Hi every oneI tried to search in the forum for my problem but didnt find anything.I have a problem because I dont have a menu bar, even if I press alt key and second thing, if I press right click nothing happend. Thx for your help.Sorry for my bad english.Regards.

Good morning I have problems to install PMDG 737NG and PMDG 737-800/900, I've installed it from safe mode and then it works.The fs2004 system crashes when I select the aircraft, "flight simulator has encountered a problem and needs to close" and this error: A fatal error ocurredAppname: Fs9.exeAppver: 9.00.30612ModName: panels.dllOffset: 004867E What can I do? If I select orher aircraft and switches PMDG it works. Thanks and sorry for my english.Eva

Hi Everybody,quick question - I just downloaded and installed several add-on liveries from the PMDG website for the FS9 version of the 747.Having installed them, the 747 just disappeared completely from the MSFS aircraft menu - neither the base model nor the add-on liveries were visible. As if I didn't have the 747 at all.So I went looking to see what was wrong. The folder was still there, inclusing all the new texture folders, so I checked the aircraft.cfg and noticed to my dismay that everyhing had been deleted from that file apart from the specific texture section for the last two liveries I installed (Singapore and Quantas). Hi,Before I start this post, I'd like to stress that I am certain this is not a bug with the PMDG 747.. But it was the weirdest thing I've seen (and kinda fun because I wasn't expecting it)..So.. what happened? Well I was about to start a long haul flight from Heathrow to Singapore.. as QANTAS.. I'd done all my pre-flight prep.. weights etc.. programmed my route, SID.. setup my performance parameters.. did my push and began taxiing to the hold, flipped on autothrottle ready for TO/GA.. 9R in this instance.. Got to the hold, strobes on landing lights on as I lined up... (LNAV, VNAV armed, TO/GA, TO/GA set as current modes.. F/D on etc etc.. flaps down 20 Green) everything…

Hi folks,I have the excellent 747 for fs9.For the long distance flights i like to get the aircraft airborne, then head off to bed, wake up and land.Now my question is, is there a program that will allow me to do the above, but have a co-pilot complete step climbs whilst im getting my beauty sleep?I do use Radar Contact 4 so would like a program to interact with RC4, and im pretty sure RC4's co-pilot is a lazy bugger, and will not do it.Does FS2 Crew do the above?Andy

Greetings all,I finally had time today to fly my first longhaul flight, EDDF-KJFK. As expected it took me a while to get thru the checklist, but after a few issues (starting the engines, for one), I was able to get the big bird going. However, I can't figure out how to program step-climbs in the FMC. My planned cruising alt was FL360, but per FSBuild I was to level off at FL320, then climb to 340, then finally 360. I tried entering "FL360" in the cruise alt line and manually changing the waypoints (on the legs page) to show them as "FL320" or "FL340"as required. This didnt work, because then the speed for each new waypoint showed 250kts. I tried entering it as "/FL320", b…

Hi. I've tried FSX for a while, but I decided to return to FS9. Now I'm reinstalling everything and installed the Queen, the upgrade 1.2 and when I try to install the 400F it says I must have installed the PMDG 747-400 v1.0 or newer ?????????I searched the forum but I have not found an answer. I used the FS_Registry_Repair.exe but I still have the problem.What can I do?ThanksGerry Renve

Hi all :) This is my first post ,so go easy if its in the wrong place..I have a problem when in VC mode and can`t click on the trim wheel .(see pic) I`ve got all updates and i`ve reinstalled many times (deleted any folders with PMDG in them) but it still stays the same..Any help would be appriciated...AMD3200+,KN1 extreme mobo , 2GB Ram , MSI8800GT OC ,4 HDD WinXP SP2.

Hi,I'm new to PMDG 747-400X but have made my first take off and landing following Jane Whittaker's articles in PC PILOT.Ome thing I canot get the hang of is how to install the 3 files .sav, .FLT and .WX in 747-400X. The file structute in 747-400X seems to be different from that in FS9. I'd like to install the PMDG files in FSX for the type rating courses and also the cold/dark scenario from this website:http://smithplanet.com/fs2004/pmdg/but I'm stuck. I'm sure there's an easy answer so hoping someone can help me out.Thanks.

Hello PMDGOn the 10th April I sent an email to updateme regarding a total system fry and loss of my B744 and B744F for FS9 asking for a redownload. Can someone please tell me how I change the night panel textures back to black and not the yellow as shown in the attached picture. I re-installed my 737 and somehow I seem to have lost the all black effect and it has been repalced with this horrid yellow looking effect.CheersPaul

HiRecently on an arrival from KORD into RJAA I noticed on the rwy arrivals page rwy 34R, 16L and Rwy 16R were missing only 34L showed up. How do I get these missing rwys to show up in the FMC. Thanks in Advance.

Just wondering, but now that the 747 is available for FSX, will the 737 be available in the near future? I am a proud FS9 737 owner but will soon be changing over. Thanks. Tom

I recently downloaded some new textures from AVSIM for the PMDG 747-400X, namely Oasis and United.They show up as transparent or semi-transparent in FSX.Is this a bit format problem or am I missing some texture items?Ron

Im looking for a good soundset for the pmdg 737> i used to have a really nice sound set i could hear the engines spooling up the right way the cabine didnt sound like the engines were in the cockpit. i know there loud but its not that loud in there. So if anyone might have some links to some sound sets maybe one of them might be the one that i had. thanks

HiJust completed a long haul flight in real time from KORD to RJAA. On setting up the arrivals there were only one rwy showing 34L. No option showing for runway 16L or 16 R or 34R. How do I get these missing runways to show up in the fmc Rwy arrivals page? Thanks in Advance.

HiBeen using the 747 now its working and its fantastic. On the Virgin 747-400 DVD I have (itvv) I noticed the PFD changes from SPD or THR ref to Idle.So my question, I have looked through the manual but couldnt find Idle in it. I am not sure if I am missing something on the FMC on descent, I have been using VNAV on approach, and descent, and only get Vnav spd or the ref.Is idle built into PMDG 747??Rgds

Hello all.I'm sure a lot of you will be relieved to know that this has nothing to do with FSX judging by the things i'm reading about that.I have been away from simming for quite a while. In that time I see that things have moved on quite a lot and I am no longer content with flying my 744 with poor graphics options in order to keep the fps up. So the obvious thing for me to do is upgrade my pc. The 744 was always the hardest hitting plane in my collection which is understandable considering the relic machine I was using. What i'm intersted to know is what system specs are you running and what kind of performance are you getting from it with the 744. Graphics options, fp…

When I spoke to you back at the Seattle convention, you indicated that a) there would be a boxed (CD-ROM) version of the FSX version of your 747 out by February, and that there would be an upgrade discount available for owners of the boxed version of the FS9 version.I never saw anything about that back in February. I have saved a few routes from Vroute onto both FSNAV and PMDG. The FS NAV looks fine but the PMDG FMC route is going the wrong way!My route from EGKK to EGNM is North west in direction from Lambourne. but the PMDG wants to take me east and out to sea!!!I thought it must be the file, so hand inputted the route. checked the maps and it did the same thing!!What have I broken to make my nav so messed upCheers,Mark

How come it is possible to start the engines even though the fuel tanks pumps are not pushed in? Common sense would tell that the fuel tanks need to activated in order to supply fuel to the engines to operate. Right?
