Hello,I'd like to ask if there will be any panels designed for widescreen displays? ( in the upcoming products ) My display's resolution is 1680x1050, so, the current panels looks strange with those ovals which should be circles. Of course, I can resize the panel, but that's not a nice solution for me.Thanks,Jeno

Hi,I am just flying the PMDG 700 in a scenery with much rain showers and though I switched l/r -wipers to "high" I do not see any wiper animation at all...not in the cockpit nor in the VC...The Electricity is on (Both Generators "on" and powered, APU "off" etc.)Can you give me a hint what I have to do in order to *see* the wiper-animation in action?Many thanks in advance! :)GreetingsSusan

Hi,I know (or I think that I know it...lol!) the difference between IAS and TAS...but until now I thought that there wouldn`t be a (big) difference between TAS and GS.When I took off today in rough-weather (strong cross-wind component etc.) the ND in MAP-mode showed a huge difference: TAS 145 knots while GS at 162 knots! 1) Could you please explain in easy words what is the difference between TAS & GS and how it is calculated?2) Could you also give the difference between IAS and CAS? 3) I never saw (also not in a real cockpit) a cockpit instrument for the CAS. Can you guys explain why this speed isn`t displayed in the (usual) cockpits of modern airliners?Another topic…

Hi.I have purchased the 737-800/900 yet I only use FS2002. Is there anyway that there is a patch/hack/update to make it work with it as I really want to use it.Can I edit the aircraft in anyway?? last night during the Finnish event on VATSIM and just as I wasestablishing on the ILS I had one of those dreaded crashes anderror report window showing TCAS2V7.dll as the culprit.There was quite abit of traffic around me as well as on the ground. Would appreciate any advice/input as to why this would happen,if at all possible. Thanks in advance.

Hi,I know that you guys look at the realism for the PMDG at first...:)But I would like to know if you have a tip for me if it is possible to include sounds for...1)passenger/cabin announcements from the flight attendants (safety before taking-off, seat-belt signs/ no smoking)2) towing-truck driver (or the guy who walks beside with a mic), who wish the pilots a good flight etc....to the PMDG? Hi,I am unable to save all of my keyboard assignments. I have sucessfully saved some assignments, but now, any more changes are not saved. I can makes the changes, but next time I start it up, these assignments are lost. Apart from having a poke in the ini file, is there any other way to make all of these changes permanent?Steve

Hi,I have had the PMDG 737NG and 737-800/900 add-ons installed for several months, and they worked fine, however today I selected the 737-900 (Boeing Dreamliner livery, with 2D panel and VC, but no Virtual Cabin) for a "Create a flight", and then clicked on "Fly now", as usual to set up a custom flight, but FS2004 refused to load the flight. The box saying how much of the flight has been loaded came up, but stayed on 0%, then a message came up saying "FS has encountered a problem, etc etc. and needs to close". This happened every time I tried to load a 737-900. So then I tried the 737-600 (PMDG livery, 2D panel only), which did load, but once it had loaded all the system…

Hi,I have a short question concerning the ILS- radio system at London Heathrow. I took off with the PMDG on RWY 27R (274 HDG) and wanted to fly a racing-pattern to approach ILS 27R again. After being airborn (still RWY heading) I looked up the Freq for ILS27R (IRR), the charts says 110.30 MhZ. So I tuned the Freq in Nav1. But then something strange happened: The PFD didn`t say IRR and 294 degrees HDG but instead IAA and 094, that is the Code for ILS 09L! So I looked in the charts again for the Freqs and really: The same freq for ILS09L and ILS 27R...110.30 MhZ..!I decided to fly on (I thought that RWY 27R only have kind of a backbeam approach)...when I was abeam of the RW…

Hi,I just noticed that *sometimes* some of my cockpit-instuments (PFD & ND) freez while they are in the "Z" (sorry I dont know the abbrevation) cockpit instrument view of the "M Z A L F O T R C" view-modi.This is the situation: I fly in the "M" view-mode. Then I switch to the "Z" view-mode because the PD & ND are bigger there so I can better watch them. Because of the lower frame-rate I want to switch back to the "M" mode on approach from the IAF on...But then it happens: The "M" view-mode freezes (or has become frozen)...(no matter if I fly the -600,-700,-800 etc...).
