PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu

Just come back to the B737 NGX after a few weeks away. All loads up without any problem, until I come to start taxying. As soon as I make an input into the tiller it goes hard right and will not move away from this position. What have I done wrong (I'm sure it's me!). I have been trying to use a Thrustmaster 1600M as a tiller, added to my Saitek Pro with throttle quadrants. Many thanks.

I bought the NGX last year for P3D on the PMDG website but i can't find how to download it?

First off, I'm not asking for anything, nor am I being ungrateful. If any of the mods/developers are reading, new 737ng's coming off the line now don't have nose wheel lights and retractables. New ones have led wing lights which still use the same switch with the retractables, except, when pushed once, they are only at about 20% brightness (for taxi) then 100% when pushed fully down. Also, the start levers are now 777 style. I can dig out pics if needed.

Hello all I am new to this site so hope I'm posting this in the right place. I recently built a new computer strictly for flight sim. When I downloaded the PMDG 737 on to the new system I only got the standard 737 800 and 737 900. I did not get the versions with winglets. Can anyone tell me how I get the winglets version. I had both when I downloaded on to my old system. Thanks Scott

I head this can be caused by a corrupt DLL and I usually see it happen after installing certain terrain packages. Does anyone know of a resolution? I had also heard that the help desk can repair it if you send them the file, but I can't locate the help desk system for PMDG either...Any assistance anyone?

I get this lately when I try to load a saved flight plan from KCHS to KJFK, what causes this error?

I reinstalled all of P3D31 frresh and when I installed 737NGX Base, it did not ask for the registration code. Is there something that tells me its properly registered? Also, I have not installled SP1C or SP1D, which is appropriate fir P3D31? Thanks, Jeff Callender

Hi,I'm suddenly having another problem with FSX. This time it's the altimeter setting. I'm using REX 2.0 Real world weather. It's always working fine, the winds are depicted normally into FSX. But there's one problem, the barometric pressure always seems to be at 1013/29.92, no matter what I do. When I check the METAR for EHAM in REX, it says 986 HPA, but when I go into FSX, and REX is loading the weather into it, and I press B on my keyboard, it's still at 1013. And when I look at my altimeter it's pretty much at 0, which is the airport elevation of EHAM. Sorry for my english. I Have full product PMDG with code activation for total product registrered on CD memory. But now open FSX and the product required code activation for every plane PMDG. I insert the code and the activation is wrong to fruition. How to solve the problem !?? I am a bit angry with PMDG for this problem. I hope I have written understandable. I had to "wipe" my computer recently, but saved a file with all the aircraft mods I wanted to keep (CS737 + all expansions, CLS MD-81/82, Carenado B1900, Tom's A300-600 + C/F version, Tom's A310 + C/F, Quality Wings BAe 146/Avro pack, Sprunov Design Yak-40, Just Flight DC-8, Flight 1 DC-9, Tom's DC-10-10, -15, -30, -40, and, of course, the PMDG 737NGX no expansion). I had to completely re-install FSX (put in the disks, but the installation process was different for some reason) and moved all the files that I saved from FSX before the "wipe" into their correct directories on the new FSX. Hi, whenever I depart, like 10 min into the cruise the landing gear drops in the NG randomly. Anyone know how to fix?

Anyone with a fix for the distortion or strectching of paint on top of fuselage in the 737ngx 800/900? After painting stripes from bottom of fuselage to top of fuselage on "master fuselage.psd" and transfering to pmdg_737NGX_fuselage_2.psd. Or is it in the model, only happens on top of fuselage. If you have painted one you know what I'm talking about. Also, why don't night textures line up in the same .psd file fuselage 2? Rob

Hello I use the failure options with 5 failures for 10 hours, I aslo use the service based one. It was working very well but for a couple of week it seems to no work any more. I flew a couple of hours without no failure. I know it is an average time but is there a way to confirm that there is no problème with failure , Is there a file lof or something to look at ? A other question about the ISFD: on start up (dark an cold), I have to wait 90s (shown on the ISFD) for the screens to light up, why this behaviour ? without ISFD I don't remenber this behaviour. ps: The search forum dont' work for me. I'm pretty new to the 737NGX, I did the tutorial 1 and a couple of own flights, using the steps from the tutorial, but every time I take off, a beeping alarm sounds, until I get the wheels from the ground, then it stops. But the LNAV and VNAV I turned on before take-off, are disengaged and I cant turn on the CMD A at 400ft and only at 2000ft it will turn on. I assume the beeping alarm is the take-off warning (I'm not familiar yet with what all sounds mean...), but I've been looking over the procedure several times, but I cant find what I'm missing. Does someone recognize what happens and can tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Hello simmers, I'm new in the NGX and now I'm trying to learn how things work here (I'm used in the PMDG 777). Always have in mind that I have many flight hours in the 777 when answering the below. And please do not simply say "Refer to the manual", because I already did. (I have read the entire tutorial 1 from Gatwick to Schiphol) So: 1. Hi, In FCTM, IAN Requirements and Restrictions says "airplanes must be equipped with FMC U10.5 or later and IAN FMA displays". Is PMDG NGX qualified for this approach? Thanks. Frank
