Ok here follows a copy off ATIS on ENGM "This is Oslo Gardermoen information H at time 1910Expect ils approach runway 19L and 19R in use Transition Level85 Wind 180 degrees 9 knots Visibility more than 10 kilometersOvercast 600 feet Temperature 11 dew point 10 QNH 1003Acknowledge information H at first contact" Transition Level 85 (is this trans alt 8500feet after takeoff ?)Or the question Im asking is what is the minimum hight after takeoff you should level at befor egetting new alt from atc (tought this was called trans alt) or dos it usely stand in the ATIS infor or given by tha ATC?

Hi everyone, I've seen a cool YouTube video where someone is using 2 monitors one for vc and the other 23" Acer touch screen for the overhead panel.My question will this work in a full mode screen with a single graphic card, and will be a huge hit on fps. I have a 480gtx and my primary monitor is HP 30" 2560x1600.Thanks.

wondering if anyone from PMDG is reading this……i'm a huge fan of PMDG in china.Lot's of flyers here is asking for a translated version of PMDG 744 QRH. I'm capable of translating it. my concern is that whether it is legal if i want to sell my translation to others.(probably 0.5$/file) （there's a lot work to do if you agree,and i don't want to translate it for nothing……）

are there any fsx scenery add-ons for long Beach and are there any that have static md11 being built?

Anyone else having no luck accessing AirNav? Just times out for me. Worked fine on Sunday while printing a bunch of US approach plates/SIDS/STARS. Hope I don't have a drone in a holding pattern over my house. Lol.

I saw this screenshot the other day: Would kill to know how I get my ground textures looking like that at night.I have Ultimate Terrain X, Ground Environment X, and Real Environment Xtreme. Even with all those my city lights are so dim at night.Anyone have any tips or links to a product that will give me something like the screenshot?

Guys,This is driving me so crazy. I cannot disable dynamic head movement in the MD-11's virtual cockpit and it's driving me insane. I actually like the effect, but it constantly skews my initial virtual cockpit viewpoint after I enter a roll, climb, descend, etc. I have to endlessly manually re-adjust my viewpoint to be able to read the instruments properly unless I am flying straight and level. In other words, my virtual head moves to a new viewpoint during a roll and stays in the new viewpoint position as if my virtual head 'sticks' wherever gravity puts it. I hate this so much, grrrrr. Hi all, When I switch from full screen to windowed mode my graphics are messed up.(image) Switching back to full screen solves the problem. No CTD, freezes or OOM messages. Does anybody know what causes this?

Hey guys, I have a quick question about the default attis in fsx and i know there are smarter brains in this forum than mine. Does anybody know how to tweak it so the attis has a wider radius. For example I'm flying to Oslo (ENGM) and i have the attis feq. tuned in but i am still too far from the airport to pick up the feq. My T/D in the NGX is always off because i can't hear what the active runway in in oslo, so i can't preplan my STAR approach and do a VNAV decent. I know this probably doesn't make much sence :) but if somebody understands this do you have any tips? -Travis

Recently I reinstalled Win 7 and of course the reinstall of all my FSX files. Taking the advice I reinstalled FSX in separate file. The reinstall went fine, I had all my files backed up on external drive, but notice that it takes forever now to download files and I have now getting a stuttering issue on the screen. I have downloaded recent drivers for my ATI 5700 series and other optimizing solutions. I am curious is there something else I should do after the reinstall that I may have missed?

Captains,I'm considering buying a new system for my simming. The new 737ngx works fine on the one I already havebut the scenery, traffic, weather and graphics are all nearly at there lowest settings. I need to be able to have a system torun everything at a high setting to get the full benefit of flying the ngx.Has anyone bought their system or had any dealing with a company called 'Wired 2 fire'?I would like to know your opinions if you have - good or bad. I can't decide what to buy...

How's every one doing using the Trackir5 with this complicated bird?I never buy a lot of these add on's cause you have to be a computer engineer to confiqure them and that's exactly what happened when i bought this trackir.The default view all set up and hitting F12 is looking just below the Fire warning button and upwards . And then looking down i have my chin sucked way in my chest so here we go again with these frustrating add on's.
