hi guys,just downloaded the 1900 and i am a bit dissapointed that the vc isnt fully clickable.can anyone tell me if there is a solution or how i could maybe merge the afg b300 vc into the 1900,i know its not the same but it would stop me from moving from vc to 2d as i don't fly aircraft from 2d cockpits anymore.

Ummmm with a little creative license I have made me a new signature banner. Probably get me banned, oh well something to do while waiting for the 747X or MD11X.

I have a small problem that i cant figure out.The PMDG is fine but the keyboard is the issue.Whenever i need to enter numbers in the FMC i cant use the numeric keypad on the right.I have to use the typewriter keys on top to enter numbers.Itried with NUMLOCK on/off same thing.Dont have this issue with other addons.Does anybody have this issue also.Thanks,Nebojsa

With my 737 I have a problem with the FMC. Whenever I click on ".,0,+/-" It enters in the numbers from the row above i.e 7,8, and 9. I have tried re-installing but that did nothing. I also Have the 747-400 and the 747-400F but those both work fine and I installed them all in order as directed. any solutions?

I remeber there was a time when Robert would share some news on his flying career. Him being a professional pilot is what attracted me to PMDG (quality) ever since the release of 737, and now there is very little news. I understand that this isnt 100% product related but I always keep in mind that PMDG products come out with ATPL pilot rating it's quality- hence my further curiosity.Robert I remember you were saying that you parted with your previous airline, and I am just curios as to what type and airline you are flying now?Thanks,Nick Matveev

Hello,I recently merged a freeware 737-800 model with the airfile of the PMDG 738.IMO it works really fine, but there's always some green light bar appearing when I'm on takeoff roll (Aircraft CG not within tolerance...).How can I remove this bar?PS. I do know that PMDG does not support merged aircraft.Actually, it's just testing.Regards,Marius

Good dayIs it possible to install a FS9 Repaint for the B1900? If so, how? I followed the instructions for installation into FSX and it works great. Now I'd like to find out how to install new repaints.ThanksGary

i had to delete my 747 and now it will not take my old order number, how do i reinstall it? thanks james

I only want the FS9 PMDG 747-400 working in FSX, not the panel , is that possible?. I tried it but all moving parts do not work and the gear is in the wrong position. I wish the plane could be seperated from the panel, than there would be no problem by using only the aircraft. Best regards, martijn

Hi,One thing that has really bugged me about FS is that they have never modeled braking conditions (even on a basic level) This is such a major factor in the real world. I still use Topcat to calculate T/O and Landings and set vspeeds according to rwy condition. I was under the impression that this was impossible or hard coded in the sim. I've just been reading on another forum that the Project Tupolev TU-154 and Maddog 2006 have achieved this. So why have PMDG or even Level D not tried to implement this? I dont think anyone here would expect braking to be an exact real world match..this is not a complaint just curious.Thanks Rob Prest

I am brand new to the PMDG lineup and after flying it for the first time, I love it and don't know why I didn't get it a long time ago.That said, I am having trouble switching from the PFD/ND view to the EFIS/MAP view. I have switched it in the styles page but it is not actually changing in the cockpit.Is there someone who knows a way to make this happenThanks in advanceJim

i messed up my panels so i need to uninstall all,737-600/700/800/900 and the 747 also,so how do i go about uninstalling them and re loading them thanks, and the only one that tells you how to uninstall is the 747 and i don't see it in add/remove program. thanks james

Hi All. I installed PMDG 600-700. During installation It told me things to do but before I got to really read it The computer shutdown and restarted. I reinstalled it hoping to get that screen back and before i could read anything it just flashed that page up and restarted computer again. So...........I'm a little lost and I wonder if somone can help me. I remember it telling me that I had to download airac file(i think it said for the 767) I went on to read breifly that I had to make up a file or something won't work properly. I don't remember ( I think it had 10 or so letters & nbrs in it) Anyway I'm lost. I don't even know how and where this file is supposed to be …

I've installed PMDG B737NG in FS9 and FS2crew for it. When I tried to engage the Autothrottle on MCP, the switch returned to it's unswitched position then the red light, A/T P/RST, below it strobed. Every time I have to fly it by controling throttle manually and it's extremely troublesome! Does anybody have the same problem? Is any prerequisite setting I had missed before engaging Autothrottle? Please help me out!

I've been out of flightsimming for a while, just reinstalled some of my stuff... Does anyone know if there is a fix to make the PFC flap switch work with the 747?? In my PFC driver, the switch is working, but won't budge the flaps.. I have to use the F keys.Thanks

I am new to PMDG products. Recently acquired a PMDG B737NG 600/700 product and want to install the Kenya Airways livery. I have downloaded it and apparently installs automatically. Now up in the AVSIM FS2004-Flight Plans library, file "kord_sidstars_0710.zip" is a revision of the procedures provided in the Cycle 0710 Collection. I have redone the dozen NOATC departures included to augment the single vectors-only DP to provide a more realistic departure for the 744 and reworked the connections between STARS and approaches.Happy contrails.

Just installed the PMDG 737NG on my new PC (Vista Business), after installing FS9 then the 9.1 update.As soon as I selected the PMDG 737NG from the 'Create a Flight' screen, an error message appeared saying something like "Problem intialising DirectSound" and the program froze.Any ideas what the problem is?

When I used PMDG 747-400 recently, I got a problem. Once I switch to the FS window, the whole FS menu will have gone, but the PMDG works fine at that time.If I use "ALT" button to recall it, the FS will automatically shut down! (If I don't, it'll be OK!)It took place about an hour after I open FS, why?using FS9.1, Windows XP, P4 2.66G, RAM 1G, NVIDIA N6200

When you input the WIND in the RTE DATA pages of the 744's FMC, how is that data applied to the flightplan? Is it carried forward in the flight and applied to all future waypoints until/unless changed by any subsequent entry/entries? It seems that this might be the case. But as I am still experimenting and inexperienced with this aspect of the FMC, I wanted to ask here.Appreciate any clarification, thanks.Jonathan
