I'm not sure what's going on again with the AOTD, but the MS Flight site is showing Gold Dredge. It seems when there is a problem, this one pops up kind of like Haena Bay used to. It's now 15:09 and this has been showing as the cache since 14:00 EST so I don't know. I might try in the sim later and see if it is there too, but in the meantime perhaps someone else can check it out too and report their findings. I just checked in the sim and it says "Aerocache of the day is unavailable". So here we go again. Cmon' Kitty. Lets get with the program. :rolleyes:

Cool. Seems like we're on a waterfall streak.I like these because they can be a challenge to find and collect for the most part. Plus, the search takes you to some of the most photogenic areas of Hawaii. When I collected the last three days caches, I saw many more falls in the area so we might have a bunch more AOTD's like this in the future. Enjoy.

If you got the latest permanent cache, you won't have any trouble with this. As a matter of fact, I landed in the same place today as yesterday after finding both. Enjoy.

I'm going to assume (a dangerous thing to do) that since Harvard Glacier has been up for 2 hours today, that it is in fact the AOTD. This is a repeat, and if you didn't collect it originally, now's your chance. I consider it to be a fairly good cache to collect. Enjoy.

Looks like the AOTD system is still messed up. It seems stuck on Harvard Glacier. This is as of 1500 hrs. EDT. I even checked it in game and it was HG there also. I'll try again later and see if it changes. If not, either MS plans on this being a repeat, or the system is whacked.

Okay. Another gold dredge. I'm not sure, but this one might be a repeat? Guess we'll have to find it to see. Enjoy. Interesting. Like most adolescents, I was a big fan of combat aircraft. I have outgrown that phase as reality has set in. But, I have always had a few combat planes in my FS collection, particularly those of the local air force. When they were flying the Enaer Pillán, I had that with the appropriate paint scheme. Nowadays, they fly the Embraer Super Tucano, among others, and I also had that in FS in the air force colors. Their mission is drug interdiction, you know, finding those "clandestine" flights. Hey guys, been playing War Thunder a lot (well, at least trying it out) and the more I fiddle with it, the more I think it and MSflight are twins separated at birth. Though the interface and the aim (combat) are completely different, the feel, the sounds, the shadows, and even the venue (Hawaii) are strikingly similar in so many ways that again and again I find myself thinking that this is what MSFlight could have been if MS had cared enough to push forwards with it. Im having problems with the landing tutorial where you get introduced to trimming. Im supposed to only trim and land "free handed", but when I release the flight stick, the nose gows down far and I have to use the stick again. pls help!

I would think that anyone using Flight and that has the Alaska pack has been through this pass at least once. But, based on the EP's, the marker could be well hidden. Enjoy the pass and take in its' beauty as you seek the cache.

Hello! At first, I have to excuse for my bad english, but none of the german forums had a solution... so I'm trying here: I run Microsoft Flight on Windows 8, so far without any Problems. Now I found that in every mission (challenges etc.) the yellow target signs have been lost. I can't see them anymore. For example, in the attached picture I show the wedding party mission. You can see the yellow sign showing you, where the ship is located. In other missions they are pointed to the right runway, the observatory and so on. Now, flight doesn't show these target signs any more. Any idea what happened? I tried a reinstallation, but without success.

Here's a chance to verify the topics we currently have going on concerning the scenery in Flight. We go back to Hawaii and hunt one of the treacherous waterfalls that have cost the community so many aircraft. Might be prudent to consider a hike. Enjoy.

I'm looking at a shipping label, on a carton, on a pallet of cartons, on a produce dock, in a town, by a major airport, that's not in MS Flight's list of airports. Every time I come across one of these beauties I think about the architects of MS Flight and what they had in mind. This will be submitted soon as a community aerocache called Terrace, BC.
