Hey everyone Before I start, this is not just something that occurs with the NGX. I acknowledge that and understand if this thread is relocated or deleted. I am having this very weird effect in the NGX mostly. It appears in some places that there is no anti-aliasing, even though it is switched on in the settings. I have a 4790k cpu @ 4.2ghz and a EVGA GTX 950 2GB. Is there anything I can do to correct this? Maybe something in Nvidia control panel? I do not mind if it knocks down the fps a little, I am happy with anything over 20. I will attatch some screenshots as soon as I can. I hope someone can help! Freddie Clarke

I purchased the ngx base pack for p3d yesterday and cannot activate it. I install the plane in p3d 2.5 and when I choose it in the sim it opens a window. I copy and paste the licence key from the email I received. I press activate and get this message: ERROR: Unable to connect to activation server. Please check your internet connection. My internet is connected and working fine. thanks Paul Burley

Good evening all, Don't suppose anyone knows if you can alter the Profile drag in the NGX settings? I would like to increase it a little. Many thanks. ~Shifty~

To the PMDG crew: what are the chances of an update for Split Scimitars and the LED landing/taxi lights? The Split Scimitars have become so common that NOT having them is unrealistic. Even if they're purely visual, I believe that the majority of NGX customers would rather have split scimitars without adding the performance updates than not have split scimitars. Maybe add the contact points for the tips (those crosswind limits, tho). Also, so many of the NG aircraft (LN #5555 and up) are equipped with the redesigned LTRTL (LED Landing, Taxi and Runway Turnoff Lights) that I believe many users would appreciate this update as well. I know that TDS has updated their exter…

I downloaded the 'KLM Royal Dutch Airlines Winglets' livery from the PMDG operation center, but once in the sim, the pop-up panels for the CDUs, PFDs, NDs and other monitors dont work anymore. And they dont work for any of the PMDG 737s. The other panel pop-ups like overhead and pedestal, dont seem to have any problems, it are only monitors and CDUs. I removed the downloaded texture folder from the simobjects/airplanes folder and all was fine again. Anyone any ideas of what might be going wrong here?

Just had to reinstall the pmdg 737ngx to install fs2crew & now the rudder in the simulation is stuck over to the right & won't move. It works fine on other aircraft. Have checked the calibration of my Saitek Combat pedals & this is all o.k. Any suggestions to cure the problem will be appreciated. Tonym

Hi: There appears to be some nice ETOPS tutorials for the 777 FMS. However, I have not been able to locate any for the 737. Can anyone point me in the direction for such ETOPS tutorials for the 737 FMS? Specifically how and where to input Entry/Exit Points, the alternates, and CRP. Also, the 777 FMS lets you draw the ETOPS NM radius in the fix page. i.e. 1270NM around the fix. The 737 appears to be limited to 500ish NM. Any reason? Thanks.

Hello, I recently bought my second Add On (first was Active Sky Next) for FSX. Well I can't really describe how happy I'm with it but I don't think that, the reviews says everithing . The first 2-3 flights I did went really well, even for an newbie like me. But 1 week after I buy it the Lights in the Cockpits stopped working the they they should (I think). If I set the Flood Light on the captains side the closest to minimum possible (without being off), the part of the cockpit, where for example the VC light switches and the wind shield air and foot air knobs are, became full bright while the rest of the panel stays with almost no light (as it should). And the lig…

I've upgraded my windows to Windows 10 Professional, and now my PMDG NGX is wanting an activation code. If i dont give it a code it likes, it tells me that I dont have a valid licence for my NGX. This concerns me greatly because I am scrupulous about only using valid software. Anyway, I figured it wanted the licence keys originally given to me when I bought the aircraft. But it says they're not valid. What do i do now? I have the PMDG NGX 8700 base package, the PMDG NGX 600 add-on, the two 777s, and the 4100 turboprop. I havent tried a 777 or a 4100 but I'm assuming that whatever's broken the first validation has also broken the second…

I have discovered an issue I can't seem to resolve. I'm using CH yoke and pedals. Calibrated only through CH control panel with dead zones to prevent noise or accidental issues. I do own FSUIPC however I've never calibrated with it or checked any of the boxes. The issue is this, whether I'm starting from the gate with autobrakes off, or landing with whatever setting I decide on, I can disarm the autobrakes. However, pressing the manual brakes seems to lock the autobrakes on. Tonight I started my taxi and as soon as I applied manual brakes to slow for a turn the plane just slowed to a stop. I can push the throttle all the way to 40% N1 before I even move. Yet switching t…

