I tried route finder and it completely ruined my flight. It took me all over the place. What are the best route planners for fsx not just for North America? Preferably freeware if possible.

Hi All,I am flying B744/MD11 and NGX, but seem to have a comon problem.When performing (more attempting) an autoland , all aircaft are lining up left of the runway. And loc pointer shows steer to the right.Using FSX sp2 , asa weather, Fs-scene and efbMaybe it is an old question, but can not find it on the forum,Can anybody help with this issue?Thanks in advance,Sincerly,Bob

When online with VATSIM and using Weather Feature, Climb Cruise OAT's are way tooooo high. Turn off VATSIM weather and temps become normal. Noticed that I couldn't climb above about FL200. Performance very bad. Checked temp while using VATSIM weather and the temps were very high. Like 70's, that's plus 70F.I do NOT get this problem using FSX default aircraft and some other purchased aircraft.Problem with PMDG FSX aircraft -- 747 and MD11? Or is the problem with VATSIM or a combined issue?The only workaround so far is to fly with VATSIM weather off.Anybody else found this a problem?additional Info: FSX-sp2, Windows-7 Ultimate 32bit, Pent-QuadCore-4GBmemory nvidia P…

Yesterday, due to the release of the Captainsim 757 SP6 and the fact I wanted a (short) change from the NGX, I installed the CS757 on my system and made a short flight.The second I got in the VC, I already knew it was a mistake. Where graphics-wise I always considered the CS aircraft to be excellent (not System-wise!), yesterday it almost felt like a FS9-age aircraft.During the flight I got all confirmation I could get. The NGX is LIGHTYEARS ahead. Not only in graphics and systems, but the total immersion is unmatched.So.... Uninstalled the CS757 and back to the NGX BIG THANK YOU to PMDG. Can't wait to get a 777 in the same quality (though I still LOVE the MD-11!).

For some time I have been using PMDG flying from ENGM to EPKK. I have been using routefinder to find actual waypoints. They match almost a real flight. A real flight, as shown in the included picture the Norwegian flight DY1040 (NAX1040)seems to deviate some from a route given by finderoute. It might seem that real pilots try to choose a more direct route. If so I&#39;m not sure how they do so. I would imagine they skip all the waypoints given in the picture and select a more direct route. They will still need a waypoint close to STAR. Any suggestions? Hi, Hope someone can help me with a problem I seem to be having with all my aircraft in FSX. Recently purchased a new dedicated flight sim system with 3x monitors from wired2fire. Fsx was preinstalled and I later added a number of PMDG aircraft. The problem is that at no time have I been able to get any of the aircraft to display the 2d cockpit. Also the cursor constantly flickers as if there is something being processed. All I can get is three black boxes along the bottom were I presume the 2d cockpit would be. My version of FSX is up to date with SP2 and I made sure the Visual Studio 2008 runtime file is working correctly by downloading it again. The VC looks great of c…

IS BEST THAT HAVE MADE OLD THE WORLD PLANESI WOULD A LOT WANT FROM THE PMDG IT MAKES A PLANE 737-400FRIENDLILY FANIS GIANNOULAKIS.

I had to delete and re-install FSX. No problem with that and no problem re-installing the 737 NGX files. I have not re-installed the 747 or MD 11. However, I noticed that the PMDG area within the Addon section is no longer there. FSUIPC and others are there. Anyone have any idea how to get PMDG back? Could the problem be that the other PMDG products are not re-installed as yet?Jack Fentress

Hello, I wounder why the 747 is so sensitive in like 5kt winds?But I've got no promlem with either the MD-11 or 737NGXIt's not fun to have to turn off all winds to make it possible to fly.Anyone else with the same problem? or someone who know how to fix it/ Kristoffer

Just a quick note to say thanks to the development team and everyone involved producing the 737. Everything works perfect. It's the first payware plane that I have that's trouble free. The graphics, attention to detail and thoughtfulness that went into this model are unsurpassed. It's quite a concept to be flying rather than trouble shooting, as is the case with most payware planes. I'm dumping the old company I've been doing business with and eagerly anticipating new PMDG products. And customer service here is top notch as well. I'm so glad a gave this company shot. Greetings for the New Year, last few days I'm finishing setting up my PC for the upcoming NGX, since its not yet reported to be in Beta, I wanted to discuss a scenario:I've got a Netbook and a Desktop which I interconnect using either a network cable or WiFi, and as I would imagine I can use a software like MaxiVista, AirDisplay (for iPhone or iPad), or Zonescreen, to extend my Desktop displays onto these. Still the main computation is done on the Desktop.Now is it possible to have stuff on the PMDG NGX that requires a lot of additional computation like FMC and AFDS systems to be moved over to a networked computer that connects to the main one using FSUIPC. Hi,I think quite some people have read already on the PMDG's site, that apart from the Dash-8 and 777, there are two other projects in development, which we haven't been told about. So what do you guys think it could be? Could it be a new aircraft like an Airbus? Or maybe something entirely different, like their own weather program, ATC addon, or scenery addon? Or maybe even their own Flight Simulator game?!
