PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu

Good evening everyone , I would like to ask for help because the weather radar of my NGX not working and do not know what else to do , he is updated, it does not work ... someone would have idea of how to make it work properly? and I do not have access to move the configurations of RADAR , it is normal ? The T7 Weather Radar function normally , only the NGX that is not working ... and I have them original and use with ASN

I bought the PMDG 737-800/900 from Aerosoft. There are many reasons why but Aerosoft doesn't have the update that gives you the operation center(or maybe they do but I can't find the operation center on my computer). I was going to grab the 600/700 expansion. Not exactly sure if I am going to get it so knowing if the operation center comes with it would help make a decision. So does the operation center come with the 600/700 expansion if you have the Aerosoft version of the base product? Thanks

I won't deny that I likely screwed up the CDU when compiling my route. Needless to say, after entering my route, and proceeding to define my approach, some discontinuities resulted. Although I struggle with the apparently easily removed discontinuities, this scenario has me stumped. I'm hoping someone can assist in helping me clean them up, and learn in the process. This is my approach into KSFO, using the Risti 4 arrival, Manteca (ECA) transition, for the ILS Rwy 28R with IAF ARCHI ... My last waypoint in my route was ECA. Here is the messed up route inthe CDU from the leg prior to ECA ... J58 DUGLE DIRECT ECA …

So I fly with random failures and had a doozy today: had my AP disengage during cruise, lost Yaw Damper, Mach Trim, Speed Trim, Pressurization AUTO FAIL, Captain's F/D fail, ANTI-SKID INOP all at once!! I pretty quickly discovered that I could re-engage AP on CMD B and got the aircraft controlled that way, then went to work troubleshooting. I figured this was all due to a single common failure, but rather than break out the electrical schematics I figured the QRH would lead me in the right direction if I started checking out the individual failures. Hello, I have all the PMDG Aircraft but prefer the 737NGX for route times (3 to 5hours). I found a route which you might find interesting Bucharest LROP RW26 to Innsbruck LOWI RW26. There is no ILS and arrivals are LOC/DME or RNP charts from Navigraph which are very clear for understanding the RNP. This is the first time in all the years I have been flight simulating that I have tried an RNP approach and it made a change from the usual ILS approach. I must admit I fluffed the last part of the landing as the runway 26 is slightly askew but with more practice I might improve. Worth a try.

Hey everybody First sorry for my english. since 2 month i'm thinking about that PMDG can make maybe a project about the 737 MAX addon and maybe the 300/400/500 version i know that for the moment PMDG work on the P3D versions so i know that it will need time. a little information about that will be fine to know this. so if somebody work for PMDG and have this idea can post here Greating Quentin

I had to re-install FSX, and then my PNDG 737NGX. But the fonts are missing from the PFD, the EFIS, and the engine gauges. The clock and the CDU are fine. I have loaded in the latest version of the 737 and made sure the fonts are active in Control Panel. Never had this problem before. Help! Thanks, Scott

Earlier this year, I posted a couple challenges for the 777 to give people something new to try, just to get a break from the norm and flex the mental "muscle." It just so happens that an idea for the NGX popped up, so the challenges begin here, as well. My day job gives me a unique vantage point to sit and stare at all things aviation-related, albeit mixed in with actual job tasks, and not get fussed at. I know this may have been an issue for some in the past but I have searched high and low for this and have not been able to find any topics about this. I just recently been forced to move up to Win8.1 and got everything installed. Did all the tweeks I could find in the forums but when I try to load up the 737NXG it takes several minutes for the aircraft to load and then it's very choppy for about a minute. Not sure what I am missing. Guys, Is there any way to adjust the brightness of the speed, heading and altitude readouts on the MCP? I found last night that as it was getting dark towards the end of my flight on the 737ngx that I just could not read these displays. Cheers, Dennis Hickman

Tomorrow I'm planning on flying from Bern LSZB to London EGLL, there is a Vatsim event in both places tomorrow evening so should be quite a good flight. However, LSZB is small with one runway of 1730 meters in length and is 30 meters wide (5676x98ft) and looking on Flightaware the only planes that appear to come and go are E190's. I know nothing of those planes, but they look a similar size to the NGX so I am guessing this is possible. I ran though the flight in Topcat selecting "optimum" Flaps and it gives me a full throttle flaps 25 take off, which I've never seen. I normally manually select Flaps 5 in Topcat and everything is good. But, I called in to question…

Dear Friends, i have a problem and i dont know why it is like that. Why is my routeline not straight ?

I don't know if anyone does this, but an improvement that I would like to see implemented would be to have a rain effect on the windows. I noticed that when it is raining, the windows are the same. It would be really cool to see the windows get wet, and I think the visibility through the windows when they are wet vs dry would add to the immersion and give a more realistic feel. Maybe that would have a huge impact on performance, but I don't know. What do you think? Austin Hohenshelt

To whom it may concern, I have a legitimate, licensed copy of the PMDG 737 NGX -800 and -900. I have proof of purchase but can't seem to find the installer on my "Previous Orders" on the PMDG website. I am attempting to update the product and the extension -600 and -700 within the PMDG Operations Center. A prompt is pointing me towards the website but I cannot find the installer. Any help at all would be appreciated!

Im having trouble setting the radio frequency for ATC on the VATSIM network as the frequency only stays at 118.(and numbers) How can i resolve this

Hi I use the 1/2 VSYNC setting and before i program the FMC the frame rate is between 29.9 and 30.0. However when i have programmed the FMC i notice this drops to 29.5-30.00 and this is when i notice the stuttering. I don't believe it did this before but can't seem to understand why it has started now. I do understand that when programming the FMC is is calculating all the information but was wondering if it was something i was doing. Any help would be much appreciated. Regards Chris

Hello all First of all, I did this for a friend, whom I helped setup his fs, so this is more my responsibility . As the title says, when he reaches 20000, the fmcs turns off. Only thing that brings it back on, ja turning the generators of and on, and then only the right fmc goes on. Any tips?

A problem has cropped up on my P3D installation of the 737- When I load the aircraft, even after loading the default F18, P3D's window resizes to small (and the window title changes to Loading PMDG 737), and then reverts back to the maximized size. The green countdown bar starts at 20, then the bar disappears... And normal sounds start after the loading time has passed (except, I don't see the countdown like I used to). After everything is loaded, I find I've lost access to the add-on menu: FSUIPC, EZDOK, accufeel options can't be selected anymore, my hardware controls (which were connected through FSUIPC) aren't responsive, and I can't use my ezdok view controls.…

Hi all i have recently bought a new hard drive. put windows 7 on. installed prepar3d v2.5. used the trick download to enable me to install fsx files in to prepar3d. i installed my pmdg 737 ngx software but it did not ask me for the security key. once loaded into p3d the aircraft is cold and dark, it does not do the 10 second countdown, and the switches are non operative its dead. anyone help please.
