180". Let me say first that last year there was an issue with FSX, not my hard drive, and I also did a fresh install last time. At that time I had an issue saying that I didn't have the right key number. I will appreciate if someone can help me to know how I can see in a reply flight the secuence of reverse thrust, flaps, speed brakes, etc. because the reply does not show me those steps in my beautiful 737-800 NGX, as occurrs in different add-ons that I use from time to time. Help, I am trying to set up a flight from KAMA-KJAC on the FMC and am getting an invalid entry message when I try to set up the route. My question is can I not set up different flight plans using the pmdg737ngx or am I limited in some way or am I being stupid and not doing something right in trying to set up the FMC? I tried to different airports and still get invalid entry in route setup. The KAMA-KJAC route has like 25 waypoints using airways etc. I would appreciate any help. Thanks Lewis Block

Hi. I have just downloaded the extra package to the standard pmdg 737ngx.... the -600/700 download. I have the cd version 737ngx it flys and behaves great,thought id try the -600. So the add on is a download. When I select the -600 ( not tried the -700 yet) edit:- Its the same on the 700 the default on run up is engines running so I put apu on this starts up no problem, then selecting apu gen1 and gen2 the alarm starts and the apu is not on line. I cant even get the external power on line................ Anyone else out there got or had this problem and a remedy to fix it cheers Ken

Hi, I need to know the proper way to update my 737-8900 series from PMDG from Service pack 1c to the new service pack (1d). Do I uninstall the whole thing or just download it again? And what is the 737 installer. This is a question EVERYONE has skipped around. Its listed in the directions on PMDG's website. And can you please make a simple explanation. Hi everyone, Just a few issues:- 1. My HGS data now moves around the display. It isn't centered like it used to be. First time I am experiencing this issue since purchasing the product in 2011, and only after downloading the latest installers. 2. I load the fuel same way I always did, through the FMC, however, when running the EICAS recall test, I get a fuel warning light, but there is nothing wrong with either the fuel pump configuration or the fuel load. Hello, After installing the SP1D update (as per Kyle recommandations) and the latest update (March 30th), I still get a bug with the transition altitude input in the INIT REF page. It sticks to the same value and does not take account of the value set in the aircraft profile. This bug was not there prior SP1D update. Any insight ? Best regards, Alex
