Hi, I just bought the 737/800/900 and after successful installation i noticed its using the sound of the 737 /700 . Is that correct? becuz i assumed that there is new sound for the 800/900 series as described in the advert ?Please explain .

just a few questions concerning the 744...- will ACARS, SATCOM, and all other CDU functions of the like be modelled?- (and yes i have asked the next one but the thread seems to have disappeared :( ) Will the control surfaces be 'limp' and hanging when without hydraulics turned on..? - will the 'rudder trim center' function be modelled, because i haven't seen it on any screenshots as yetthanks.

Are EGT maximums and possible hot starts during engine start modelled correctly in the upcoming 744?Thanks!

Hey PMDG,Boy I could use a new PASSENGER BIRD to fly this long 3 day weekend.Hint......

The 737-800 can barely takeoff from KMDW. This is unrealistic concider the 800 flies out of that airport all the time. I have fuel on all takes down to 50% but the aircraft still has a problem getting airborn before almost running out of runway. Can anyone share some thoughts on this...Thanks...

to any of the technically coherant amongst us... :)1. why would a flight crew use the 4th system auxilliary hydraulic pump (on the ground) when demand pumps 1 and 4 can run under bleed air, and demand pumps 2 and 3 are electrically run... most confusing is the fact that the sys 4 aux pump is run by electricity, and so are demand pumps 2 and 3... also, demand pumps 1 and 4 can be run by bleed air, so why the aux pump over these?2. with the STEP SIZE and STEP TO functions on the cruise page... -are these for stepping in CLIMB, or are these for steps to higher altitudes while in climb for fuel preservation etc.. -when entering a STEP SIZE value, will this…

Dear All:I recently purchased the Precision Flight Controls Jetlilner Yoke, rudder pedals and 4 engine throttle quadrants. I used to use the CH pedals control Yoke. Ever since I switched, I no longer seem to have a lever to control the steering tiller. Is there a way I can still control this manually? The pedals only move the wheel the usual 6 degrees. I tried to assign the tiller to the spoilers lever but it only moves the rudder when I try tnis. Is there a keystroke I can assign to the tiller, etc? Any ideas?Any help would be greatly appreciated.Chris Catalano

Need some help from some experts as to how to execute visual approaches using the NG 600/700/800/900. I have been trying this for a long time now without any success. I fly into some of the Indian airports that I cannot find any charts for and these do not have ILS (atleast in FS2004). Also, How can I set the correct trim in the NG without using the joystick ?Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Hi i fly the 700 and lately i have the problem that i cannot use the keyboard to go round the plane when on outside view (num lock out)i only can see top and left and right back laterals....the side and front views do not work any moreany ideas....is this an FS9 thing or PMDG problem?thksdiego

I see many people adding reflections to their planes even some freeware planes offer reflections, and i know the 737 doesn't have any, will the 747 have this automatically enabled in the liveries? Its amazing how you can see cloud and sun reflections!Thanks!

i was at EGLL the other day, and while observing the 744s parked at the gate (in cold and dark) i noticed that all the ailerons and elevators were 'limp' and hanging down. Is this 'limpness' caused by the lack of hydraulic pressure, and if so, will this be modelled on the PMDG 744?

I would like to have a software that will also allow me to copy the video to Windows Media Player or Real Player. I tried to use Windows Media Player to record my flight but I don't see where I can do that. Ken.
