PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu

Hi I bought FSX:SE today and removed old FSX and all add-ons before installing SE and reinstaling add-ons. But the NGX doesn't seem to work. It does not open an activation window, and the loading screen freezes at 0%. It does work with other aircraft. All versions of SimConnect are installed. Thanks.

I was just doing approach to EGGP, trying to do an ILS landing but when I was about to intercept glideslope it wouldn't let me arm VOR/LOC. I could however arm APP and it brought me down to the runway anyway. My question is why couldn't I arm VOR/LOC? First thought I had was that the airport maybe doesn't have it but when checking the FMC and aiport info in FSX both rwys appeared to have ILS. I tried same approach again later and that time I the plane didn't descend. Hello Captains, After re-installing everything from scratch Windows 7 x64, FSX SP2, 737NGX Sp1d. I can't undock my gauges correctly. Nothing appears in the window, if I drag it to an other monitor, it completely mixed up and display other gauges. eg, if I drag the inboard DU I see the outbord. It was working fine before I re-install. Thanks for any suggestions. I forgot to add this : I'm using 2 x GTX 960 (not in SLI mode) and I have 7 monitors connected to it : 3 x 22" in surround mode for the external view (Virtual cockpit) 2 x 18.5" for Capt & FO DU 2 x 15" for upper and lower DU By any luck ... If you set up a route in your FMC and do everything else like INIT REF etc go to your HOLD page enter a NDB or waypoint near you and place it in the square boxes. This NDB or waypoint can't be PART OF THE ROUTE. Now you should get a message saying HOLD AT EDN. Try go to the legs page and it should say PROGRAM PIN ERROR. And your LEGS page is blank except <FMC and <REQ>

When I starting the Prepar3D with the PMDG add-on , I receive this Warning: " PMDG Debug - The PMDG product was unable to create its works files. Please make sure that you are running Flight Simulator X as administrator". I need help, please.

Hi Do anyone know how to fix the axies seperatly from the throttletek 737 and pro pedals from saitek ? The throttle work with the same axies . When I pull the pedals also the throttles moves at the same axies ?? I have p3d and fsuipc with pmdg, is there any place in the fmc to fix this ??? Help anyone !!! Regards Thomas

It is darn hard or near impossible to get this bird going with only one engine running. Also, a slight difference in N1 between one engine and the other and there is quite a bit of pull to one side while taxiing. On long taxi runs I find myself adjusting N1 to within .1% in order to taxi straight. Is there a way to model this a little closer to reality ?

I flew Denver to Provo last night and had some control issues over the mountains. Using default FSX weather, FSUIPC wind smoothing. Somewhere over the mountains up at 32,000 ft the overspeed starts going off. I look down and sure enough its in the red. The FMC corrects but then speed dips about 30 below where it's set at. The plane has a hell of a time trying to get back up to speed.. but when it did it shoots past and back into the red. I'm watching this going on and notice that the plane is yawing and the yaw damper is deflecting hard to maintain course. Back and forth... back and forth. Speed up and down.. up and down. Has PMDG programmed the NGX to have AUTO ignition? Because if i simulate ENG X FLAME-OUT my engine comes back to life regardless of my start switches

I think this is normal because the plane itself works perfectly. On the P3D vehicle choice menu, the preview shows the NG with blank engines. In FSX I remember that was a bad sign, and they would load that way in the sim. In P3D the plane seems to load fine. Is this an issue? Do I need to reinstall?

Finally got my first PMDG product (737 base package) for P3Dv3. Installation went ok into Win 10. I am also using the latest version of EZCA 1.187 for P3Dv3 which was already installed on my system before installing the 737. I notice when I first loaded the 737 there was an EZCA profile "B738" already present with various cockpit and external cameras predefined. Does the PMDG 737 come preloaded with these EZCA camera views? I am also having difficulties during takeoff due to the rather extreme EZCA effects that come with the preloaded cockpit cameras (RND/DHM/CR effects). I find that the effects are causing a very undesirable wonky, shaky view during the takeoff …

Back when the NGX was released, there was talk of additional ER pack being released after the 6/700. Is this still on the table, or was this scrapped? I suppose possibly after 747 is out there would be an SP to roll back some improvements (I'm still hoping for new ARIN424 compliant data format and FANS module accepting FMS), and maybe that would be a chance to get some more out? The hull and wings are essentially unchanged (aerodynamically) as I understand, so new FDE shouldn't be a much of an issue... And maybe scimitar winglets? If PMDG has some data access to those.

Hi there, since a few days, I have a strange problem with the NGX, which I never had before in any plane in FSX. After using the 737 for a couple of years without any problems, some days ago most of the buttons and swichtes in the VC stopped working. They are ignoring basically my mouse clicks. The coursor changes to the hand symbol, but nothing happens if I click or scroll with the mousewheel. To make it a bit more complicatet, thats the case with a lot of switches, but not with all. On the EFIS for instance, all pushbuttons like terrain, data or also the traffic and standard pressure knobs are working fine, but the scroll knobs can´t be used. On the MCP not a single sw…

Ok, I had a fun time configuring everything to work considering I am on Windows 10 lol. Anyway, got everything installed, setup and ready to go. Loaded up a default plane and then sweitched over to the PMDG, As the screen loads up, I see the VC all blacked out, then hear a click and P3D disappears. No crash warnings or logs in my event viewer. Can someone let me know what I am doing wrong? Randomly I can get the side pilot's window handles to show with their texture on them. Though the rest is still black, then "click" (Sounds like a panel switch clicking) then the program disappears. Never had this kind of issue in FSX

I'm using both the latest version of P3D and the 737NGX. When starting a flight and loading into third party scenery my aircraft will either crash or bounce into the air depending on the crash detection settings. I have noticed that when the scenery is loading, different levels of the scenery are jumping around for a short while until it settles and the scenery fully loads (this occurs after the loading screen dialogue). I have my crash detection settings disabled so when I'm loading the 737NGX, the aircraft will be zooming along the ground when the loading screen has ended.
