This message is to the pmdg developers and beta team, keep up the good work with the 747. It is looking great so far, and also, i would like to make a request that people stop pressuring them into setting a release date. Would you rather have something you get in a week, but with many bugs, you couldn't fly, and that you wish you hadn't bought. HelloI have one problem:after i have loaded my pmdg airplane, and after the airac datas was loading, the fs9 will crache down and the program ask me, if i would send a report to the microsoft.i have installed the newst patch and i have also loaded the new airac cycle 0409.shortly time bevor i don't had any problems with this great airplane, realy nothing, also the tcas was running well. but today,??? i don't have any more idees

Hello PMDG.. I know you guys hate to answer this kind of question, especially when you are so hard at work on a most excellent project. But, because your answer will affect my purchase descision for another product, I would like to know only a GENERAL timeframe for the 747 please. (i.e. days, months, years). I know not to expect an exact figure. (one other company constantly said 'coming soon', and it took more than 2 years to release).Thanks PMDG.

Hi guys......this is a weird one for me. I hope someone else has this problem.Every time I have tried to fly a VATSIM flight out of KORD in the PMDG 737 -700, my frame rate goes from 34 to only about 5-12 fps. I am running Active Sky, AVC tuner,and SB Relay as per usual VATSIM procedures. This only happens out of KORD, no other place, and all gates are affected the same way, so it doesn't matter where you load up. Usually my frame rates are locked at 35 and stay there, but this drop in FPS makes KORD impossible! One other weird thing....the fps goes down only in front views in 2D cockpit, not forward R/L or full R/L views in 2D cockpit. Anybody have any ideas?Cheers......…

Gents,I can't seem to bring up the Alternate Page in the FMC, and can't locate a Deviate now (DEV NOW) selection. I do see ALTN DEST in white, but i can't click on it. What am I doing wrong?Any suggestions around this for Engine Out ? I have been basically putting the Airport in LSK1L and going direct, but I'm sure that's not the way it's really done.cheers,Josh

Just some questions on the practical side of flying the NG.1.) What determines selection of what flap angle to use for landing? Moreso, what thresholds are observed to choose 40 over 30 over 25. What's the "standard?" I use 30 typically.2.) Same idea for autobrake selection... seems like 1 is more than sufficient to stop. Again, what thresholds are observed for selection criteria?3.) Understanding that different airlines have different procedures, what is a "typical" set of speeds and distances to airport. IE - how does one transition smoothly to the approach/landing environment. Just to let you all know that th FS9 update has caused me no problems whatever and seems to have improved frame rates - about 3-5. Just do the Active Camera update and FSUIPC FIRST.

I seem to be frequently getting the Microsoft error report CTD. I have turned off error reporting in System, but it still keeps occuring! Any answers welcome.

Hi all,Why i always receive a warning "please sign with your real name".actually before i post a new issue, i always sign using my real name already, my name Shaheedan Bin Abdul Wahab, did the system allow me to log with above full name ? i try and cannot, so i use "shaheedan" only.Did i need to mentioned " my name is ....... before i start any issue ? i didn't find any to do that way. so please help to avoid receive same message again in future which im not happy.

I am wondering how on earth you use multi monitor? I have a 9800 pro. I use "extend my windows desktop onto this monitor" meaning my second monitor. I click that check under the PMDG setting to use multiple monitors but how to you get your overhead panel to appear on the second monitor? you can't just slide it over there can you. at least it doesn't work for me.thanks,Jack

Hi all,Here i need advise on Fuel system in 737-700 PMDG,1. what is the minimum fuel left inside the tank before "Insufficient Fuel" message appears.and this message will only detect low fuel on left & right tank ?2. I'm using fuel planner and auto log into my aircraft, is this quantity include at least 30 minute extra flying as required under IFR rule ? even i have "insufficient fuel" warning when using that fuel planner ? Is this normal in real Avation 737-700 aircraft ?

need disparetly help to solve the problem with no indication of fuel on EICAS and while setup FMC.i have installed the update fs9.1 and the fsuipc 3.40 no issue's problems with installing evrything going smoothly.PSS airbus working also other add on. except the pmdg 600/700 and 800/900 didn't have feul indication( no feul in the tanks)on EICAS and while setup the FMC.after uninstal fs9.1 the problems disapeared.it seems that pmdg didn't deal with the update fs9.1i'm wondereing did you folks have the same problems..please let me know..i hope you guy's out there have the solution regardsoctavianus

I did a complete uninstall of all addons and fs9. I also uninstalled the PMDG 737 using the downloadable uninstaller. (I also manually deleted everything from the old fs9 dir)I reinstalled everything clean, including fs9. Installed the new patch. I have been reinstalling my addons, and I reinstalled the 737s (600-900s). My install order was:737 6/700 version 1.21.3 patch 737 8/900737 8/9 patch 1.1Now when I start up fs9, if I immediately pick a 737, the sim crashes. It loads all the fixes in the menu, then I click "Fly now". Next the fs9 status bar loads to 100%. Once it hits 100%, the screen goes black, and then I get the generic crash message. Hi allIm new to the FMC, however, when i set up a flight, i add speed at various heights to waypoints. Problem is, when i press vnav it does nothing, this is the case with pre defined routs as well.Can anyone give a brief overview as the instructions make no sense at all. Can height changes be controlled with Vnav in the 737ng.Many thanksTerry

Greetings!I just can't figure the pln2rte utility out. I know its very simple but I guess I'm doing something silly. I mean I am using it in some way or the other, but I do get heading directions from ATC which are contrary to the FMC route...So I think Im doing something wrong.Can anyone:Guide me through this step-by-step?Also is having pln2rte good enough to completely convert flight plans from .pln to.rte and also enable us to fly with MSFS ATC?Appreciate your help.Thanks,Pranav737-600/700NG

Is this file modified by PMDG during the install of the 737NG? I ask because I am trying to run the FS9 update patch and it keeps halting when it gets to this file. I want to patch FS9, but I do not want to screw up my 737NG!! Guys,Maybe I am just ignorant but I can not arm the autothrottle switch (737-800/900). I know that the yam damper should be on so I checked the overhead panel(attachment). I can not swith the yaw damper to on. After a few seconds it flips back to the off position.Any thoughts?
