Hi everyone,A new strange thing on my 737 PMDG NG, it looks like that the ILS frequency does no more autotune in the radio (as far as I remembre it should - was away from FS for sometimes, or must be my age if i'm wrong ?!).Would someone be kind to give me an idea why it does not anymore ?Thanks in advance !

I have looked but did not get anywhere ,is there a way that you can have the FMC permamently located at the bottom right side instead off the upper left on the 737 series.Bob

Hi there!!Imagine you want to fly with the RYR code. As you know, Ryanair 738 aircraft is fully economy class. How can you select this in the simulator? I mean, how I can choose between the configurations?Regards

Okay so as some are already aware I am a flight school student at AIMs Community College. However I am still in the PPL stages at this point of my training. A bit late in the day I know, but whilst waiting for the FS9 MD11 I have decided to buy the 737. I have two questions.I understand from reviews that improvements were made over time to the framerates, documentation and some visuals: does this apply to the NG or do I have to buy the 800/900 as well in order to benefit?After buying the downloadable product, will I need the updates or are they included?Thanks.

Robert and team,I've received the printed manuals a couple of days ago.I'm stunned by the amount of information which is put in the manuals.However I've got a few comments/questions.>On page 10.14 of aircraft general the picture shows the old style standby instruments. On the screenshots only the new style instrument is shown. Are the old style really modeled, because this would be great. I get the entire customizable flap detent thing, but that's all. Way do I want to use it? What does it do for me that a fixed detent flap does not? I understand that the MD11 wing is a fast wing and really does not do slow (155kt approach speeds?)ThanksTimWho's been flying real bugsmashers since 1990!

Hi---I've just had a new motherboard installed in my PC and I'm now unable to use FS Crew 2 properly with my PMDG 737 NG series 600/900. I'm still on FS9 and using Windows XP. For some unknown reason, as soon as I activate a 737NG, FS Crew immediately displays the Approach Information pop-up. Has anyone any idea how to make the program start from the beginning. I've tried reversing the sequence without success. Thanks Marty

hello all, sorry to distract you from the md11 excitement, but does anyone know how to change the 737ng keyboard assignments into the ch products yoke buttons without using fsuipc, some of the assignments are the same as fs9 assignments but i cannot get them to transfer in the yoke buttons. any help would be greatly appreciated as i know from reading the posts that a lot of you are very adept at things as this. richard welsh.

I just ordered both box of the PMDG B737. I was wondering if I woulod need the update on the site or teh box will have the full update?Al

I was surprised today to find that I can open door R1 at FL350 and just get the EICAS message DOOR ENTRY R 1. No other things happen such as cabin depressurisation!Perhaps I should ask a flight attendant to sit on the sill and dangle her feet outside?Cheers, Richard

I was reading the ops section and noted the following article:http://ops.precisionmanuals.com/wiki/PMDG_Express_FAQI would like to query before I attempt to do such a port as to if these instructions are purely pre-SP2 or not. I have heard around various forums that these two aircraft will NOT work post SP2/Acceleration even with this port.Trying a search here in the PMDG forums gives the same procedures, but no confirmation.Can anyone verify for certain if either aircraft will work with these instructions in SP2/Acceleration?Thank you very much in advance for any assistance. Dear friends:Have you flown the PMDG 737-800 next generation to short runways? Well, i flew it to KBUR last sunday. I had no problem with the landing, but i still can not leave this airport, because the plane doesn't accelerate fastly and the take-off roll is very slow. Moreover, the airspeed indicator moves three or four seconds after the plane does. Question, any suggestion or comments on how to resolve this situation?Regards, ;)

My Dell XPS is giving up the ghost. I have a newegg order on the way but Cycle 0810 comes out Thursday and I am only half way through the numerous changes (lots of new RNP approaches lots of places). I will do my best in between the blue screens and the need to restore registry often. Besides, now I can get a quad core with some bells and whistles.

Hi all...I need help from some of the Pros on this forum.I am having 4 strange problems that pop up occasionally when flying the PMDG737-700.For example on a recent flight from KOKC to KORD, I looked up the actual flight plan from SIM Routes, and then loaded it into the FMC... I think that the route was "J98 TUL EOS J181 BAYLI BDF5" I didn't select an arrival RW, figuring that I'd do it enroute. Prob. 1. The FMC wouldn't let me put J98 into the plan prior to TUL, so I just put Direct TUL, Not a big deal.Prob. 2. Well the MD-11 comes closer and closer each day and the fact that it will be released on the fsx platform (not sure how long it would take to crossover of fs9) first iv decided to fork out over the next coming months to build a current spec pc and dump my dx9 rig.iv attached my specs which ill be buying, ill have both xp and vista OS's. So yeah the question is will this bloody run fsx fairly high? (even on xp). atm fsx looks like a pizza even pretty much the lowest running bairly 20fps with the 747-400X, i hear also that the MD-11 has been optimised quite abit so iv got my hopes up atm :D.So any feedback from what u think or ppl that have similar parts r already getting w…
