I have been learning the 737NG. In setting up my flight plan using the FMC, I have found many Jetways not in the FMC database. I checked the documentation for adding sid/stars but didn't see anything about adding Hi alt jetways. Anyone know if it can be done? I would like to fly as real routes as possible. Thanks for any help!

HiI have the 744 pmdg.Could somebody please help me with setting SIDS-I use fsbuild to plan a flight.In the departure section of the FMC when I set the runway and choose the SID at the top of the list I get either: a. Discontinuities b. the path of the SID is no way near the direction of the flightpath.This makes it difficult to plan a good departure path.Surely this does not happen in real life? I have downloaded the sid/star data from NAVDATA.Could you please tell me where can I download the sid/stars that are appropiate for te runway and do not present the above problems.Looking forward to your help.Qa…

Hello,Just a few quick questions. Firstly, I made some traffic circuits at EGLL yesterday and the circuit altitude was 3000 feet MSL. The first touch and go everything was perfect, but during the next landings I never got any altitude callouts from the aircraft. I've read that the system is programmed so that it doesn't make repeated callouts over a variable landscape, but there must be a way to reset the altitude callouts for traffic circuits, I suppose. What is the trick behind it?I programmed the FMC for a local EGLL flight and surprisingly, when I set EGLL both to DEP and ARR fields and selected the appropriate runways on DEP/ARR page, it didn't successfully activate …

Hello Everyone: When I set the fuel to Full from the PMDG menu, FS2004 keeps popping up a dialog box telling the that the fuel in the selected tank is very low and to press ctrl+x for automatic refuelling. Its quite annoying, is there a fix for this or did I do something wrong?

Hello folks,I have quite a difficulty trying to takeoff in short fields with the 737-800/900, since the aircraft by default without selecting any limitations on N1, already has a low setting in N1.For example I am trying to takeoff from LOWI, and its a 6000+ft runway, the engines are by deafult in 95% N1, but if I still change the temperature in the FMC the max would be 99%.Now, I really need more than that, I managed to change in the 1/2/both section to 105.1 but still the plane only goes max 99%.Obviously there is a solution to this, anyone could help?Thanks

hey.... I was just wondering if there is any way to merge the NJ panel with wider planes, the 800 and 900 series. I've tried it already by moving panel and sound files to one opensky 737 800... it seems allright at the begining, but then once in the air, alot of messages appear in the fmc and on a scrolling font saying the airplane is unmaneuverable... This is really a downer...There must be a way... Can anybody enlighten me bout this please?Cherio...MAt

HELP!On PMDG 737NG/744, and Flight One ATR72. The magenta line has gone a mile out of whack !I can't explain it very well but I will do my best :Lining up on rwy 25 at EGNT the CRS/Heading should be 251degrees.When I actually line the a/c up on the runway, the ND and the Compass itself show that my actual heading is 259degrees.I tried a southern hemisphere airport to cross check, so I line up on rwy 01 at FACT - the CRS/heading should be 010degrees, but I am actually 'heading' 345 degrees !The magenta line is miles out of line in flight, and the a/c no longer navigate accurately from waypoint to waypoint. I have the 747-400 Queen of the Sky already installed.I just purchased the 737NG 600/700, and it says that it should be installed before the 747.Do I have to uninstall the 747 first ???And then Install the 737, and then reinstall the 747 ????If I have to uninstall the 747, is there a uninstalling tool available ????RegardsGilles Dubois

HiI know you guys are not planning a B777, I am using PSS 777 version, I am seeking "off the record" advice with reagrds to Sound Files. Your B744 sound quality are perfect, that it has made me greedy in terms of higher expectation from other developers.Do you recommend a very good realistic B777 Sounds that I can use, ones thateven when the ENG are OFF, you can still hear the Air Conditioniong Flow like the PMDG 747.Thanks

I'm having trouble trying to install my PMDG products & I require you to reset my account to register ALL items.I have backed up the Zip Files but they still need verifying.I assumed that the with extended download service I paid for that the process would be straight forward.I have had to do this on at least 3 occasions & I'm finding the whole process rather tedious.For what ever reason being, Reinstallation, New PCs, PC Crashes, I will have to keep contacting PMDG for the items you provide to make them work for whatever reason. Hi all, i had this exact problem 2 weeks ago and i attributed it to running a trial version of Ultimate defrag. However it has happened again, this time i have not run the defrag or installed anything. In fact my computers settings are the same as when i solved this a fortnight ago. The flight is setup ( it does not matter where or how much fuel/load etc) When i take off i get to 500 feet and engage the autopilot and instead of following the flight director bars the aircraft pitches up to about 17 degrees then down again and then back up until i stall and crash. I don't know what the autopilot following its not the FMC as it's out of coordination with the Flight director.…

Hi together,Last weekend I "cleaned" my PC due of bad performance. After re-installing my PMDG737NG (from CD), there is no function, neither the MCP or EICAS, nor the PFD or any switch for VOR or something else does move. The airplane starts loading "cold&dark", the normal starting-procedures (f.e. overhead starting APU ) are done, there is "juice" everywhere - but no function on the panels.Using FS9 with CHPro, UTEurope, GrEnv, ActiveSky, PC: P4 with 2,8GHz, 2 GB, GeForce 6800 LENo update installed till now.The installation before worked fine, no problems till last installation.Any Ideas for help?

During my decent into KJFK from EGLL, all of my CAPT and Primary EICAS displays froze and the FO displays went completely blank. I didn't think to check my Secondary EICAS. I was just above FL180 when this happened. I was using FSPassengers so I thought it was an inflight failure of some sort. I declared an emergancy in both FSP and Radar Contact and then everything suddenly went back to normal.When I landed, I got in trouble for declaring a false inflight emergancy which means FSP didn't cause the frozen displays.Does anyone know why this happened? I normally use flaps 25 for the 744 but I notice in the FMC that with 30 fuel left I could shave 6 knots off the VREF by going to flaps 30 as opposed to flaps 25. I don't use full flaps because I read somewhere that I should not do so with the 744. Apart from a steeper approach and the hassles of full flaps in a crosswind, is there any other reason for not using it?Gerry

I use Radar Contact and the Altimeter Reset is at different altitudes all over the world. Hello,This is to the develop team members ONLY. Will you consider doing a small program that will enable us navigate in the virtual cockpit and carbin? Even for an extra cost, this is going to be embraced by the community (if I can say so) since we have lost active camera. At the current FSX views, it is not as friendly and as well defined as AC is/was. How can we use the "Right" seat to fly in this current state of FSX internal views? Also there are no pre-set views that can make flying easier from both the "Left" and "right" seats. By the way, this could be a "stand alone" program as an option purchase. Thnx