If I have 170 PAX in PFPX is this classed as payload, or is it assumed that they don't have luggage? Cargo is 0 at the moment. Is each passenger is going to take 20KG in the hold, Which is about 3400KG. Assuming everyone takes 20KG and there are no kids aboard? I have a TOTAL figure of 14790. My assumed average weight of a european man and woman is about 75KG, (very ball park) X 170PAX 12,750. There are a few googled figures on human weights but take this with a pitch of salt. In a nut shell I am not sure if luggage is included, it could be an extra 2000KG to 3400KG. What is a good figure for this? EDIT I have found the 1870KG figure, in the planni…

I begin: Most Gol 737-800 fleet: 162 passengers (the first 6 rows are "Gol +" seats, which have more a bit more space). 15 seats are "blocked"... + 4 flight attendants... BTW, I don't know why 15 seats are "blocked". Does anyone know?

Hi guys, I don't know if it's been requested before, but even if it's fictional, it would be really cool to have a high quality repaint of the 738 or any NGX model for that matter in Air Canada and Air Canada Rouge colors. If any of the great painters around here would be kind enough to attempt this, it would be greatly appreciated. Best regards Richard Simoneau

Is it possible to use default ATC for landing only with 737 NGX? What I mean is: Imagine a situation when I am flying from Airport A to Airport B. The takeoff is not an issue, default ATC handles it very well. Than I never switch to a frequency that controller provides after takeoff. What I need to understand, considering how bad ATC vectors, would it be able to pick me up somewhere in the middle of flying a STAR during approach and just give landing clearance, without vectoring me 50 nm from the place I am at the moment?

Hello everyone, I am currently creating my Home cockpit and will be using OC panels, i was wondering if without any add on (or with freeware) if it is possible to detach part of the gauges (not the eicas and mfd but actual gauges) and obtain something like in the photo attached. Thank you very much Andrea EDIT: Forgot to mention I use P3D V3.1

Recently I installed a new livery for the PMDG 737NGX (KLM Royal Dutch Airlines 'new livery' PH-BXZ; from the library) and noticed there are yellow stickers below both navigation displays saying: "AD 2002-24-51: fuel usage restrictions required". I've never noticed this before. How did this sticker appear there and is it part of this particular repaint? Can it be removed?

Andrew, I just downloaded the latest AIRAC cycle 0116 from Navigraph and noticed that there are quite a few new waypoints and new sidstars in the PAJN.txt folder. I am therefore no longer simply replacing the PAJN.txt file that you generously provided with the RNP approaches. Instead I added your data from your .txt file into the new AIRAC cycle (fixes and RNP's), and deleted the obsolete sidstars. So right now I have the best of both worlds. I can email you the file if you want. I have tested it and works fine. I am not sure what I can and cannot do with the Navigraph data, as the latest cycle is subscription only ? but I am guessing that once the cycle is replac…

Hi. I have a problem with inputting Heathrow Runway 9R Midhurst 3 Juliet into my FMC. All looks good until I input my cruise level into PERF INIT, when the ND shows that I am to fly a 360 degree loop directly over the end of the runway. I have performed the procedures correctly, having set up the INIT REF, Route, DEP/ARR and PERF INIT. I have asked over at Navigraph forum, and the Mod there has the same problem with the NGX, but not with the 777 which uses the same Airac data. I am using: FSX Steam, Win7 64bit, Airac 1601 and I'm up to 770 hours on NGX Does anyone have an ideas about this, or is having the same problem? Thanks! Rob Padgham

Hello, I've been looking around and can't seem to find any information on where I could purchase the printed version of the manuals. Is this still an option for the 737 NGX or is it now PDF only with the aircraft download? Thanks, Robert Cahill

Hello guys, first of all thank you for providing this support forum! I really need some help. I will try to provide as much information as possible so this will probably end up in a giant wall of text. First things first: I switched from FSX to P3D v3 and I got some serious issues that I have never had before. In the following, I will go through my problems in some sort of timeline... 1) First installation of P3D v3.0 Installed following addons: Aerosoft Airbus, Active Sky, AivlaSoft EFB, Navigraph Database, TOPCAT, PFPX, FS2Crew 737 and Airbus All was fine, everything was working perfectly! Purchase and installation of the PMDG 737…
