Hi, guys.Firstly let me start by saying this is in no way a critism of the queen, she's all I fly now (apart from the odd 1-11 dusting off)Is there anyway to 'smooth' the movement of the throttles, it's the only thing that really bugs me, they jerk forward and back really badly.Cheers.Mark.

I read the part about this anunciation in the manual but I do not understand what I should be getting if this annuciation was not there. Could someone further expand on it please. I seem to get this displayed quite alot.1) EFIS MODE/NAV FREQ DISAGREE (amber)The ILS or VOR source annunciation corresponds to the position selected on the EFIS control panel and the tuned VOR/ILS frequency.The annunciation is displayed: if APP is selected with a VOR frequency tuned If VOR is selected with an ILS frequency tuned.Kind regardsNigel Thomas-Smith

Is it possible to hear the sound of the engines spooling up? The only sound i hear is, when an engine is almost completely started, the increasing sound of a normal running engine. No sound when spooling up. Last flight i was changing something in the fs menu and for a second i heard a spool up sound. Then i never heard it again. It seems that autopilot logic is linked to captain panel. Today I flew from FO seat and forgot to put STD qnh on CPT panel. Using R autopilot it followed the captains wrongly set qnh and not from FO seat. Is this normal behaviour as in real ac?Have a nice flight!Aleksandar

Help!!I have just purchased PMDG 747-400 Queen of the Skies (i hour ago!) It all downloaded and set up fine, and I had a quick flight in the default PMDG bird - very impressive. But then I downladed a BA and a Virgin livery, installed that and now I can't see Boeing-PMDG in the create-a-flight drop down?Apologies if this has been asked before somewhere in the 718 pages of threads.RegardsPaul

Hi, is there any way to have HPA as barometric setting from loading the 737NG instead of inches wich ist the default every time you load ?Some collegue uses CP Flight MCP and two Monitors and he always has to change zooming and a lot of workload only to set the baro settings.RegardsPeter

Hi team,I keep getting erratic and unpredictable crahes and the blasted error message is something to do with the FE.DLL I have tried to pinpoint when and why it happens but not with any success. However, it almost always happens (not always) but with a degree of confidence, when i fly the PMDG 747.This problem is driving me nuts do you have any ideas why it might be happening?RegardsPaul

Hi PMDG,You guys did an excellent job on the 747. Can you guys Please upgrade the 737 to the new qualities of the 747? I'm sure we would all be happy to pay for such an upgrade. I'm tired of flying "bumper-sticker' looking textures over some VC element when it should be in 3d in the first place. I know you guys are the leader on the 737NG even when you started. But, even A****'s 737 is in 3d; however, it's not very functional as yours. The new 737 coming out by F***** has painted-on textures as well but lacks that 3d element you guys could give it. Just wondered if there was any way of fixing the way you adjust the alt in this window as at the moment you wish to go from one extreme alt to another say 3000 to 38000 it is an exremely slow process as it will only increase in increments of 100's rather than the option of 1000's for faster adjustment. Much as i appreciate the thinking behind the left and right click pos and neg adjustment idea from pmdg the down side seems to be this slow adjustment time. Is there anyway of getting around this rather annoying situation or am i missing somthing obvious and the problem is my fault? I'm having a heck of a time keeping the queen from just exploding through my speed restriction on take off. I set VNAV to 250/10000; ensure that on the legs page the initial segments between ground and 10,000 are at or below 250. I think I'm doing everything correctly--I'm pretty competent at the FMS and MCU. I use a derated TO thrust (45-54 degrees)...Another problem--especially if the bird's light--is keeping the FPM climb to something reasonable (3000fpm or less)... I'm sure that these two things (speed restriction and climb rate) are interrelated.My workaround is simply to use the autopilot functions without selecting VNAV. Dear developer team:I bought the queen if the skies a few weeks ago and I beleave that it's a good heavy plane, but when I flew the bird in 2D I noted that the amazing creation doesn't have a 2D side views and it isn't realistic.Many people like me arround the globe have a modest PC (P IV with 512 RAM and 128MB Nvidia video card), and the plane with VC result so heavy hiting the FPS so hard. Hello thereI was programming a flight in the 737NG FMC and noticed i now get a message when i try and load in a local airport that i always fly out of...The airport is EGNM(Leeds/Bradford)When i load EGNM into the FMC I get a message saying "EGNM err: 09 ryw unknown"....After i clear it and enter another airport for my destination i then click on the "DEP-ARR" to load up my SID but i get NO Sids....I get the SIDS-NONE message on the LSK1.If for instance i load up EGLL i get all the STARS so i cannot understand this?I cannot understand this because i have always used the SIDS when i dept from this airport...I have loaded up the latest SIDS/STARS and the latest version AIR…
