Hi allI am very excited about the release of the PMDG MD-11, it simply looks awsome. Anyway I wanted to know if it was possible to burn it to a DVD once I have downloaded it, and then be able to reinstall it in the future?I'm sorry if this question has been brough up before.Ben

I did a complete uninstall of the PMDG 600 thru 900 along with the FS9 software following the PMDG uninstall guidelines and when I re-installed FS9 and the update 9.1 along with all the NG software once again in accordance with the guidelines provided to me from PMDG, I got the following message: PMDG Sound Processor Error initializing Direct Sound. Application will now exit.After hitting the OK button which was the only option available, the FS2004 application shutdown and went back to my desktop opening screen.Anybody know what gives??? Hi,I dont know why but sudedenly I have this warning msg displayed:"Emer LTS disarm"Because I thought this has to do with the Emergency PWR/electricity system I looked at the overhead panel...but the appropriate switch is in "Arm" position...so this cannot be the problem.1) So my question is what does that warning msg exactly mean/stand for?2) What do I have to do to clear this warning msg?Thanks very much!

After a while and after installing MD11 I tried again PMDG747-400X. I had black instruments. So I reinstalled it. Thereafter i had no instruments. Then I removed PMDG747-400X via system software. Thereafter I reinstalled it again. Hi Guys:Prior to starting today's online flight, i ran a quick defrag with Ultimate Defrag 2008 and ended up with 1 fragmented file (its the same one every time, one of the SYS32 Files, cant be helped :) ). Thanks to PMDG Support for their quick response to my first fatal error problem. However maybe someone can enlighten me to these new issues I am encountering now that I can actually load the aircraft. The virtual cockpit is completely dark and non functional. The switches move but do nothing, there is no lighting inside or out, and none of the VDU's are functioning. Also the yokes are hard over and dont move with my controller and the aircraft will respond to inputs from the throttle and joystick but other than that it is completely non functional. This add-on is still unusable for me, I have sent another request to support but perhaps the issue can be resolved her…

I know this might not be the right place to ask but why when I alt tab out of FSX does it not let me return to the sim? I can click the taskbar and hear the sounds for the sim but it doesnt load the video it just sits there on the desktop. I can also use the task manager and click bring to front but this does the same thing, sim sound but no video. Basically after alt tab it just sits on the desktop and doesnt return to the sim. I need help with this because I cant properly load fuel or Radar contact or get my VAFS up and running until I can successfully alt tab. Thanks for the help. Im using XP not Vista.Bryan

First of all congrats to the PMDG team - what a marvel the MD-11 is !:-beerchug I have a problem with the loadmanager, which seems to refuse to work at all.The loadmanager starts, the status line shows correctly that the MD-11 is loaded, but the weights and fuel show zero ! Not only the pax and cargo weight, but also the ZFW. When I add a load the loadmanager adds up the pax and cargoweights and shows that as ZFW. So when I choose full load the pax weight is 26290kg, the cargo weight is 27578kg and the resulting ZFW shows as 53868kg ! It completely misses the aircraft basic weight !Furthermore I cannot adjust the fuel load - current and max shows both zero and the slider…

Hi there,I'm a PMDG747-400X costumer and I boutght the product I think 3 or 4 days ago.It's a incredible product but when I installed the AIRAC 0810, when I want to start, for example, from GVAC (my hub base VA), it gives me error in fixes and lines, when I try to make a FMC flightplan...for example, GVAC to LPPT.And this error don't leat me choose the active rwy on departure because of those errors lines and fixes...The original AIRAC that came with the original product was AIRAC 0805 and it gives the same error...How can I solve this problem in order to fly my first flight, point to point, with my brandnew aircraft!Please help me out here...Thanks,Carlos FERREIRAPMDG 74…

Hi all,I currently have my FSX install on a separate drive (e: for example), with my OS on the normal c:I'd like to be able to retain my FSX setup (around 100GB!) if I ever reinstall my OS. Takes forever to reinstall as you can imagine.Is it possible to somehow copy the registry entry so that in the event of a c: failure or an OS reinstall I can still use the FSX installation on my e: drive by copying it back? Is it that simple or do I need some software to do it?

I just downloaded and installed this software and when I try to load the aircraft either from the aircraft menu or after loading a flight FSX gives me a fatal error message and shuts down. I tried re-installing and the problem still exists. I meet or exceed all of the spec required for this aircraft but I still cannot use it? I paid 80 friggin dollars and I cant use it? WTH?! Sorry but my patience went out with my 80 bucks, fix it now or give me a refund. This is the only add-on I have ever had this issue with...your product is broken.

I just finished downloading the 737NG-800/900 software. I programmed a flight and got the red speed dots from 0kts up to 400kts.....The flap setting green cues are accurate but I have never had the red stall speed dots all the way up the speed tape. What is going on. I've been flying the NG for a number of years and have never seen this happen.Anybody have any ideas as to what may be causing this?Regards,jack

I would be grateful for help please with 2 problems:How do I load the MD11 up to max zero fuel weight ?I tried using the PMDG MD11 load manager but even fully loaded (according to the load manager),neitherthe passenger or cargo MD11s reached anywhere near close to max zero fuel weight.SecondlyIf the MD11 takes off with Flaps 25, at acceleration height shouldn't the profile modecommand that the aircraft accelerate to the maximumspeed allowed for that flap setting until flap 25 hasbeen retracted and then command 250 - 270 knots or themax speed allowed for the remaining flaps / slats, whichever is lower.That is how it happens in that Martinair MD11 video.I am seeing the PMDG…
