Hi, I originally bought MS Flight back when it was first released and bought the Alaska Wilderness add-on and most of the aircraft. I am able to use GFWL to reinstall MS Flight and downloaded all of the stuff I originally purchased but I can't see any of the aircraft in the Hangar or access Alaska. Is there anything I can do now? Thanks for any help offered.

I've been wondering about this for a while. Will it eventually be possible to add AI plane traffic to Flight? What about car and boat traffic? Thanks in advance, G_Fil_24

BlueSphere is by far my favorite ENB setting. It was created by Tim from Real Environment Extreme, a weather and environmental upgrade for FSX which many of you are probably already familiar with. For me this ENB is a must because it adds such beautiful colors and brightness that make Flight or FSX look pale without it. Shadows also look deeper. I invite anyone who's interested to try this out. I was amazed by how everything looked a lot more 'alive'. I've made just a few minor changes like the value of color saturation (original value is -4). Other than that, it's all his work. So, I was thinking about areas I would like to visit if/when it becomes possible to add FSX scenery to flight, and it occurred to me that St Maarten would be perfect!! Where would you like to fly?

By now, we flight sim fishies should know better then to snap immediately at the latest miracle-cure hook, but I was bored and had nothing better to do, so I set up flight using the latest Nvidia drivers DSR mode and have to say its not bad. Not even nearly a miracle cure, but image quality was quite noticeably enhanced while Flight retained a nearly rock steady 60fps at 3840x2160 and a 16.9 aspect ratio. The sim handled the new mode surprisingly well, which is to say that the super-shrunken menus this new mode can cause in other applications appeared to be automatically corrected in flight. Makes for some very tricky landings with the Icon. I found Obvious Coronet4 sitting at the bottom of the deepest gorge lake. Steve Location, have fun! Try landing in the really deep gorge lake.

Since I installed the Flight Tool yesterday, I can't log in, or create a new tag. I can't fly any jobs because I have to reach a certain level before they get unlocked. Am I stuck? Or is there something I can do?

I went into Flight yesterday and was informed that TurnedCrab36127 (Steve) was in session. So I joined in and found his yellow CC in the drink south of Bellows AFB (XBEL) on Oahu. I landed on the beach of the little Island he was next to. I then land on the little Island after about 3 attempts and was hoping Steve would come back in, when I received a hail from BergSpreu69 in Alaska, so I joined him there. After I got there WorldyKlan93 also showed up and we were all flying in P-51’s headed to Talkeetna (PTKA). As I was landing there they both said they had to go, and bit farewell. Ok, dumb question. Tried installing toolkit 1.0.23.5 on my laptop copy of flight and now it will not start because msvcp120.dll not found. This is probably a common problem. Think I saw it mentioned somewhere else but can't find it just now. Not good at messing with computer files. Any easy recommendations for installing this .dll file would be greatly appreciated. :( Steve

Changes with this version: - Fixed some installer issues if you never had Flight installed previously - Fixed some issues with the GFWL replacement server that was causing some features like aerocaches not to work - Disabled the profile backup feature (since it is no longer useful with the Flight servers down) I am now releasing two different versions of the toolkit. One that works with GFWL so people who play multiplayer can still use that feature. However with this version aerocaches and other online Flight features will not work. The other version is has GFWL removed and will not support multiplayer, but you can use aerocaches. I recommend creating a second profil…

Does anyone know when exactly multiplayer will be shut down? My guess is in less than 15 minutes, when today's aerocache is over.

I downloaded MS Flight shortly after it was released. Downloaded (purchased Alaska and several planes). When I start the program it goes through the login page of Microsoft live. My account is still active but no more ms flight products. Reading your forum it looks Microsoft live servers for msflight are going to be shut down. Will effectly keep me from using the software I have? Is there any way to start/operate the program without logging into Microsoft live? Thanks for any help anyone may have.

I note that after the big rush of interest and speculation regarding the purchase of the Microsoft flight simulation franchise, things have dropped from an interest level of "frenzied" to nearly dead forum in just a few days! :lol: We all just in watch and wait mode?
