HiAfter reading the PMDG manual,I encounter with a big QUESTION.Can we use FS Passenger and PMDG 747-400 together or not.The problem will arise when we start this program,FS passenger needs to boarding passenger and fuel and we know that we should not using third party programs for refueling and boarding passengers.I'm sure that all flyers who have FS passengers program have the same question. Please Answer My question...PMDG Team are always the best.Thank you for the great work.Keyhan Panahi

  3. Captains-PMDG 747-400 QUEEN OF THE SKIES Manuals:========================================Many months ago I indicated that I would try to make the Operating Manual for the PMDG 747-400 Queen of the Skies available for download prior to product release.During the past three weeks, we have slowly been whittling down the remaining open items on the airplane, and I have used all other available time to wrap the manuals up ahead of schedule in order to make them available to you. They are currently available for download from the PMDG Downloads page, under the Documentation category. The manual is long, detailed and while covering many areas of the airplane in detail I find mysel…

Hey guys - I'm sorry about how I reacted the other day about the PMDG 737NG. I know I shouldn't have stated it so harshly, but I'm sure if any of you were in the same situation you wouldn't have been just as equally upset, if not more. ;) Anyway just want to say sorry....:)

For most of my life I have known the 747 as the queen. Especially the 747-400, as a matter of fact when my five year old sees the hump, the four engines and the winglets he yells out "daddy there's the queen." We recently bought a house, and I met one of my neighbors yesterday. It turns out he is a heavy maintenance inspector for Northwest Airlines, so in talking about his job, I asked him if he also worked on the 747-400, he responded "I've worked on every whale that we have, except the two we bought from United" For a few seconds there I couldn't figure out what the heck he was talking about - then I realized the maintenance crews must have a diferent nickname for th…

Hello, i have some questions about the altitude callouts in the PMDG 744. But first i have to say sorry for my English, i think you will find many mistakes in the following text.1. Will the callouts be in .WAV format like in the 737, so that i can change/edit/silence them? This would be important for me because the airlines have different callouts, i want to customize the callouts so that they fit to the airline i

  16. Some time ago I had posted here and asked whether the 747-400D "domestic" variant was indeed included in PMDG's release, as announced on the PMDG site. I was told that yes, it was going to be done. Now, forgive me for being a little sceptical: I haven't seen any screenshots of either the JAL or the ANA plane (they do look different: ). Maybe someone can post a screenshot here... What makes me more scpetical: the 747-400D probably needs to be modelled at least slightly differently, at least to represent the smaller tanks and the high max payload - and I am simply not sure whether PMDG has gone so far as to do this extra work.On the other hand, I've had so many great surpris…

I have been noticing recently that when I start my decent in the 737-600,700, or 800 series, when I press speed it doesn't seem to slow the plane down. I have tried re-installing the 737 but am I overlooking something here? I thought I could remember a time when I clicked on the speed and if I wanted 240 knots, thats what I got. When I now capture an ILS I seem to be far to fast, and with seemingly no control over the speed? Can anyone shed any light on this for me please.CheersPaul

  22. Those of us who are Airbus fans would just LOVE to have an A32x/A330 done on PMDG style... We haven't had a decent Airbus since FS2002. If Anticyclone could do one years ago, I don't see why PMDG couldn't do one today! We're a market begging for a product! All you have to do is fill the hole! You can't ask for much more! :(

Im trying to print the 747 manual by sending it to a Fedex Kinkos. They have a program where you can send it to them for printing on your computer. When I try to print it though, it gives me an error. Is there some kind of security device you guys have on the manual that prevents me from doing this? Thanks,Matt
