My search turned up no results so I'll risk the potential retribution for asking:When I upgrade with the 2MB mini-upgrade, do I need to re-register the plane again? Thx!-drew-2.3hrs towards my PPL :-D

PMDG - THANK YOU!Thanx for keeping this forum alive. We all can learn from each other and should not fight each other. Free speech is ok, but it shall be in a polite manner as long as possible. Every one who cannot stop at the time they get angry, should learn becoming able to do so.We all shall keep up the help and support to all others. PMDG developed a very detailed and complicated simulation of the B737NG and it is not easy for PMDG to get it all perfect and it is not easy for us to learn to handle it the way real pilots do. As long as we all help each other, us customers and fans and the developement team, we all can become more than the sum of us and better educated…

hii'm getting more and more satisfied with the 737NG. looks amazing and flys great. i think i can live with that "rocket-climb" of 5000 ft/min (even at clb-2 mode) and the pretty hard VNAV capture and ALT AQ. (hold your sickbags ready) :-) :-Pbut i'm curious why the plane levels off when descending through FS100. sure, it has to slow down to restriction speed, but campared to the DF737 (which simply takes back thrust and keeps V/S to slow down), i wondered if this is a normal behaviour. i never realized that in a real plane. do they really stay at FL100 until reaching 250? and isn't that dangerous, maintaining an altitude for some time even though ATC ordered a descent fr…

A few weeks ago I've posted this http://forums.avsim.net/dcboard.php?az=sho...ing_type=search , now with the new patch the same thing remains.I honestly could'nt care less about the virtual cabin, I dont use it except for tweak or benchmark purposes. I prefer that the priorities be given to better system implementation or bug squashing and I would not touch this subject again, whoever since PMDG is releasing some more liverys (eye candy), I tought that this needed to be fixed, and also the 2500 ft callout.....Maybe PMDG forgot to add these issues to the bug list?Thank's Jos

G'day guysHaving waited a while before grabbing the NG the new service pack broke the camels back. All i can say to the team is she is a ripper.Just did a flight from KIAH to KMIA and its easily enough to convince me my PIC 76 is at the gate now in FS2002 forever.Great flight model and 3d model for that matter.FMC seems excellent so far and given the fact you guys arepushing through with continued expansion i will certainly be along for the ride.Great job on the 73 guys.I am getting great FPS with my pretty high settings and i am looking forward to driving this sim until i get my hands on the real deal(please give me a job Virgin!!).Anyway all the best and congrats on the …

Kudos to the PMDG staff. I've used the DF product for quite awhile now, and bought your product last week on a recommendation from a friend. Although I am curious about a few small bugs, it's a job well done. These bugs may be beginners ignorance, so I'll post questions as I run across them. And even on my antiquated PIII system it performs flawlessly. The service and tech support has been excellent (I received replys within 24 hrs) and I am most impressed with the performance and attention to detail in the modeling. While I've been a very cautious buyer of payware, I feel I got my moneys worth with your product. Nice job.Carl ZochSeattle WA

Just installed and upgraded the 737-600/700 for FS2002.All steps completed carefully, using correct files for FS2002.During the SU1-1 upgrade, I got the message that 737gauges.ini was not a valid version and that it could not be upgraded. The FS2002 737gauge.ini differs from the FS9 version - which confirms to me that the correct files were installed into FS2002.Any ideas? Many thanks.Rob

Hi fellow pilotsI finally took the plunge and ordered an upgrade kit to my PC. It has been 4 years since I got my current PC which I have souped up to about as much as it can take.I will be getting an AMD XP 2400+ with 512Meg Ram and a MSI 4K motherboard. The other components will be scavanged from my current machine which included my GeForce 3 Ti 200.Do you think this is enough horsepower to enjoy FS2004 and PMDG 737 in all its glory?I am upgrading from an P3 600 with 786 with SDRAM.Opinions are appreciated.RegardsGian

Hi guys,I am currently trying my B737NG in FS9 but have a problem with the FMC which I didn't have in FS2002. The problem is that de all of the positions in FS9 are incorrect. All the positions are at least 10 nm away from what I see through the windows... Now, I probably do something wrong here, since I haven't read anyone of you having this problem, but I can't see what it is.Can you please help me out here?Regards,Remco

The installer gets to the point where it is installing the "model.wlaspmdg737-700wlas.mdl" I stopped the installtion when the window displayed over four minutes remaing and getting longer.I then uninstalled using the uninstaller and tried again with the same results.

Glasgow Runway 05 New Galloway 1J SID:Climb straight ahead to GLG NDB (crossing above 2000ft). Turn left onto PTH R240. At TRN R013, turn left onto TRN vor R009. At NORBO, turn left onto NGY NDB QDM 146 to NGY NDB.I have everything working EXCEPT for the "Turn left onto PTH Radial 240".No matter how I word it, the (INTC) for this ends up nowhere near where it should be, generally it seems like it ignores the left turn aspect and just flys straight from GLG until tripping over the 240 radial. Please clue me in.Ray

Anthony,As you proceed in implementing the next phase of FMC SID/STAR, APPR, MA capability - would you please forward a copy of the grammar to me - that is "when able"? ... Also - I would not mind if you enlisted me as a grammar 'peer reviewer' ;-)Much appreciated - [email protected]

Oks, Been flying this baby quite a lot(about 3hrs a day) and am really happy. However, tonight, after doing my preflight checks, loading up the FMC, I went to enter the departure VOR codes into the radio stack.None of the digits would change,NAV1,NAV2,COM1&2,ADF...only one that would work wa the transponder. Is there anything that could be causing this as I've changed nothing on my system. Could the fact that I loaded up the a saved flight which I had saved after completely shutting down???JohnP 2.53 GHZ512 RAMWINXPGFORCE 4 128MB Ti4600http://homepage.eircom.net/~eamonnmca/images/logo_ba.JPGwww.bavirtual.co.uk Senior Captain Simflight.com Staff Reviewerhttp://vatsim.…

Hello all,I've owned the 737NG for several weeks but haven't posted here previously since the only real problems I had were with VNAV and I was waiting on the update. So ...First, excellent job with the patch. Accurate fuel predictions, no more dives--really glad to see this. So here are two relatively minor problems I had on an initial flight from San Francisco to Los Angeles:For whatever reason, my speed during cruise was set at 295 KIAS, which translated to about M 0.71 at FL270. Before it had always shot for 315 KIAS/M 0.755; interestingly, when I looked at the LEGS page, this was the setting for all the waypoints once I reached cruise altitude-- M.0755/FL270. Y…
