I am looking at using this in the future after seeing MSFlights uses it for there flight planning. I currently use FS9 for my flight planning and those flight plans overlay on GMap with the Alaska Sectionals (those secionals are identical to Skyvector's VFR) overlaying Gmap and GMap viewer. However GMap Viewer does not have the option to inport a flight plan like GMap uses my FS9 plans. After looking at Skyvector it looks like it could do the job of GMap viewer and show my flight plan, but can those flight plans be exported to GMap? Can Skyvector be used without going online? It seems to be an online application only. Does one need to purchase it to make flight pl…

Don't Really watch the Profile much but noticed I seem to have 'topped out' at Level 20? Notice the Progress Bar is maxed and has been for ~120k (maybe more) I also saw this - Another Players Stats pulled from the Multiplayer Menu So That's it on the Rank Levels? That's a shame? Surely the game can count past 20! And it gives you a reason to do missions, jobs, etc

I had to reinstall Flight and when the Flight Marketplace starts downloading content, the spinner has been spinning about an hour with no error messages. My previously purchased DLC was Hawaii. This seems kind of long for the download. Is everything up and working since Flight was closed down?

hello guys, first of all I wanted to know if there is a crack to make it compatible with fsx flight ms, this thing I ask of the time. then make a good simulator from the graphic point of view and then cancel or suspend the project, cmq having the high cost of programming that, it means throwing away money unnecessarily. I always wonder but microsoft are all crazy! , Cancel or suspend a historic game as the series flight simulator. and really a shame you can only fly over alaska and hawaii islands. make a marketing strategy as they did with ms flight is totally wrong, they had to do as the series x-plane and the planes that scenarios are compatible with previous or lat…

Just found this announcement from MS for DirectX 11.2. In the video the demo looks to me very similar to MSFlight. I searched for more pictures and videos and this led me to my assumption. What do you think ?

Unbelievable. I was just reading the story of this whole saga yesterday. I even looked the location up in Google Earth to see if landing the CC there would be possible. What a sad story that involves this cache. If you have a chance you should read about it. Enjoy.

I thought this spot had been a cache early on, but I guess not. It is a very solemn location and the description is right on. If you fly it, try to do so at dusk to get the full effect. I'm amazed at the detail the designer of Flight's rendition of this location is. It's very well done. Enjoy.

Just curious but has anyone been able to reach 40,000 feet? I was messing around the other day waiting for the AotD and took the Red Tails P-51 to 39,112 feet before I had to go do other things. I think I could have gotten higher if I spent more time at it.

Not much of a description for this one so it should be an interesting cache to hunt. Could be a tree, a mountain, or a really big person. What do you think? I'm going hunting. :lol: Enjoy.

First - Hello Everyone :-) I downloaded the game thru Marketplace and then downloaded the Shared Resources, Universal LC, & Gridded Urban LC - all seemed fine at this point. Next I downloaded the Carbon Cub Preview (which I guess just allows you to view it in the hanger but not fly it) So trying to continue getting the Land Classes and Resources I started downloading the Temperate Climate Wilderness LC but had to stop so I 'paused' the download (I had paused all of the others so this should not be a problem). When I got back to restart the download the Marketplace program showed that NONE of the DLC was installed. I can still see the Cub in the Hanger a…
