    Hi,I have a 5.1 surround sound setup and a USB headset, i have everything coming out the 5.1 except the VATSIM online ATC, and i would like to know if it is possible to get the Pushback comunications to come through my headset? Any ideas?Cheers,Nathanial

    Anybody know how to get a MPEG file that's in 'My Documents' on my computer as a 'Windows Media file' to display on this website ?It's a 3.8 meg file of my 4 hrs in the 'horror box' in the 737NG-700 series doing an manual engine out approach & landing at KATL on 12/28/05..Finally got it all into my computer and can make the mpeg files, but can't seem to figure out how to let you all view them on this site..Regards,jack

    I would like to learn more about the 737 systems to be a more educated sim pilot. The manual that comes with the 737 NG 600/700 just doesn't go into the level of detail I'm looking for. What alternatives are there? I'd prefer to keep the expense somewhat low... perhaps under $30 for a printed copy or a really good digital copy.Does the PMDG 737NG 800/900 come with a more detailed manual?Thanks.Mike

    Was wondering if anyone knew an alternate way to get ahold of PMDG to solve an order problem. Attempts at email have gone unanswered even though they report:"Standard handling time for requests is 24hrs, with peak response times occasionally reaching 48hrs. Currently have no backlog of requests for assistance and all email operations are normal."I attempted to order the 737 800-900 addition for the 737NG and recieved an error message. No download ensued, however, my card was still billed. Would like my product or a refund is all (prefer the d/l).Any help is appreciated.Trevor

    The product page on PMDG's website mentions that the laser control station is depicted in the VC. Was PMDG granted access to this aircraft's flight deck, or given photos of it? How do they know what it looks like? I havent seen any interior photos on the net.Secondly, what is the lower deck of this aircraft to be used for? Will it normally just be left empty, or will they use it for cargo/personnel transport when it is not out flying laser missions?Andrew

    I just recently purchased "the Queen" and downloaded it with no problems, ever thing was working fine. I downloaded some skins and then all of the sudden my problems start. I start by selecting the Queen and now the 3 CRT tubes go blank after a couple of minutes and then the whole screen goes blank for a few seconds. While loading these skin I some how lost my aircraft cg. file so I reistalled the program using repair method, is this correct?. Do I need to unistall and reistall the program????HelpPhillyFlyer

    Hi folks,I've ben using this stuff for about 2 weeks now and I'm thoroughly enjoying the experience.I've read all the documentation I could find on the aircraft (in this case the 737) but I would like a recommendation or two for a more general usage explanation.For examnple, the tutorial has a step by step process for starting the engines, but I can't find any information on why those steps are required. I don't what role the APU Bleed plays in the grand scheme of things, and what the various generators do.The result is the if I miss a step, I'm screwed because I don't know why I'm pressing the switches. For example, fix "5200N 17000W" I enter into FMC as "N52W017" and the same applies to other fixes. As a result I have total lenght of the route almost 11.000 miles. What's wrong with my tecniques.Appreciate your helps and suggestions.

    Hi,I am flying the 737-900 and using the tutorial flight from EDLP to EDDH. I saved my flight midway through so I could practice the landings witohut having to start from scratch each time.When I load the saved flight, the FMC had no active route in it so naturally the FMS was hosed.Did I miss a step in saving, or is just the way it is?Thanks,Derekb

  12. Hi, I tried to activite the reserve thrust for PMDG 744 after touched down by pressing F2, and I saw REV on the EICAS. However, the N1 is only at about 31% and when I stopped pressing F2, the reserve thrust closed automatically. Does anyone know why??thanks you very much...P.S. I am using thrustmaster Top Gun Afterburner joystick, the reserve thrust works fine without playing with the joystick...Now assume the above problem is solved, does anyone know how to set my FS2004 such that I can apply reserve thrust on my joystick.     I tried installing the 747-400 this morning but the install routine noted that my credentials were in error. I find that I'm also unable to manually login to the PMDG commerce site with the note "An error has occurred in this store".   16. I just had my CPU cleaned to factory settings. Prior to this I had my PMDG download copied to disc. Now that I am trying to reinstall it to FS9 I evidently am not using the correct path. Program files/microsoft games/fs9/????????? Can anyone help please

    The other evening I was flying a flight from SEA to IAH using the 738, and noticed that the wing tanks drained first and the center tank was not being used. Needless to say after the wing tanks went dry, the engines failed. I followed the checklist, but I still cannot get fuel from the center tank. I talked with a friend of mine who flies 737s for Continental and he had said that usually after takeoff he switches off the left fuel pump and switches x-feed on. He uses fuel from the center tank first, but when it gets to about 5,000 lbs, the he uses fuel from the wing tanks. If anyone could help me with this issue, that would be appreciated. Thank you.

    I tried to arm the autothrottle the other day on the 737-800, and it did not arm for some reason. On takeoff, I went ahead and tried to arm it so that way I could use the TO/GA button, however every time I tried to arm it, the button would automatically go back down and there would be an indication on the main panel that read A/D disconnect. What could be this caused from? Thanks

    Hi!I have some problems with my PMDG 737NG:1: On approach I normally use the A/T to control the speed, but sometimes it changes over to LVL CHG by it self, resulting in the throttles goes back to idle, and the plane stalls. It maybe happen in 1 of 10 flights, but it really is very annoying.When I think over it, this happends together with the APP mode disconnecting, and I have to push the button again...2: Another problem I have, is that the Fire warning system doesn't work always when I undock the overhead panel to my second monitor.     Hi, I have 2 problems. One with LNAV where either i take off and engage LNAV the plane flys towards the first programmed waypoint reaches it then just flys over it without changing to the next waypoint the plane continues on despite the top right corner of the ND showing the previous waypoint( as shown in the first screenshot),or the plane flys towards the waypoint then for no reason turns off course and starts flying in a big circle.     Latley I have been loading my flightplan into the FMC as I have always done. All of a sudden LNAV will not engage. Any reason I might be missing. It lights up for a second and then nothing. I haven't changed the way I set up flights. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
