I know that Delta and Continental dont fly the 747, but could someone please paint the 747-400 in these 2 colors.

I recently reinstalled my pc. I only have FS9 installed and PMDG 747 with the service update. When i play after a few seconds all my gauges turn black... Can somebody help me?GrToine

I am trying to install a pushback gauge on the 737-700 2D Cockpit. Toggle switch is not appearing on the Overhead panel. Gauge itself does appear if I set visible to 1. Any help appreciated. This question is in regard to the duties of the Pilot Flying and Pilot Not Flying. Nearly all of what I have read and seen in videos/photos over the years leads me to believe that generally the PF handles ALL primary flight controls (Yoke/Throttles) while the PNF handles, flaps gear, radio and other secondary matters. My understanding was that this was generally done consistently regardless of whether the PF was the Captain or the FO.However, recently I have come across a few videos and photos (such at the one linked below), which clearly show the FO handling the yoke and the Captain handling the throttles. I have been trying to understand the route plan format for the Queen and the NG (and have also been getting confused with the LDS 767 rte format!)Do I understand correctly that the Queen comes with over 350 preconstructed routes with the suffix *.rt2 ?Do I understand correctly that all *.rte plans created earlier for my PMDG NG series can also be used directly by the Queen's FMC ?Can I create a route in FSNavigator 4.6, export it in PMDG NG format and then use it directly in the Queen's FMC?Sorry to go over this issue further and greatly appreciate any posts, thanks!Jonathan

This automatically fills in your origin, your destination and the runway you are departing on (25R, in this case).So to try a different flight from that in the tutorial, I used the Flight Planner to create a short flight from London Stansted (EGSS) to London Heathrow (EGLL). OK I know editing is not supported.... but I was just browsing this sound.cfg file, and noticed number of engines was 2.Shouldn't it be set at 4 to allow the sound of 4 engines when inside and outside?

Hello,I am sorry if this has been covered, but my searches yielded no results, perhaps because i wouldn't know what to put in the search field anyway.today while flying online from OAK - PHL in the 737-700 2D only, all was going fine until about the time to start my descent. When i went to the overhead to turn on the fasten-seatbelt i noticed EVERY switch in the overhead had been flipped the other way. Even the battery switches and everything had been flipped to the open and off position. And the switches in groups, i.e. fuel pumps or hydraulic switches, when i would click one, they would all turn back on. but the GEN 1 & 2 switches, while i had engines on (obviously …

Hi all, I have updated to FSUIPC 3.52 and ASV6 and for some reason I have a discrepancy in my wind directions. When I do a SHIFT-Z and compare the winds displayed there v.s. the winds on the ND they are the same but on the progress and cruise pages of the CDU they are +20 degrees different. The speeds are the same, just the direction is different...any ideas what I am missing here?

Hi all,Now the first complete B747-400F for flightsim is comming along nicely, I had a few questions in my mind, and I hope you can answere them.Are there any mayor diffrences bewteen a pax version or a cargo version of the B747 flight deck?And are there operational wise any mayor diffrences, other then that you have cargo instead of passengers, and that you leave the cargo apron in stead of the passenger apron :).Can a pilot IRL fly both the B747-400 and B747-400F, or does it require some training?Thanks for reading,Stefan van Hierden

I know how to set the trim in the throttle quadrant of the 747 using the numlock 7 and 1 buttons, but I would really like to do it the way a real pilot would who wouldn't have a keyboard would! So any help on how setting the trim in a 747 would be done in real life would be much appreciated!

Seasons Greetings everyone,just a quick question..ive recently started flying Boeing 747-400 real world routes that i get from the Avsim flight plan forums. My problem is with entering tracks along the atlantic into the FMC such as 6145N/11000Wi have had a look at the manual and tried it but i get an error each time. I have successfully entered way points such as 6200N/09000W which the FMC allowed me to enter as 6290N.
