hello folks im going back to pdmg in fs9 for now, and will be using the 737 900.i have it on a dsk after i purchased it from pdmg.i have all of the proofs of purchase , i just need to know what i need to do to get it back up and running .i just loaded fs9 and the update and im wanting to know how i load it back on , or do i have to re down load it from pdmg.Thanks........Robert

I have navigation display problem with my PMDG 737. Maybe it is something very easy to fixe? The line for my route coming from the FMS is all there with fixes and points but my aircraft doesn't seems to follow the line strait. The line of my route is always on the side but my aircraft still pass threw the fixes and points. I just find this annoying. Anyone knows what I can do to fixe this? Also is the best cost index 100 for the 737? I found that .79 is too fast for this aircraft and .78 is the best speed.ThanksAl

I normally use a button on my Yoke to open/close the FMC on my payware. It appears the MD11 uses Panel 34 for the FMC. Any suggestions on how to set it up on a Yoke. I do have FSUIPC registered.

Hello,This is my first serious add-on for FSX and after wieghing my options between PMDG and another popular developer I'm very happy I chose PMDG,It's really incredible and worth every penny!!!!!I have alot to learn and am just scratching the surface of this amazing aircraft,I would be happy with any suggestionson where to start to learn the bascs and work my way up.Thank You

Ok I am new to Airliners. I have been looking all over for the answer to this question but cant find it. How do I access the aft electrical panel so I can set up my TCAS on my MPDG 737 800 NG? All I have been able to find out so far is that the TCAS is activated by selecting TA/RA on the transponder mode selector which is located on the aft electrical panel. But i cant find the aft electrical panel anywhere!EDIT: Its ok I found it. Its on the radio stack.

1. I wonder why I can set the parking brakes by clicking on it, but not release it the same way... I have to press the . on my keyboard! I would like to be able to release it in VC itself.2. Is there anyway to set the stab from within the VC? Right now I use the Home and End keys, but again: I'd like to do this in the VC itself. The more I can do in the VC, the more I like it! :( I can do everything in the VC, so I wonder why not these two...

HiI have upgraded to the lastest vers. from PMDG website(..40) which made my speed indicator work, though even now is says No V Speed!! on the top right of left display.I have a problem where the plane turns but the front wheels do not turn?I did not have these issues before, but I re-installed away from the default c\X86.... folder (VISTA 64) into a folder C:\microsoft (FSX loaded), what is the problems, I am thinking none of these issues were there in default loaction?krishan

When it gets dark and I turn on the lights in the MD-11 VC, I see some sort of low resolution texture appearing everywhere. I suppose this is the way to er... simulate light, but it looks rather awful. Is it supposed to look like this or is there something wrong with my setup?

I have spent almost an hour and a half online now reading posts to try and fix this, but all in vain so far: lots of posts on the subject but no definitive answer that I can locate. Can someone please help?If I enter VTBS (the new Bangkok Suvarnabhumi) into the FMC I get 'NOT IN DATABASE'. So how do I get it into the database? I don't find an airport.dat file for PMDG, but I downloaded the SID/STARS (txt file) from www.navdata.at, putting it into the SIDSTARS folder. Restart FS9, load the 737: same result. 'Not in Database'.The airport is in the airport.dat file in the FMCWP/Navdata folder.What do I need to do to be able to use this airport with the 737 FMC?Many thanks!Ma…

Hey, I was wondering, i know the alternate gear extension lever is located on the right side of the pedestal on the floor, question is, is this lever only available in the VC? because i dont see it in any of the 2D screenshots of the pedestal.

hello guys, while waiting for the fs9 md11, i tried the tutorial for the md11 using the 737ng. i loaded route using airac 0813 which is current, and had the the same info as the route in the md11 tutorial, the strange thing is, that when on approach there was no sign whatsoever of ils rw14. this made me wonder what airac had been used in compiling the md11 tutorial. my pc is a high end model and i have never experienced this before on any route. any ideas. much obliged. richard welsh.

Hi There,New to the PMDG aircraft, it's a very steep learning curve since I've only really flown the stock fsx aircraft. So, I now have the 747-400XSo I am doing a flight from EGCC to EGLL to test this bad boy out. FMC is all programmed and working, flight goes great. So I do it a few more times and decide to try a missed approach with TO/GO.Just short of the runway I hit to/go and she goes off again. Great. But.. being a novice at the FMC I'm not sure where to go from here. I ideally want to go around and do the approach again, but the FMC LEGS page just shows one entry called (Vectors). CaptainsI just stumbled across a weird problem - not sure if this is related to an issue with STARs and lock-ups already discussed in November.I'm currently approaching KJFK and wanted to change the arrival RWY from 4R to 31L based don the current winds.After selecting 31L and pressing *INSERT, FSX freezes instantly.This happens with all other RWYs @ KJFK as well.Re-installed Navigraphs 0813s - with no effect, FSX still freezes upon *INSERTI did this RWY change dozens of times before at other airports and never have seen this happening.Anybody else having this ?ThanksJoerg

hi, i bought my PMDG 747 X ad don at pcaviator.com about a month ago and just recently i had to reboot my whole operating system and after i re-installed everything i went to fly a KLM 747-400 and the landing gear looked very weired and the gauges (in the panel) didn't even turn on when i hit ctrl+e. i re-install this ad don after i found this problem and i still have this issue. my specs:flight simulator x deluxe editionflight simulator sp2 and sp2 SDKQ6600 @ 2.40GHzIntel® Core2 Quad CPU1.58 GHz, 3.25GB of RAMDell XPS XPS_6301 the attached pictures are what the landing gear and cockpit looks like -any help would be much appreciated

Hi, When I go to the LEGS page in FMC and enter the aloft wind data in this format "100/10/5" (FL100 wind 100 degree at 5 knots), it prompts invalid entries. Can anyone advice the correct format and where can I find the information in PMDG user guide?Referring the PMDG FMC user guide, it is not guarantee the W> entries are operative. Does it mean the FMC will not calculate the fuel consumption and the flight profile using these manual entered aloft wind data at the waypoints?Regards,Thomas
