Does anyone know the estimated release date of the PMDG 777 project?

This query is aimed mainly at Robert. It's been reported here in Oz that a T-28 crashed at a US airshow - the second in as many days. Robert, I just wanna ask, do you own/fly a T-28? I am sure I have seen a pic of you next to a WWII-era aircraft.

Over in the quiet turboprop forum there's a bit of a group just asking what's the status on SP2 for the J41. It was mentioned in a couple posts many moons ago just looking for a bit of a response. Not sure if you guys had been in there in a bit so I thought I'd throw it in the General forum.

I know everyone has great ideas for PMDG projects...here is an exotic choice...the An-124. It would give simmers a taste of eastern avionics, tho there are versions(proposed?) with Honeywell avionics and CFM engines. I think it might be a freight doggie's dream. Does anyone know how to get the validations reset so I can re install 747-400X - Im a user who likes to upgrade most PC parts over a year and each year.. so always changing HD, CPU and OS i.e. from XP to Vista to Win7 32bit and then on to Win764bit.. but each time you do this you need re install MS Flight Sim.. in-fact Microsoft got smart and allows you loads of installs.. OK sometimes you need call them.. but its not a big deal.. Anyway.. the problim I have is I'm trying to re-install PMDG 747-400X but get a message "you have reach your number of installs, please contact PMDG customer support" but seems the only way to do this is by way of this forum.. is anyone using this on their iPad with FSX and FSDreamTeam airports? I got the eSellerate product is not activated message upon startup, i had to reactivate all.. did one flight with AirDisplay, noticed a loss of FPS.. gave up and stopped using it. Can anyone else tell me if this happened to them too?

A friend of mine has problems with saved flights. We have searched the site andnot found an applicable answer.This is using the FSX PMDG MD11. Both FSX and MD11 up to date.Windows 7 64 bit.He saved a flight using the first tutorial and was on the runway nearly ready for takeoff.when he came back next day and loaded the flight, engines were running etc. butno FMC data! Going into loading the panel state for that saved flight put everything(more or less) back ok and he could continue.Even saving at that point(on pause as before)and going out of fsx and re-loading windows -still no fmc data and fuel quantities all wrong.He also tried saving a flight in the air but that was …

One year ago, I did a special 9/11 Tribute paint for the newly released -8. In this topic I also made mention that I had already started working on a really special 10th Anniversary paint. Well, I kept my word and just finished it last night. This post does not need to be moved. After following the excellent directions for the uninstall and reinstall and checking to make sure there are no hidden FSX "nuggets" anywhere and also following the instructions setting up a new path for the installation (C:\FSX) I go to reinstall. I receive a message saying there is already a copy of FSX on the system and continues to load to the default location. Can anyone point in the right direction and what I may doing wrong? Thanks.

Hi. I was wondering if PMDG would ever work with Microsoft in the future, to produce a Flight Simulation product. With these two companies who are biggest names in the Flight Sim world, together they would surley produce a stunning product.Its often seen in the replies in the forums that "due coding issues this cant be done" or "its the limitations of FSX" etc. Working together, Microsoft the experts in Windows based software and PMDG in making the addons. PMDG could say to Microsoft it would be really useful if you programmed the software this way so that would allow us to do that.Microsoft would then know the effect it would have on the system etc.It may even solve alot…

Hey all, I've been on a flightplan making spree with FSC, basically whatever comes to mind, I'll make a high-alt flightplan for it. Does anybody know where I could download a compressed archive of a whole bunch of flight plans? Or would somebody be willing to zip or rar their flightplan directory and email it to me? I'd love to have a fairly comprehensive library... Thanks

I've searched the forum and didn't find a definitive answer, nor do I expect one with the current phase of the product. I'll ask anyway:I'm curious how trim will be implemented in the NGX. As the developers are aware, in the real aircraft a short press of the trim button/paddle on the yoke will give you a burst of trim wheel movement. The trim wheel moves with a weight or momentum and makes a delightful sound. I'm also pretty sure trim behavior changes with a few other factors. How realistic will the sound/visual/etc. be?
