Hello All, In my FS9 aircaft folder the is a PMDG-700-Winglets folder but this a/c does not show up when I select aircraft from the drop down menu....also is there a way to clear the FMC of all route and altitude data...thanx in advanceEd

I have been experiencing crashes when opening the kneeboard. I nailed it down to only occur when I am on the ground, with a flightplan loaded into FS. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I flew into KDEN 16R today in the NG. The FMC Approach Ref page gave me freq 111.90, course 171 deg. I tuned accordingly. The PFD read ILTT/169. Just after being turned to the LOC by LNAV, when the GS failed to activate using APP, I moused over the FSNavigator moving map and found that the freq for ILTT was 110.10, course 169. During descent I got a scratchpad annunciation "RW/APP Tune Disagree."Is there a way to fix this freq error in the FMC? (Not a major issue, just a detail of interest to me).Thanks!Jonathan

I know that various folks who fly the NG have had a problem flying this baby with their Force Feedback (FFB) sticks. I have used the MSFS FFB2 stick for about 2 years now and love it. It works perfectly for me with the NG. Some time ago, I unchecked the box "Control Surface Forces" because this box was causing unrealistic kick-back at phases in flights that was dangerous and inappropriate. I also unchecked "Crash Effects." I still get stick shaker, ground bumps, and gear bumps, but no longer do I fly an approach only to find that the stick is kicking me sideways or upwards suddenly and randomly as it used to do.Generally, it's smooth sailing with the FBB stick and ev…

Hey all,Im just looking at the rudder trim knob and display on the radio stack. My problem is I cannot get the autopilot or flight director to use the rudder trim in abnormal weather conditions like strong crosswinds. Hi, I'll keep this short. Basically, I am one of those people extremely wary of giving out a mailing address over the internet and would like to know if there is a way that I can simply use my debit card on its own to download the product. The reason I am unprepared to give out a mailing address is because I cannot see a reason for it seeing as the product is download delivery, i.e. to an Email address. Hi all, just wondering if anyone has had a serious look at the Aerowinx PS1.3 simulator? Is the PMDG going to be comparable at all systems wise ie. to be used for currency training if you fly the real thing (as they do with PS) or pretty well a leisure sim?Don't get me wrong, I'm sure the sim will look fantastic as does the B1900D and 737-600/700 which I have, but I wonder about it's accuraceys and system funcionality.Cheers

Just downloaded the -900 repaint kit. I look in the read me and PMDG states, "PMDG is unable to offer technical suppport or instruction on the use of this paint kit.". I found this to be quite odd, why wouldn't they?Anyways, whatever....can anyone here point me in the right direction as to how to use the kit. Or where I can find instructions on how to use it. I had to reinstall FS9. I had purchased and installed 1900D previously and uninstalled it when I installed FS9. I can't find the zip file to reinstall. How can I download it without paying again? Thank you CONJ

Hi all,I am having trouble getting the FMS realising that I want to overfly various waypoints before turning to the next.This is particular when inserting PBD's to set up a VOR approach. The FMS will often compute the turn maybe 2 or 3 miles before the point. Also occasionally, it wont show a smooth turn, but maybe a right angle instead. Why is this?Any help in all this guys will be massively appreciated.Cheers all,

Hi. I just got PMDG with TCAS running. Phantastic...But a little bug. The resolution advisory sounds verry late. I saw theaircraft right in front of my window, with is realy to late.Does somebody know the way to set the RA to a greater range.Thanks to all answers.

Hi all,Yesterday I purchased and installed the PMDG B1900 (including the update/upgrade v1.1 or something like that) along with the Reality XP Jetline 2 gauges. Overall I am very disappointed with the product. I guess it just must be me, since the majority of the reviews and posts I'd read about it were complimentary.I will be the first to admit that the visual and flight models are very good. The source of my disappointment is the panel and the sounds. The included panel is pretty much the stock MSFS KingAir, and when using the Reality XP gauges, they are so small as to be unreadable...unless a person uses the popup windows, which I dislike. I'm flyinh the 600/700 in FS2002. Every time I start up the 700 I am getting a negative CRZ CG value of 30 - 45%. The manual says CRZ CG is not modelled but these values prevent the aircraft from taking off. This happens no matter what the fuel load or trim is set at. The 600 is working fine. Any suggestions?Paul F

I use the PMDG fuel planner for all flights in the NG. It works wonderfully. However, I keep getting periodic warnings on my screen from MSFS that my fuel is critically low in some tank or other, even when I have 40% fuel in total. I am wondering if this is due to the center tank often being loaded at a very low level on short range flights which is what the NG fuel planner does when I ask it to load fuel.Any comments/advice welcome, thanks.Jonathan

OK, I have two problems with the A/C.1 When I installed, I installed to Drive F:, My C: drive is NOT where FS2004 is located.The A/C works fineI am UNABLE to ADD repaints to the A/C, I get an error saying "Unable to open A/C config File"I tried manual cut and paste-but NOTHING!Other big problem is the LOAD MANAGER, it DOES NOT FUNCTION AT ALL!Cant move the sliders, cant enter numbersI need someone to help me fix these issues so I can fully enjoy the 737.One last note-I also have the Beech B1900D, and I see NO external lights on it--I am set to light level 8 on setupThanks in advanceVince Johnson

I just did a flight in the 700 NG and saved it at intervals. I have found a way to re-set things at CRZ alt with the FMC and everything works great. However, the only thing I cannot do is re-arm the A/T. Every time I click it on, the AT indicator on the forward panel flashes red and the AT refuses to re-arm. If I click the red flasher off and click on the AT switch again, I get the same thing all over again. I've observed this previously with saved situations in the NG (600 and 700).Is there a fix for this? What am I missing or doing wrong? Appreciate advice, thanks!Jonathan

MY BIG FIX.Are you having Blue Screen of Death, Error messages, System slowdowns??? It was happening to me- 3 times in fact! One resulted in a blown CPU. I was getting Microsoft automatic error messages telling me windows has been shut down to protec your computor etc etc.. to remove those drivers and hardware I just installed.... Checking the documentation, it does not look like the RTA (required time of arrival) function is modeled in the 737 package. Can anyone verify, and if not included, might anyone have an idea on whether it's on the 'to do' list?Thanks!Todd

Looking for advice for users of the CH Yoke & Rudder Pedals. I currently have a Saitek Cyborg joystick which is not exactly very realistic for flying the PMDG 737NG - but it *does* have the benefit of a rudder control (you twist the joystick left or right).So if I want to change to the CH Yoke, I imagine I will have to buy the rudder pedals too?? If you don't buy the rudder pedals too, how do you keep the aircraft straight on the runway or steer the aircraft while taxiing???Another question... my current joystick's rudder function operates the rudder and nosewheel steering at the same time!
