Where coul one get NAV data for the B737NG?Edmundo Cardenas

I ordered the 737 NG from PMDG last saturday but forgot to write down the download link for the installer. The payment with my credit card was approved, I did get my Order confirmation on the screen.While buying I thought that i would receive the download link in the confirmation mail from PMDG so I did not write it down or used it while buying the product.You guess what happened: I never received the mail with the download link for the installer.This way it is impossible to install the plane.Off course I emailed PMDG last saturday (and today) but got no reaction yet. I there a way that somebody can help or someone from PMDG reads this and react??

Captains,I was getting pretty dismal framerates at SimFlyers KLAX and Ultimate Traffic, even with the default aircraft. After multiple driver and sim setting changes I decided to trash my FS9 config files and let the program create new ones. After making some of the config file changes recommended on the MSFS forum for COF, this is what I now get at KLAX. Traffic was reduced to @60% in this shot but I've upped it to 80%, both of which still provide plenty of AI traffic. My PMDG 737NG and Ultimate Traffic with most of COF eye candy turned on is back to where it was prior to UT's install. Sirs,I know SU2 is very close now and I know this is very late in the day but could you add a "windshear, windshear" call, if not already done? I know sometimes in FS2004 the winds can be blowing at 30knots then drop to almost nothing causing a loss in IAS and increase in sink rate. A "Windshear!" call at some point along the ILS would just add to the ambiance of the virtual cockpit, in my opinion, or is this not realistic modelling of windshear?Cheers,Paul

Hi,In flight sim, there is the B key to adjust barometric pressure. I know you're not supposed to use it, but sometimes, the ATC just does not give you the information. So, say you are currently set to 29.92. if you press this key, you will see that the barometric pressure indication is correctly updated under the PFD altitude scale (say it goes to 30.04) and the altitude is updated as well, but the aircraft would not climb or descent to adjust to the change (when in alt hold mode). If you now turn one click on the baro. pressure knob, you will see the indication go to 29.91 or 29.93, depending on the direction (instead of 30.03 or 30.05).So, it seems that there are shado…

The problem arise at this step...When the 737 is loaded, select the PMDG -> REGISTRATION INFORMATION -> EXTEND REGISTRATION menus. Hi,I'm exeriencing the following problems with the PMDG secondary passenger and cargo door animations:If I use a PMDG 737 model as my first startup aircraft in FS2004, neither the 2nd passenger door or cargo door will animate via the SHIFT-E-2 key combo. If I select a different aircraft model, then reselect the PMDG 737, the no. 2 passenger and cargo doors will now animate open via the key combo but will not subsequently close (again via SHIFT-E-2).I've experienced the same phenomenon with the V1 Gmax Posky 757 and wonder if this is a documented issue with the Gmax PMDG 737 as well. Hello All !!I have taken turns with this Baby from the beginning, but are tired of this strange problem when opening Map Window in flight.My system go crazy, and the following sad message apear with complete crash as a follow;Flightsimulater needs to close down, sorry for the inconv.......---It really spoils the fun, and i dont have a clou abt. why ???, but there are an unexplained unstability between complicated Addon and FS9,..thats for sure. I am curious to know what the proper flap schedule/landing procedures are for the 737. I have always been told 210kts/0 flap until LOC active. At LOC active, 180kts/flap 5. Keep this until GS active, and drop gear and flaps 15, speed VREF. At 1000ft AGL slow to landing and flap speed. Well tonight i flew United 737 from KORD to KDAY and the reverse route yesterday. I noticed that sitting over the wing and seeing/hearing their flaps and gear...it didnt follow that procedure. Tonight gear was lowered before the flaps went down. When the flaps did deploy, they were not done in three segments. They were done in like a flap 1, 2 5, 10, 15, 25, 30 schedule. I have a…

I have aregistered version of FSUIPC. I have never witnessed turbulance during flight and would like to know how i can see it. What do I have to do to see it??? I know turbulance is a major part of flight....what is going on? ThanksBrad Zimmer

I think this aircraft is absolutely terrific. I just purchased it this morning, and as you can imagine, I am swimming through the manuals, including Tim Metzinger's tutorial. I flew a quick trip from Kelowna BC to Abbotsford BC, a trip that I was barely ready for. I was about a hundred miles behind the aircraft! I was relying primarily on my knowledge of the 767PIC program. I did not run into any real problems, but I do have questions. I am reading the forum archives as much as I can, and must admit, I have not yet finished all of the PMDG manuals. Firstly let me say that this is an amazing product, I never stop getting enjoyment out of it!I did notice a couple of things that I want to tell you about, I did not see them on the SU2 fixed list.Firstly, my radio altimeter sounds only play once. If I do more than one leg (last night I did a 9 leg trip) the sounds play the FIRST time, but upon landing all the other times they did not play at all. Thats my major gripe! Apart from that I noticed that the stab out of trim light does not work and neither does the spoiler extention light. Most times when I fly the PMDG 737 & land, I am told to contact ground. I do - expecting to get an option to taxi to the gate for parking (at which I would usually turn on the progressive taxi option). Most times when I land, I get this annoying option that says - "Taxi for Takeoff Options". Then if I want to contact ground after landing, I get all these options for taking off again. The 8th one is on that says, "Taxi to parking options.." But when I press this, it only takes me right back to all the options on Taking off again. Anyone know what I am doing wrong? It says my nav data is not valid. It seems there is no nav data at all in the fmc. I cant go to the site to update it because its undercontruction. If my problem is that i need to update it is there another place i can go?? Thanks John Kensik

Is it still the case that AIRAC cycle 0308 is the best to use with FS COF, FSBuild2.1, PMDG 737NG, Radar Contact and FSNavigator?This was the release recommended some time ago by Timothy Metzinger (by the way a HUGE thanks for your excellent tutorial Timothy!)Is this still the case..or is the latest 0311 version OK ?(I'm getting a 'program-error' after importing a FSBuild2.1 created flight plan, and then selecting the departure page..and wondered if it was caused by me using 0311?)CheersSatchmo

Hello All! First of all, kudos to PMDG for a fantastic product! (though my wife doesn't think so.....;-)) Anyway, I was just flying when I missed a command from ATC and realized that the kneeboard would not come up when I pressed F10. All that happened was I lost my engines sound, though the wind and other sounds were still working.
