PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu

I am using WIN 7 and GTX 580 card with Driver 311.06, with FSX.CFG and NVIDIA inspector. I have an LCD monitor. I fly the PMDG 737 NGX. I have noted that using V synch forced on or with the refresh rate at 1/2 allows significant improvement in smoothness, but it creates an odd effect which is difficult to describe. When changing views by pressing "A" on the keyboard or also by using the numpad by pressing as examples "4" or "6" key etc to look out the side of the cockpit, I get flashing of images for a split second like it cannot decide which one to use, or as if it is repeatedly changing the view back and forth every nanosecond two or three times and then it s…

I have been using the 737-NGX for about a year with no difficulty until I had to reinstall for using with FSX - Steam. Now, for some unknown reason it will not engage the Autoland feature fully. On approach I only get a CMD notice in the PFD window and the Vor/Loc doesn't indicate "Rollout: any longer, but the G/S (when captured) will indicate "Flare". Also, it is generally late to capture the GS. Sometimes at 400-600 AGL (also when connect is late the CMD B button will not engage), or sometimes not at all. I do not ever get the Land 3 notice. I am aware of the required settings to engage the Autoland feature (ie: both radios/course settings/HGS etc). I wonder…

Here is the problem, for example I setup for 108.50 and course number 350, before I know it and I am on final the course number has changed to something like 353, and I am unable to change it while on approach. I also have sp1 installed and this is the only problem that have. How can I correct this or does anybody else have this issue as well. Hello, 1)I passed through the NGX FSUIPC offsets list but couldn't any one refers to the outflow valve position indicator position. How could i read the current position of this indicator? 2) I have meet many difficulties with this C++ SDK. Right, so I'm in a bit of a dilemma here. You see, I've been planning on buying the PMDG 737NGX, however I'm not sure if my computer can handle it. That's not the only problem, as I can't install FSX SP2 because I apparently don't have the English version of FSX (I know I do). I don't really know what to do at this point. I've been searching, and I still can't find a working solution to this problem. This is the main reason I'm reluctant to buy the add-on. $70 is a lot to spend on something I don't even know will work. Is there some workaround for this? Here I am at fl390 enjoying and learning about offsets and FMC wizardry... Approaching ELMOX after using a 10nm offset from TESGA. After setting the new ZFW to 131.5 on page 106 says: "Go back to legs page and press next page twice you should see OEV18" Supposedly after RTTNB... There is nothing on there... After RTTNB, I have (INTC), CL26, FL26, LOC17, LOC14, 90LOC, ML26, RW26 and LOWI I imagine..... Could this be related to NAVDATA? Im going to run out of fuel lost in a haze up here... Ha! Thanks... I am running FSX-SE exclusively these days (no side-by-side FSX installation). I recently reinstalled the NGX SP1D and having a problem with a recurring crash whenever this aircraft is reloaded (after a crash, scenario reset, loading a new scenario, etc.) My startup aircraft is the Trike Ultralight so this should not be an issue. Attempting to tune ADF Radios to Freq 303 and 313. Using the knobs on the ADF Radio (Center Pedestal) the range only spans 19-175. No problem with NAV Radios.

I just needed to share an experience I had flying into Vegas last night in the 737-600 NGX. It certainly was a first for me! As I entered downwind for 25L, the winds suddenly shifted. I turned final and everything was going smoothly, when all of the sudden I got a windshear warning. I was perplexed because I had never experienced windshear in MSFS or P3D, so I continued my approach. Then, all hell broke lose and the plane started buffeting and sinking. I try to use the virtual cockpit as much as possible and thus avoid key board commands. I have troubles with activating TOGA using the TOGA buttons. 1) I can only see the left TOGA button but not the one on the right side.Is there a way to make the right one visible ? 2) I noticed that when pressing the left TOGA button,both throttles advance to full power ! 3) How does the system work in the real world ? I wonder if anyone can help. Everything has been working fine, until just now. I did everything as usual, but the flaps won't deploy via my joystick button (they always have). I thought the button might have unassigned somehow, but no, it works on default. I checked for failures, but none. I tried to move the flap handle manually, but it doesn't let me grab it. The only thing I've done since my last flight is install Teamspeak3. I'm at a loss and don't want to uninstall and reinstall.

I cannot save any routes on FMC. I type in a route name such as EHAMEGLL and when I try to save it says the name is invalid no matter what route name I try ( ie. EHAMEGLL001 etc). If I press the line select for save, the confirm light comes on and the execute light comes on, but when I press the Execute button nothing happens (light stays on) and no route appears to be saved. Where are Route files for NGX saved? I was previously able to save them? Looks like I screwed something up. I have installed update 1 and 1b. HELP! I have read the other post and replies on here relative to saving a route and tried the procedures and still have the problem.

Hi All I have recently purchased the 737 cdu app and am unable to connect to the Virtual Avionics website to download the required Interface app (VAInterface lite). Just a heads up, if you decide to purchase this app, I would check to see if you can connect to the developers web site first ? I recently reinstalled the PMDG 737NGX for FSX Gold Edition on my computer, and noticed that the textures in the cockpit are a lot lower than the quality that they used to be. They are quite blurry in comparison to the crispness of before on the aircraft. I have checked the PMDG operations center, and the cockpit resolution is set to high quality. I was wondering if anyone could help me resolve the issue. Also, if you guys could tell me how to put up screenshots, I will so you will be able to see. Thanks for the help!

I am running a boxed version of 737ngx on FSX Gold Edition and would like to update it with the most recent SP which includes the weather radar. Apparantly one has to go onto Aerosoft site, login and download. Well there is no record on the Aerosoft site that I purchased my boxed version from them and frankly I cannot remember where I got it from. It is in any case a genuine copy containing the registration key inside. What do I do in this case. I am sure that many others are in my situation. If one has registered his copy when installing, PMDG should be aware of the registration and allow a download directly from its own site irrespective of where it was bought from.…
