Thank you for this product, athough you just couldn't repair that graphical problem on the throttle? I have been dismissed back then like a complete idiot, but I guess I will have to leave with that lighting error.For the rest, thank you for the amazing aircraft.

HiI've recently been watching some IITV and other aviation videos that featured the 747, and they made me compelled to retry this 747 after long abandonment, but this time, I was successfully able to get the aircraft powered up and get the flightplan imported etc etc.Anyway, the main problems occur when I am well into my climb to my cruise altitude, as I get closer and closer to my altitude of 38000, the speed suddenly starts to fall below 230 knots which eventually ends up in the aircraft near stall, which activates that annoying scraping sound :(Anyway, int his particular flight I chose not to use VNAV since I don't completely understand it yet, is that the problem? Hi randall and team,All afternoon i have been trying to buy the 747X. Each time i get to the submit page it returns with an internal error. This is the case regardless of which credit card i use. Are you aware of any problems aside from the amex issue which you mentioned in a reply to a post by manny.I have tried with visa too and get a different message "host not found" or somethinglike that.Anyway im realy excited about flying the 747X as soon as i can. id appreciate any advice/comments.ThanksNicholas Boskovic

This may help some who may be getting this message.After hitting the confirmation button on my order for the 747X (my account was recognized and discount was applied correctly), I received the message that "the order could not be found" and that I could not access it.However, after logging in to the account again (but not ordering anew), it was on my previous orders list and I am downloading now!Martijn

Just a couple of questions.Although I have FSX installed I rarely use it due to my old machine. I bought the FSX version mainly bwecause of the extra updates on FS9.My question, is these updates automatically installed in the FS9 or we have to follow a different procedure? Also is this installation can by any way "harm" the CDU drivers for FS9?Thx in AdanceChris

First of all well done to the PMDG team! She is a real beauty! At the moment my FPS hang around 20. I'm not complaining as I know it will improve with future updates. I get around double the FPS in the level-d 767. Well thanks for the 747!

FS9 Was running very well until I tried installing my PMDG 737Ng I got about 4 months ago. My Current system specs are: Laptop, NVIDIA GeForce 8400m G, AMD Turion 64 x2 TL-58 (1.9GHz) 160GB HDD.This is annoying!!!!

First, congratulations on the release of your 747 FSX version. I am sure another great product.My question is about the 737NG LNAV function. I get the plane operating just fine and then I hit a leg which has a sharp turn to it. When in LNAV the plane will not hold to the new heading and LNAV disconnects.Is this correct? Is there a maximun number of degrees that the LNAV function can turn the plane without disconnecting that function.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just did my first circuit in YVR. Performance is right about where I expected. Good job guys! Only small issue I had is that the LED's on both the Captain and FO clocks are blank.Dustin

Hi all, I realise this post isn't PMDG-related, but I've got no idea where else I can get an answer so I'm hoping you'll allow this post to remain and be answered. I noticed with the Airbus A380 it only uses thrust reversers on two of its four engines whereas the Boeing 747-400 uses all four. Does anyone know why the A380 uses only two?Thanks,

I am currently helping to write the TOPCAT Users Guide. I require two high quality screenshots, one of a landing aircraft and one of an aircraft in take-off configuration on take-off climb. The aim is to be able to visually demonstrate aircraft, clearly showing their flaps/slats configuration, and hopefully some detail of the runway that the aircraft is departing from/approaching. I leave it to the contributor to use a measure of artistic license in other details. Hi. I use FSBuild (2.3 build 208) and FSC 8.1 to make my flight plans because no one has everything I want.Anyway, FSC have the PMDG 747 but not the 737.

Hi,Just thought I asked the community while waiting for support guys:I have tried to install my original 737 (circa 2003) into FS9. The original installer always finds the FSX path so I have to edit it to find FS9(strange thing is that when you edit the path in the installer it always tacks FSX on the end which you have to delete again). This edit works okay for the 600/700 v1.2 and the update to 1.3. 1.3 runs okay in FS9. However, when I run the 800/900 installer it refuses to install and says that the 1.3 is needed. Unfortunately you cannot edit the path on that installer.I checked the 737 aircraft config and it is definitely 1.3 installed. I've run the FS9 registry fi…
