Hi GuysI just bought a new computer and am transferring all of my FS9 files to it. I did a clean install and added the FS9 patch. I then installed many of the addons I have purchased over the last year or so with no problems. When I try to install 737NG I get as far as the install screen but when I click on install nothing happens. I tried the disk in another computer and the same thing happened. I tried D:SETUP but was just brought to the same screen. Any help would be greatly appreciated.ThanksGerry

Okay, NG Pilots, here's one for you.I got in just a few minutes ago from an errand and as I looked up I saw, on the glideslope for KPUB, a 737 on the glideslope for Pueblo. Okay, now 737 BBJ's do pop in once in a while at our humble little spot, but what caught my attention was the paint . . . . It was Lauda Air!!!! To the tee. I looked them up on the web just now and they don't even serve the U.S. at all from what i see, and if they did they'd be using longer range jets I would think.However another thought to mind, I got a VERY good look at the tail and most of the fuselage and that is how I was able to trace it on Airliners.net as Lauda Air, but I was wondering if m…

Hi!On the PMDG`s B737 600 - and 700 models I`ve experienced that the logolights won`t turn off, even if it`s supposed to be off in the cockpit. They seem to always be on, whatever the knob is turned on in the cockpit. Is this a bug, or is it me that have looked on the wrong switch?With regards,Jan Ove Larssen

Hello PMDG,I was wondering if you guys also simulated the touchdown of the main gear like showen in the video below. POSKY did this aswell and I know you guys do this aswel but it's never been simulated very well. By a very smooth touchdown you still see the wheels get down very quickly, atleast by POSKY. Hey Guys,Now I dont know if i'm late on the band wagon here, but I have come across something simply amazing!!!!!!!Its a program from nasa called World Wind... It allows you to view any part of the world from any angle & 3D (Elevations)There is also an aeronautical addon that i came across that has every airport, airway High / low, Vor, NDB, localisers, frequencys... U name it.Now my reason for posting here is cause I am new to FMC based navigation and well its a good way to see where u are going, u can add a few extra waypoints for sight seeing and you can see where you would have flown over!!!..... Good for us newbies....Have a look at my attachemnt for an example..…

I have a problem with the 737NG that is not a PMDG problem but someone may have an answer.I just recovered a flight after a power failure reloading the FMC etc. and winching the aircraft up to cruise. Since I restarted I have a continual horn sounding in the background. If I cut the sound on the sim it continues incessantly - it's driving me nuts.Any ideas on how to stop it?I know it is a 737 sound file because when I change aircraft it stops but restarts when I reload the 737.Andy b

Hi, although it may not be much, is it possible for one of you fine beta testers (:( ) to post a shot of the throttle quad as seen from the 2d view, I can't remember seeing one. Also from seeing the panel controller, what does the MISC button bring up?Many thanks

We know the beta-testers are working as hard as they can to get this bird to production. (right guys, or you just having too much fun with it! :-hmmm)I would like to know (from Capt. Ok, I'm searching on the Internet to find a new graphics card. I'm thinking NVidia Geforce 6 series. First, I know this has been asked before, but right now, is NVidia ahead or ATI? (which one's better? )Secondly, when I search for lets say Nvidia Geforce 6600, I get the Nvidia 6600, but some are AOpen, some Palit, MSI, Gigabyte, and all those brands. They also vary in price. I used to think Nvidia 6600 is Nvidia 6600, but looks like there's more into that... What are all these brands, and which one IS BETTER?ValaPS. I only have a PCI slot, not PCIe.

I had to uninstall/reinstall FS2004 however it was not a complete uninstall. I did not delete any saved files.Now, when I go to program the FMC on the 737, I get the message, "Not found in database" when entering in airport and waypoints.Do I need to completely uninstall the PMDG 737 and then reinstall it?What am I missing?Thank you!Mike

and i dont mean good time. I just downloaded 2 textures for the 737NG from the PMDG website. They were automatic installers. They appeared to install to the correct location on my HD. But when in the sim, nothing appears in the drop-down for the two new textures..Is this software so complicated that the developers have lost their common sense by making the installtion of textures so complicated, no one short of a scientist can install them? I've installed hundreds of planes, panels, guages, textures since Fs2K. I fugured for sure with an auto installer I would be good to go. In fact, none of the textures that I have installed from the CD show up either. I fugure when …

Hello,Im wondering what are the small little details that u can see in the virtual cockpit in the 744. I read that like u can see pop cans move, or you can close the yellow shades on the windows and other little features which add to the realism. Can u tell me what all little things like that we can expect in the VC?

This may have been asked before, but do PMDG plan to publish the 744 manual before the aircraft is released (as Level-D did with the 763) so we can all do some studying before finally getting our hands on the 744???
