Sometimes, and it seems to be random so far, the exterior model of the MD-11 changes so that the external skin is removed and you see the insides of the model. Also, when this happens, all of the interior cockpit panels disppear and only the animated steam gauges are visible.Thanx.

Unfortunately the problem persists. I am certain it has something to do with my settings. Hi,since the first day the MD11 came out I have tried to move the stabilizer as fast and violently as I could to hear that sound but nothing...I wonder what should I do to have the pleasure to listen to it at least once. I think in real life you hear it more often (at least by judging from the footages found on Youtube and similar).Cheers

Do I need Net Framework 3.5 for the MD11? I have 3.0 SP1 already installed.ThanksDon

I recently updated my registered version of FSUIPC to v3.9. (The Newest) Both PMDG MD11 & B747-400 do not recognize this update DLL. I get an error message stating that PMDG requires FSUIPC V3.8 or greater. Running FS2004 with XP.Checked entire system for duplicates or older-NoneRe-installed MD11 -NO luckRemoved and re-installed FSUIPC V3.9Anyone have any ideas?Thanks Marc Biggins :( UPDATE: Read and tried all the suggestions by others having this problem without success. Hi,I cannot use this feature because there are no parallel offset input brackets on any LAT REV page (FS9 version). Any advice please, thanks.

I bring the Thrust panel up but am unable to alter the Trim settings by mouse. In the AoA DVD he manages to alter trim, so am wondering why I can't. Also the Capt on AoA right clicks on the SPD button on the MCP and a Push Back settings box appears. I do not have this either.

I had this setting established in my FMC, however, the thrust remained on take off power all the way to TOD (FL35). I did not use TOGA but advanced throttles to full manually. Cost index 100. Any ideas? Thanks in advance. PS: It was very noisy for the passengers. They were'nt too happy.

whenever i hit the last row of numbers the second to the last of the numbers appear. example when i push 0 it comes up as 8 when i push 9 it comes up as 6. Any fix to this????

Ok guys this is going to be a little different I have been having some issues with the FMC inputting sids and stars. I have made a video that way you can see exactly what i am talking about. I thought it would be a lot easier then writing it.

I have downloaded different liveries and installed them on FS9 an automatic process I presumed.But once intalled in the proper path for FS9 they just don't show up.Any suggestions. Bat

For some reason, when I fly the PMDG 747X, the Keyboard commands window won't open. The other option windows open fine. is there a way to fix this. I'm unable to set commands for the doors on the 747. Also, there was nothing on PMDG's website about it. I've even tried reinstalling it and repairing it from the install window and that hasn't made a difference. Tyler Mannison

Hi,I'm not that familiar with wikipages, but on one (or several?) posts on this forum i saw members suggesting a wikipage for the md11.The purpose/goal would be to avoid hours of searching the avsim forum for the solution of -whatever-So, I wonder why pmdg never have started the opportunity to start with a (real, so members could at info) wikipage of ... md11?What would it tke to start with such an idea?Greetings,GoofEHEH

Hello all,I have recently started using the PMDG and have a good idea about the aircraft from previous use of the B734-B735. My question is about the Automatic Direction Finder (ADF). What is it? How do you use it? Where can this be found on lets say the airport charts? Any help would be appreciated.Waqas

i was cruising at fl240 270 kias i changed to mach speed and it read 0.64 i wanted to cruise at .74 as it was a short flight, the speed went away up to 320kias which resulted in overspeed any suggestions to what was wrong. thanks, jim

I posted this on the FS2004 forum also.I'm not sure that this is the right forum to ask, perhaps I should ask on the aircraft specific forums. Let me know. I want to get the Kai Tak IGS 13 approach in both my PMDG 747 and my Level D 767. Can anybody help with a link and some info on where to install it? I also understand that there is some nice freeware terrain and airport. Also, I notice that VHHX which I think is the designator since Kai Tak closed is Not in the database. VHHH, the original ICAO ident is now the new Hong Kong airport ident. Any help and links to SIDS, STARS and approach, as well as terrain with some suggestions on how to install will be appreciated.Than…

It might be due to my 6 monitor setup but I cannot save any panel states, all screens go blank, FSX refuses to re-start. Therefore is there a difference between the FSX current flight save and the PMDG save panel state?

How do I go about adding the B1900D to FSBuild? Any help would appreciated.Jim Angel
