Finally got the B1900D into FSX. The push back tug hooked right up to the nose wheel when I activated the push back function.http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/162791.jpg

I have flown this aircraft many times without a hint of trouble. Tonight I was cruising at FL360 and had been for about an hour when without warning both engines shutdown and I was unable to restart them.I do not have failures activated. The only recent system change is programming Yoke/Throttle Quadrant/Pedals thru FSUIPC and all was working ok with that.It just struck me as odd that the shutdowns would occur over an hour into the flight- fuel was not an issue. I was using wing tanks-all pumps on and quantity was 8000 lbs in each tank--center tank was empty and pumps off.

Hi allSimple questionI am learning how to use FSCrew2 with my PMDG 737 and have noticed that when I am also using RC4 at the same time the RC4 sound is much louder than the FSCrew2 sound--is there a volume control on the radio panel of the PMDG 737 or is the volume controlled through one to the FS9 sliders or the computer volume controls--would love any help or ideasCheers and all the best for the Holiday Season---Peace Brothers!;)

Hello allSorry if this question was asked and resolved earlier.Recently, I have noticed that when I am performing a Precision ILS approach on my 737NG, I usally hit on the "App" button of the MCP to be established on the localiser.However, as soon as the Glidscope is active the 'APP' button tends to deactivate and does not reactivate even if i press that. Two days ago, I purchased the PMDG 744 package. I receved an Email thanking me for my order, but was told that I would recieve a "detailed confirmation Email", presumably with instructions on how to download the aircraft. I have yet to recive that Email, and am getting a little annoyed.The money has been withdrawn from my PayPal account, yet I still have not been able to download the model I paid for. By looking at the website, one gets the idea that it is a simple "1,2,3" process. Nowhere did I find reference to the fact that first you pay, then you wait, and then when someone finally Emails you do you get to actually download the model. Am I doing something wrong? Did I…

Hi there,I downloaded the flightplan files for the Queen from the PMDG website and I love them. I seem to see alot more AI during flight, perhaps because flightplans are more accurate. So which flighplanner would you recommend I purchuse for the QUeen, FSBuild or FSnavigator? Can these programmes import flightplans into Queen's FMC? CheersTristan

I am having a little difficulty inputing info into my FMC....the manual doesn't cover my problem. I am wondering if anyone has done a tutorial for the FMC. My problem is on a flight from London to CDEGAlle. EGLL to LFPG. My legs are MAY, DPE, and CGN. Arrival runway at LFPG is 09L. When I imput this info into the FMC I naturally get a disco between CGN and RX09L and another between RX09L and RW09L. I can remove the disco between CGN and RX09L the normal way that is by typing RX09L below and inserting it into the disco boxes after CGN. But when I try to type RW09L to insert it in the boxes after RX09L I get a message saying I have inserted a disco. I have tried several tec…

I just saw the new screens of the MD11 and they look great. From what I can tell the plane doesn't seem to have its wings flexing. I'm FULLY aware that the plane is still under development and that the screen shots don't represent the final product but as far as those pictures are concerned are the wings flexing?- Tim Schaff

Well I'm really not sure what I should do next to get my 747 running properly again. Some time ago I purchased the boxed version of 747 Queen of the skys and loaded it and ran it with no issues. Recently I purchased the Cargo version as a download . After installing it along with the sound patch, everything seemed to be ok. After flying for a few hours, I get this lockup where the sound seems to go in a loop and I have no option but to push the reset button on my pc. Hi AllI am having trouble with the above , i am writing out a plan in the fmc but when i press ARR/DEP for LHR i get error EGLL 0252 unknown (i think its that number) for DEP but a full list for ARR yet i have put in the latest AIRAC only 5 mins before.What am i doing wrong?Thanks in advanceKarl BAV0221

I have recently received PMDG's 737 and 747 planes and installed them on my computer, but when i start FS2004 and go to choose them they don't all show in the window to choose from (like 747 w/winglets). Can someone tell me how to get all aircraft showing?

I am in the process of learning the PMDG 747-400/400F. Published lessons help a lot.Now I am creating may own flight plans but cannot get the FS ATC to agree. Default FS flight planning seems to be needed. I also want to use SID and STAR. How do I make ATC recognize and follow my PMDG-plans? Is there any add-on ATC that works bettar than the default in FS?I run FS 2004 (9.1) with Traffic 2005, FSUIPC (latest), FS-Meteo and Wx500.I use flight plans from RouteFinder (http://rfinder.asalink.net)Any advise appreciated./Lars

I have enjoyed the PMDG 747 for over a year now. I am considering experiencing the 737 version in addition as well.I have read all the information on how to uninstall and reinstall etc If I would like to add the 737 to my pc. Its well described.However I am still concerned about the outcome. saved files settings routes etc. and just plain headache involved.I wonder if others can realte their own experience at this.Or should i just wait for the 737 FSX version? or does this just open up a new can of wormsIm tending just to stay with my well worn installation of the 747 at this pointMike
