Hi guys,Well I've been playing with the 737NG for a couple of days now and I love it. I've downloaded several liveries so far and I think i read somewhere that there is a special procedure for adding liveries after [flightsim.9]. Can anyone confirm this?Thanks in advance!Nicolas

first - i am still using the goof old FS2002 ....I create i flightplan in FSNavigator from EDDS to LEPA. I export it with this 737NG export module and i am able to succesfully import into the FMC. Everything seems to be correct, distance, waypoints etc.I take-off normally and south of ROTWE i experience i kind of magic 'map shift, mean that the geographical coordinates in 737 shift by around 90 degrees and of course the autopilot follows this track. Comparing with the map of FSNavigator and the FS2K2 map, i reallly show the deviation.ANy ideas out there ??

Yesterday when I was making a Copa Airlines flight from MPTO to KMIA I choose for these flight an altitude of 370. All the climb was fine until I reach FL350, it shows that my climb rate was 150 fpm and in the map mode I saw that it overshoot the Top of Climb.My fuel configuration wasLeft and Right Tanks 100% each oneCenter Tank 20%Can some one share more comments about this topic.Thanks,Capt. Had to do a Reformat HD and after I reinstalled FS and the whole lot I got no MFD's. I can start the enginees and everything on the Overhead and in the FMC works, just nothing on the MFD's. And yes, Avionic switch on and Battery switch on in the default loaded flight.Any clue?

I know this has been asked before, but I didn't find a post with a clear describtion of what to do, neither does the PMDG website...I am waiting for a new haddisk and in the beginning I heard that there was another procedure of registrating, and that I had to get a new code before I installed the hardware, otherwise I would loose my product...Then I searched this forum, and some said that there was no longer a requirement for this type of registration, so what do I do and please be specific:)Thanks...Boaz...

some more remarks regarding the real NG after a little chat with a -800 driver. I asked him about climb and holdings, maybe you'll find that interesting :1. I asked whether the real plane would exceed speed when e.g. climbing out from 250kt/5000 ft using LVL CHG or VNAV. The answer was : No, it wouldn't.The PMDG NG exceeds speed by 7-8 kt and then has to go to a bit uncomfortable climb rate to reduce the speed to 250 again. Even Radar Contact 3 keeps ranting at me, so I have to go down to 240 to avoid that.The real -800 usually climbs out with around 3000 fpm, for the -700 approx. 3000-3500 fpm depending on weight was estimated, but not more. Hello,A while ago I was flying in to land, can't remember which airport off the top of my head, and I was on autoland. Everything went smooth and the plane made a nice touchdown. I applied the thrust reversers but I then noticed that the autobrakes were not working. The switch had turned itself off. Now I know I had turned them on but for some reason they turned themselves off. I was coming in to an airport in iceland last night and the same thing happened. I touched down, the autobrakes turned themselves off and despite me clicking on them, the lever would not move back to the 1 or 2 position. as I have finally gotten around to buying a P4 3.2GHz system fully loaded ...I want to thank each and every PMDG member for this delay as I figured out that it saved me roughly $2,000 in price drops allowing me to cram an extra SATA Raid Array, an extra 512 Megs of Ram and the brand new and shiny ATI 9800 XT still hot from the production line. }( Had SU2 come out with all it's new "push me into slideshow land" features, I would not have been able to stall this long, and I'd probably have been sitting with something already obsolete.

Hi,I'm back with this sound level problem I already mentionned. The problem is that in cruise or climb phase (anywhere with throttle up), the engine sound is too loud even with the FS engine sound setting set to 1% (the engine sound slider). This is not the same with the sounds for other built in aircraft.I have checked that the FS setting was actually changing something, and it is. When put to 100%, the engine sound is much louder, and it's definitly softer at 1%, but still too loud in my opinion.Would there be any way to resample the sound to a half or third or its current volume, so that it would be more in line with all the other engine sounds?Eric L.

Something weird happened to my ng in fs9. When I create a flight and pick any pdmg 737, then my airport and then ok I get a crash to desktop.If I create the flight with any other fs plane it just works.I can change to the pdmg 737 and it also works ok.I tried removing the 737 with the remove tool and reinstalling with the same result.Funnily enough it was previously just working but went nuts after I upgraded the nvidia drivers although I believe that this is just a coincidence.Any ideas how to resolve the errors??Thanks in advance.Steve

Kelowna airport (CYLW) has recently been given an ILS. I have installed an FS9 patch which adds this to FS9. However, the FMC has never heard of this, or the new intersections (such as KELNA).I have opened up some of the AIRAC files with Notepad. Is there a correct way to add intersections and ILS's without messing up these important files?I would also like to create my own STARS, transitions, and flight plans. I'm going to cross post this in the FDC and PMDG forums in case there are individuals who might not read both forums.Here's my issue/problem:I have created a very simple test checklist for after takeoff. It consists of the following 4 items and default interactive responses:1) Flight director - ON2) Auto Throttle - Armed3) Yaw Damper - Engaged4) Auto Pilot - EngagedI am taking off with all 4 of these switches turned off and then activiting the checklist to see if the "errors" are: a) caught by FDC and then b)rectified when I turn the switches on.On the default MS 777 everything works just fine. Hi GuysJust a very small issue. I alwasy enjoy watching my landing in instant replay. All of the aircraft animations work, like reversers, flaps etc, EXCEPT the front weel does not turn and seems to be static. When you exit Intant Replay mode it works again. Just wondering of others have encountered the same following problem.Today, well into a flight, I decided to carry on to a different destination in stead of the original one.I amended the destination in the FMC..no problemI then began amending the legs page as required but when I got to the end and executed the plan, I was left with one remaining waypoint from the previous plan and could not get rid of it.I successfully worked around it but could not get rid of it no matter what I did.There appeared to be an extra blank page in the route data but not in the legs data.Strangely the aircraft still did its bit at TOD and the approach and landing was normal.Any ideas or is th…
