Hello,when I start a flight with 747 on PDMG LFPG, I have a message that tells me that AES AES is not configured for this type of plane ...!It ask me to restart AES config ... done, but i'm not sure of my action, because now I have no message but nothing happens when I call AES ...Do you have any idea?thank you

Hello,I know this is a little off topic, but this is quite important information for me, because it's about running FSX as good as possible. I have an i7 860 2.8 GHz, and I overclocked it to 4.0 GHz. The temps are really good, about 35-40C. Base clock is 181x21=3801 MHz. All power savers are off. Intel Turbo Boost is on, so it runs at 4 GHz. I left CPU VCore an AUTO, the Voltage is 1.4V. I know this is not a pc forum, but people here know a lot, and on websites like tomshardware.com I don't always get the answers I want, so I thought I'd ask it here.Does this look like a good overclock to you? Hi guys, I'm torn between GTX560Ti and GTX570. I need to upgrade to be able to play BF3 and can't decide between the two. The only game I play is BFBC2 and BF3 besides simming and wondered which card to get. I'm looking to future-proof my system. I can spend the dosh on GTX570 but have read reports where they suggest overclocking the 560Ti can match GTX570's performance. I couldn't live with myself if I spent 280quid on the GTX570 knowing that I could have saved a 100quid by going for the GTX560Ti.. Any suggestions would be valuable. Thanks a ton!

I just now did a fresh install of FSX to get rid of any possible problems in my big jumble of addons and stuff and now when I installed FSX and Accel, the default shortcut that goes to my desktop is this ^ Am I even supposed to use the shortcut automatically put on the desktop? If I remember correctly, I saw someone say that you should always use your "fsx.exe" directly from the folder?

Hey guys. Being a long time customer I should know the answer to this, but just to be on the safe side I´ll ask it anyway. I bought the NGX the weekend it was released and loved the acft, although immediately I recognized it was a little too heavy for my jurassic computer. In a couple of months I will be upgrading to a whole new rig, built from the ground up. I´d like to know whether I´ll be able to install it on the future computer with my current license key since I have it already installed on this computer, which I plan to format and try to sell to someone. Hi guys, Let me get straight to the point here. Do PMDG is in the plan of building up these Brazilian Manufacturer, EMBRAER E-JETS for Flight Simulator 2004/ FSX? I've heard the rumors, but I'm not sure how far is the truth of this story. Anyways, it will be nice if i bring up this Embraer Project to PMDG's ears now. I'm sure simmers will be happy if this rumors become reality.:) it's because, we (simmers) know that PMDG is in the 1st class of making A/C that 90% close to the real one:)

Hi How come Routfinder can not find a routing between two well known airports? I am thinking of BIKF-KJFK. I am referring to http://rfinder.asalink.net/free/ It states following : NAT: Eastbound track message identification is 282NAT: Westbound track message identification is 281Couldn't find a routing between KEFLAVIK (BIKF, BI) and JOHN F KENNEDY INTL (KJFK, KJ) at FL330 - FL410. Hi all i wanted to make some adjustments to my FSX.CFG but i cant find it om my Comp? I thought the way of getting onto the FSX.CFG was, C,users,yourname,appdata,roaming etc. but when i enter the users and then my name it stops there, there is no appdata there?does some one know how i can get to it? i have win7 64 bit:D cheers Jeffrey

Good afternoon all I seem to have a problem with queen's pushback and I can't seem to figure out have to fix it. No matter where I am or what I set in the pushback Com section it always pushs pack the same distanceit does turn to the right direction but the distance does not change. don't know how many times I have ended up in the drink, terminal, another plane, grass, or buildingand it seem I cannot fix the problem i am running FSX Gold on a dell windows 64 system Any help from us folks out there would be great thanks Ian Snow

Hey all, I'm currently doing a flight from Boston to Heathrow, 747-400x. I just noticed my ground speed was 590 knots...which is faster than I've gone in a long time (I've mostly been in the NGX). I'm using real time weather (ASE) at FL340 and a CI of 150. Hey guys, Ive been told that B777 is going to be started now that NGX is released. But after that,any new project in mind? Would be interesting some kind of Airbus series,A310,a versatile one,able to fly medium distances or ETOPS operations.The A320 would be desirable aswell to counteract the 737 NG,thus including the new NEO. But if your line keeps fixed on Boeing,I think the next step is the 757 or even the B787. Regards and keep the excellent job.

Hey all!!Just letting you know I'm slowly working my way through toms tutorial on setting the 737 up for a flight, seems to be going well!I'm now up to the part where it is telling me to enter SIDS and STARS for my flight YMML to YSSY. I have the route but no SIDS and STARsDoes anyone know where I can update the FMC or CDU to have melb and yssy SIDS and stars?I do all my flying in aust and am wondering if Im lucky enough to have aust SIDS and stars in my flight computer?Any way I can??

Hello,Today I decided to do a fresh install of FSX. When it was asking me to insert disc 2, I inserted it, but nothing happened. I looked at the disc if there was damage, but I couldn't almost see anything. So I tried to clean it, still no luck. There is something wrong with it. Unfortunately now, I need to buy a new one. So what I was wondering, is it worth getting FSX Deluxe for an extra 15 euros? I don't need FSX Gold nor Acceleration, because I don't care about these default planes, because I won't be flying them anyway, but FSX Deluxe sounds good to me, because it's got more detailed airport and cities. The PMDG MD11(FSX) was the plane with which my true addiction to flightsimming started. Also there might be one or two planes out there today that are more modern, I keep flying here again and again. I also bought some of the fantastic Voice Commander editions of FS2Crew. Unfortunately the MD11 is not available. The developer states there is no SDK, otherwise he might consider to produce a Voice Commander edition for the plane. I don't know how you see it, but for me the MD11 was the "biggest breakthrough" in FSX whhen it comes to true high end quality planes and it really deserves a Voice Commander treatment. Hi, I recently installed the 747-400 (FS9).For my first flights I didn't mind the doors.But today I have a quite funny problem. I don't know how but I opened the upper deck doors (I used 3 and 9 as indicated to open all doors).And now if I press 9 it closes the upper deck doors but opens cargos bay and right side doors. I know this question has nothing to do with PMDG, but since we have a lot of experts (and other not so much) here, I thought that I could have a quicker answer posting in the General Forum and also, this can be somebody else's doubt. I've been flying on IVAO for quite some time and now I decided to try VATSIM as well. So when I start FS Inn, it processes all my airplanes, including the MTL ones, but when someone connects, I only see the defaul FSX airplanes, even when I have the exact same model and livery in the MTL. So my question is: is there a way to make FS Inn to use IVAO's MTL? And if so, how to set it?

Hello, I recently purchased an watercooling set for my PC, so that i could clock my i7 930 to 4,0-4,5GHz, i can say that the temps are great. I also bought an SSD for Windows, and put my FSX on my HDD, with the idea it would be faster to have Windows and FSX on an other HDD.However, my performance is just bad. With ONLY the NGX installed i get around 30 fps on a default airport, so you can understand that with GEX, REX, and an Aerosoft airport this will drop far below the minium to enjoy the sim (and my bucks i spend on this PC).I have no idea why it is so bad, its not due the overclock because at stock speed my fps drop even futher.. Hi,This is my first post on AVSIM so this might sound a bit dum.I have been following all the ups and downs of the 737NGX developments and seen the videos and now I an convinced that I want to buy (not that I needed much convincing), but I have a question with regards to re-installing the aircraft.As with all PC's sometimes things go wrong such as software conflicts and hardware faliures.
