Hi Guys,I am just wondering if the SU2 upgrade will have a fully clickable cockpit. To be more specific- will the aircraft be %100 flyable using NORMAL procedures? I'm addicted to VCs.... I am waiting for the SU2 to buy it, as I still fly FS2002 because of A320PIC. Thanks!

I've flown this bird exclusively since it's release and I love it, I really do!It's only now that I've realised this problem... I'm flying into LARNAKA,Cyprus(LCLK) and planning the VOR approach for rwy04.It requires flying over LCA(Larnaka VOR) and then outbound LCA202/7.This is where my problem occurs, as there are 3 matches for LCA in the AIRAC, Larnaka is the second option.So when I try programming in LCA202/7 it selects the first one, without asking me which LCA I'm referring to, the result is 1500nm away.I've tried everything and there is no way around it, I'm only hoping and praying that this has been addressed in SU2!JohnP 2.53 GHZ512 RAMWINXPGFORCE 4 128MB Ti4600…

Hi all,I have just started to learn how to fly using the FMC but how should the built-in ATC in FS9 be used when flying with the FMC?As it is now, the instructions I get from the ATC if flying IFR are far from syncronized with my programmed route in FMC even though the departure and destination airport are the same. Also wondering if it makes any difference if I choose Direct GPS, High Altitude Airways or Low Altitude Airways in the flightplanner in FS9 before the flight? Haven't noticed any difference myself.Or maybe I shouldn't use ATC at all when flying with the FMC? But with the kind of weather we've had here in Sweden the last weeks I wouldn't even get takeoff cleare…

Just wondering what the proper procedure is for take off? I have a bunch of 737 cockpit video's and have never noticed anyone hitting a to/ga button. It seems they just apply throttle and then fly manually. Here is my procedure:at cleared for takeoff, i turn on FD and engange autothrottle. I set my trim to 5-5.25 depending on what the FMC says. I set V2+15 in the MCP. I rotate at "rotate" and begind to fly. Here is where i run into trouble. The plane seems to pitch very steep. I find myself pushing down full yoke to try to even it out. In order to level out, i engange autopilot and see my VS is at about 4000fpm. I then lower that to 2100fpm and then increase sp…

Hi everyone,I've had a good look around to find out if 737TNG has extra commands that will be available for FSUIPC. I've had a good look through the forum and can't seem to find any that will fully answer my question so I'm hoping that this post will?When you purchase 737TNG, does it give you extra drop down commands specifically for 737TNG in FSUIPC. Hi, me again...So, there I was tring to find a workaround to the PROGRAM ERROR I just reported. I changed the plan in FSNavigator (changed the airport entry by a runway entry). I exported to EBBREGKK002 and tried to load that in the FMC (EBBREGKK001 was still loaded). The FMC seemed happy to load the new plan and lit Activate and Exec.The problem is that when I click Activate, the Exec light goes off, and the activate prompt stays there. Apart from that, the DEP/ARR and then LSK1L work OK this time (and the runway is correcly selected).So, it seems that the PROGRAM ERROR bug happens when one export a plan (from FSNav to PMDG) without departure runway in it. Hi!I was trying to do a flight today from Innsbruck (LOWI) to Hurghada (HEGN). Flightplan was created using FSBuild 2.Standing in LOWI, I experienced the follwing problem: the runway and the navigational aids where in the wrong places. You can see it in the picture - departure runway was 26...This might be a Navdata-problem, don't know...When I tried to choose the departure, the FMC showed a program error (see attachements). I was able to choose the runway using the runway entry on the RTE-page (after that I could choose the SID on the DEP/ARR-page...).I have used cycle 0311 for both FSBuild and PMDG.Is there anything wrong with the navdata - cycle?regards,Joerg

Dang you PMDG and Randy. I HAD to order the 737 NG, especially with the buzz about SU2. Installing now, excited to get my hands on the NG.I was going to wait, wait until SU2 had come out. But, I'll learn SU1 first, then when SU2 comes out it'll be like getting a new plane, yay!Cool.

I have noticed that sometimes when going through setting up the FMC that the departue rwys don't show up in the dep/arv page. This happens whether or not there is a sid or not. Has anyone else noticed this?

Hi guys!I was watching a DVD of Helios Airways and i just seen an interesting thing i didnt know up to now.If u select heading greater than 180 degrees lets say the left direction the airplane start the turn to left instead to the right.Did u know that???Is it the same in the Flight Sim as well?Cheers guys

Greetings.I'm using CH Virtual Pro Pilot controller and would like to know if people have been able to create theirv own views in VC mode. Apparently, Acitive Sky only allows you to save views off of the keyboard. I'm trying ot save a wing view in VC mode.Sorry for all of my questions but I'm a newby.Tim

Hello SupportCan not create manualy a flight plan in the FMC.Dep. or Arr. entries with the airportcall signs LSZH or EDDF causes a message:not in the database.After a very complicated installation including the update fileI also download the newest airac from navdata and installed it.and the b737 can be operated. I have heard that you cannot hear the marker sounds in PMDG. Yet not only can I not hear them, I cannot see them. WHats up with this?I have flown over 30 flights since Ive gotten the NG, and have yet to see the markers.Brad Zimmer

Any explanation why my 737NG (600-700) keeps crashing to the desk top when I load a flight in the Fall season ?

To all flight simmers & PMDG,Is there any tutorial available to operate PMDG 737? Going through all the manuals will take a lot of time and understanding. I would appreciate if someone or PMDG team would develop a tutorial flight maybe about an hour flight to apply all instrumentation involved on flying the 737. Appreciate for anybody to advcie me on this, I have donwload many other software and they do provide a tutorial.
